I found them via yelp, and they sent me an estimate right away (we went back and forth a few times to lock in the number of vents, etc) and got things scheduled for 3 days after my first contact (totally reasonable since there was a weekend in there). They gave me an arrival window between 2-4 and arrived at 3 (and gave me 20m notice to clean up a bit). I rent a 4BR/3Ba house that I'm pretty sure has never had this service done before, and it took them about 3 hours to complete. The techs (2 guys) were professional and efficient.
