When I called to schedule an appointment I was told it would be $55 for the pedicure and $10 for the soak off of my previous nail polish. It wasn't until after I sat down and she started soaking off my polish that they told me it was going to be $105. I'm sorry but $105 for the basic level pedicure with French tips is insane. Either way she already had started so | just accepted the fact I was way over charged. Well when she started soaking off my polish she was clipping my nail as well as the sides until it literally bled and I only have half of my big toe nail. I kept moving and told her she was hurting me and she just shrugged and said sorry. I asked her why half of my nail was gone now and she said "it must have gotten soft from the water so I was just able to cut it away, or you never had a nail there to begin with". Excuse me but how can you cut away half of my nail and then try to gaslight me into thinking I didn't have a nail to begin with. I came in with my toes already done so clearly I already had a nail. I am extremely upset and my toe is very sore due to having only half a nail with the raw skin showing. I will be contacting an attorney to handle the situation regarding this salon because now I will be needing to see a podiatrist for a nail reconstruction. Below I will attach a picture of what she did to my nail, leaving it chopped away. If you value your nail health and money do not come here!! *This is an updated review based on my previous review. Because I visited this nail salon and the nail technician completely ripped off my nail, it will not grow back. I wrote a review regarding this situation and was told to reach out to management. When I tried calling multiple times, I was sent to voicemail. I did leave a voicemail which I have a copy of, and never received contact back from anyone. It has now been over two months with no contact back, and over 2 months that my nail has still not grown back at all. Because of this I will most likely be needing to see a podiatrist to reconstruct my nail. I have reached out to an attorney who will be looking into the matter regarding the improper nail removal the resulted in injury as well as your salons failure to communicate and avoid accountability.

He gripped my toes so hard that he left visible nail prints on them. The bottom of my nails are now bruised and sore (see attached picture). The place is super cute with pink and floral decor and playing great country music. They accept cards, cash and Zelle. $2 transaction fee for cards. Super easy to tip with Zelle as well. I specifically requested that my pedicure and nails be done at the same time due to time constraints. When I arrived, they did not have a nail technician available for me or another client who also had an appointment. I had to ask for someone to at least start my pedicure. I was assigned to a new technician who struggled to understand my requests. My feet were not properly scrubbed, both big toes had to be repainted because the polish was uneven, and I had to remind her that my service included a massage. The pedicure alone took about an hour and a half. Once another technician became available, she began my Gel-X set. I showed her a photo of the exact design I wanted and specifically asked for silver gems only. She confirmed she could do the design. After completing the ombré base, which was only average at best, she informed me that the gem pricing would be: * Pointer fingers: $20 ($10 per nail) * Ring fingers: $30 ($15 per nail) * Pinkies: $10 ($5 per nail) Although I was shocked by the pricing, I had already been there for over two hours and felt committed to finishing the set, so I agreed. Only then did she tell me she didn't actually have the gems needed for the design she had already agreed to do. I was told to choose a different gem shape, a different color, or a completely different design. When I explained that I had shown the design beforehand and received confirmation that it could be done, the manager came over and told me the photo wasn't from their salon and that they had supposedly run out of the required gems that morning. At that point, I had been there for over three hours and was left with a mediocre pedicure and incomplete nails. I finally decided to leave. As I was leaving, another customer who had been waiting over 30 minutes for her appointment was told they could only do part of her service and that she would need to come back later. She left as well. My biggest issue isn't that they ran out of supplies. Things happen. The problem is the lack of organization, poor communication, questionable skill level, and refusal to take accountability. Clients should not have to spend hours in a salon only to find out halfway through a service that the technician cannot complete the design they agreed to perform. I won't be returning.

Kim did my pedicure and it was extremely sloppy. My cuticles were not cleaned, my toenails were not cut, and the polish application was very poorly done. What upset me most is that the owner clearly knew Kim was not skilled enough to perform a pedicure and did not step in or guide her at all. I'm a cosmetology school graduate, so I completely understand that everyone needs practice. However, Kim is well beyond a "training" stage and should not be providing services without proper skill. She needs to be retrained on basic pedicure fundamentals such as cuticle care, filing, and polish application. It's disappointing that Princess Nails would allow someone to perform pedicures knowing they are not qualified. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
