I've been coming here for a few years now and it's always my number one place to come back too. I love that it has the two levels to it. This way you can choose between hip-hop or house music! Which is perfect for myself and the group I am usually with. The service is alright, sometimes you get a really friendly bartender and other's they just seem bothered. I understand it's busy and stuff, but customer service is always important. It can get really packed some nights, I get there right before the rush comes just so I know I can get a drink or two before the long line at the bar. Restrooms are always clean! This spot would be amazing if it weren't for the unmanaged staff and ego tripped security. This spot would really benefit from an on site experience manager! I love the music the djs play and the decor. The promotions are nice but one super slow Sunday night, the single curly haired female bartender was acting so miserable and bothered people if were ordering lots of the $5 drinks, I just stopped buying any bc she wasn't worth dealing with, ignoring "excuse me's" and being rude about questions and then short handing drinks, she needs to find another job since she hates this one so much! This goes for security as well! Does this spot just hire anyone with a piece of paper that says guard card with no actual knowledge of security just the idea that they need to act powerful and be miserable at their jobs? The bigger girl with the heavy eyelash extensions was on an ego trip and acted rude towards my friend, leading them out with no explanation and when asked, she accused them do something they didn't even do! If you're seeing this don't be afraid to correct their attitudes hopefully they'll be replaced and this club could be better! My wife and I had a very upsetting experience at this establishment last night, and the way it was handled by security and management was unacceptable. While my wife was in the restroom, a female security guard with pink streaks in her hair told my wife that she had been watching her through the cracks of a bathroom stall. When my wife came out, the guard confronted her and accused her of using cocaine inside the stall. My wife immediately denied this, as she does not use cocaine or partake in drugs use of any kind. When she asked how the guard could possibly know what she was doing inside a closed stall, the guard said she had been watching her through the cracks. This was extremely disturbing and made my wife feel violated and humiliated, especially on top of being falsely accused of drug use. Security then told her she had to leave. When she returned to our group with security, she explained what had happened. We voluntarily offered to let them search her purse to help clear up the situation, but they refused. My sister then asked to speak with a manager. The manager who spoke with us had pink hair. I mention these descriptions only to identify the employees involved in case management or other patrons who have experienced something similar knows who we are referring to. Unfortunately, the manager's response made the situation even more frustrating. Rather than looking into what happened or acknowledging that the security guard could have been mistaken, the manager essentially told us that if security said she saw it, then that is what happened. We understand that nightclub security has a responsibility to keep patrons safe and address suspected drug use. We have no problem with that. What we have a problem with is a security employee saying she watched my wife through the cracks of a bathroom stall, making a serious accusation based on what she claims she saw, and then management treating that accusation as unquestionable while refusing our attempt to clear up the situation. My wife left feeling embarrassed, falsely accused, and deeply uncomfortable about being watched while inside a bathroom stall. Mistakes can happen. What matters is how a business responds when someone raises a legitimate concern. In our experience, there was no meaningful attempt to investigate what happened, hear our side, or acknowledge that their employee could have been mistaken. Because of the invasion of privacy, the false accusation, and especially the way management handled our concerns afterward, we will not be returning. read more

Me and my friend came to this club, we noticed there wasn't many people right away but now we know why. We had one drink, started dancing to ourselves, and went out to get food. We tried coming back and the guy told us that we're good to come in, but the woman said that my friend was "too drunk" we weren't loud; and we weren't causing any issues. We walked away respectfully and called a lyft but before we left I wanted to ask what the issue was so we didn't have any again. I walked up asking "what was the problem?" and they said : "your friend is just a little too intoxicated" i repeated: "but what did she do specifically?" the male said: "It's not that she did anything specifically, she's just too intoxicated" I said: "but what did she do? you guys are a bar.." He immediately started saying that "hear me out!! why did you guys come talk to us if you guys didn't want to hear me out??" i said well you guys have a bar so the fact that you're saying the reason you're kicking her out bc she's "too intoxicated" but you can't even say "oh she's too loud" or ANYYY reason whatsoever of WHYY she's "TOO" intoxicated, it's clear y'all are just losers. they immediately tried saying i was "yelling" at the MALE. haha, sorry but i know the difference of someone yelling at me vs just speaking to me. also if you kick people out, maybe expect people to be a little upset haha. yet like i said i know the difference of someone yelling at me and just asking a question, which i was just asking what the issue was cause y'all wanna tell two girls in their early 20's to "call it a night" but for no exact reason. sorry ya'll peaked in HIGHSCHOOL and need to kick people out who have done nothing wrong. this place is a joke, now we know why no one was dancing!! The entire staff is incompetent & dense. Bouncer attempted to keep my life saving seizure medication from me after shoulder checking it out of my hand and into the trash on my way out. My LABELED prescription bottle should have never even been taken from my possession at the door & I suggest that everyone take a look at the legalities behind that "policy" before complying with it. We had a good experience. Went on a Saturday night and it wasn't too busy and everyone was pretty nice. We went for EDM which they were playing downstairs but honestly, the sound system down there was not the best. Would have been a better time if they had a better sound system. I did lose my wallet there and was able to retrieve it from there a few days later with everything still in there, all my cash included so that was a major plus. read more

I'm only giving a star cause I have to. My sister & I went there last night and this woman who worked there had rudely asked my sister to spit out her gum while exiting the ladies restroom. After walking back to our table my sister proceeded to chew another piece of gum, when this same chick rushed over to my sister and yelled at her to spit out the new piece of gum and then proceeded to take her pack of gum from her bag. I've visited this spot several times recently, and each experience has been excellent. It has quickly become my go-to venue. The staff--including security and bartenders are cool, simply doing their jobs well. The space is roomy, the service is prompt with little to no wait for drinks, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and casual. Unlike larger, more upscale clubs, this place offers a more casual vibe--which I personally prefer. Plus, there's no cover charge. This recent time I went they stole items out of my purse without saying anything. They let me inside the facility but gave my friend a difficult time so by the time i had left the establishment I had noticed my stuff was gone. If I could leave zero stars I would! I have never had a problem using the restroom as a nonbinary person until I came to this place. You would think a club that plays goth music wouldn't discriminate you for what you identify as but sadly that's not the case. The first and only time I went to use the bathroom I went into the men's and was approached rudely by the staff and she proceeded to pull me outside without elaborating why? When we got outside she told me that because I look feminine I can't use the men's restroom even if i identify as non binary. I understand not every restroom is gender neutral and that's fine. But when you are pulled out from the restroom aggressively with no explanation that's where I draw the line. I proceeded to try and talk to the staff but at this point they were being even more aggressive and a male staff member would not let me talk at all. I let him speak and say what he had to say and once he stopped he told me I needed to leave and that if i tried to speak anymore I would never be allowed back in there.
