I called for an appointment and they were able to get me in the same week, for a four wheel alignment. Turns out the fixed rear axle on my VW, there is no adjustment to be done, that's just the way VW made that car. I didn't know this and they could've easily charge me the full rate but instead just charge me for just the front alignment. It's nice to find an honest mechanic. Quick in & out, knowledgeable mechanics, test drove the car to make sure the adjustments took. I would use the again. read more

I had Western align my F-150 as it was pulling to the left. They also insisted on doing the front shocks. It only had 35,000 miles but I trusted them. When I left it still pulled to the left. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I made another appointment but I was told the alignment was correct.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In the Air Force I drove almost everything up to a 5 ton tractor with a 40 foot trailer. I think I know when my vehicle pulls to the left. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I didn't argue with them since the same technician would be utilized to re-check the alignment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had it aligned at America's Tire. They have new state of the art equipment. I was shown a read out of where my alignment was and where it is after the the alignment was completed. It now drives perfectly. No pulling. I now have serious doubts the shocks needed replacement. Unfortunately I did not ask for the old parts to be returned. I will never return to Western Alignment. read more

Very friendly and professional, came in with my car slightly pulling to the left and checked my car, Alignment was just slightly off, they fixed it and rotated my front tires. Drove home and seem to fix my issue. I highly recommend this business, and very friendly family ran. I came here because of yelp reviews and was not disappointed. They had a mechanic go home with the flu and called me to ask if we could reschedule. I did not get the message before getting there and ended up showing up anyway. Because I live way out in the country, the guy at the front desk said they would work me in. It turned out I needed a bunch of stuff in the front end of my truck replaced or it would be pointless to do an alignment. The mechanic showed me all the worn spots. I told them I usually do my own wrenching and they were fine with it. The mechanic has an identical truck to mine and had just redone the suspension and steering on the front end of his truck as well. He gave me a list of websites to get parts and some advice on aftermarket parts that are better than OEM. They did not need to offer me the advice on doing the work that they could do on my own. They refused to take any payment for their time. I will without a doubt bring my truck back for an alignment when I finish rebuilding the front end and I will be bringing any future alignment jobs to them as well. This is part of why I like local mom and pop businesses. read more

I sent my car here after a really long ordeal. I had some repair work done, and when I got it back there was a grinding noise coming from where the damage was. I got an alignment from a reputable shop, and when it didn't get rid of the noise the original repair shop said to get it aligned at their shop, Western Alinement. It turned out that my alignment was perfect. He didn't charge me a penny and recommended getting my rear differential checked.
