It doesn't matter that it's quite a drive out there because it's nice to get out in the hill country. Her labor prices are reasonable, especially for us retired folks. I contacted Patsy to see if she could help with the replacement of broken antique glass in the doors of a 100-year old breakfront. The glass pieces were intricately installed between ornate wooden moulding but had developed cracks in many of the sections. Although I had not met Patsy, I could tell from the onset by the questions she asked that she understood the work I needed done and would take care of the doors of this piece as if they were her own. I could not have been more right about entrusting Patsy with this work. Although she told me up front that it would be several weeks after the time she picked up the doors before she could complete the work, she actually finished it more quickly than I expected and delivered the doors back today. It addition to replacing the broken glass, she cleaned up all the wood trim and framing of the doors as an added bonus. On top of that, they helped me reinstall the doors onto the breakfront so that no additional damage would occur. It was nice to see that she was as pleased with the results of her work as I was. When she delivered the doors back to me, she also replaced a broken piece of glass in our front door that have been cracked. Our door has 2 stained glass panes with both clear leaded glass and frosted or patterned glass. She was able to remove the cracked piece of patterned glass and cut a new piece that matched perfectly in less that an hour's time. The new piece looks as though it has been there the entire time! I whole-hearted recommend Patsy for any stained glass repair or replacement work. She has the skills to tackle even very difficult projects and a passion to provide both excellent work and excellent customer service! read more
