Do not go here this guy will rob you. I had put $5,000 down on a vehicle that he was selling for $11,000. I got approved for a $15,000 loan. When my first bill came out I say how much the loan was it was the full $15,000. So tell me how in the hell did the $11,000 vehicle with $5,000 down turn into $15,000. I met with him the same day of my inquiry, he already had the car ready to go for me to test drive and it went great except for a minor muffler issue and cracked windshield. We understood no repairs would be made given the nature of their style of business and without even me having ask he offered to lower the price for me! Also referred me to a windshield repair company. The deal was sealed! The epitome of a "Used Car Lot" I went here to look at a van they had. True to their "look around" all you want line, which I'm fine with, i checked out the van for a couple minutes before being approached by a young man in jeans and an ill-fitting t-shirt. After telling him I was here to check the van out, he went and got the keys. Coming back up to the van he went to unlock it and all we hear is "ZZZZZZZZZZ"; again he tries and "ZZZZZZZZZ". I take the key fob and "ZZZZZZZZ" the doors wouldn't even unlock, to which he says, "Hmm, doors don't unlock" and proceeds to unlock manually. The car started fine, but it was me asking all the questions. I have never dealt with a more lackadaisical and uninterested salesman in my life. I pointed out the headrest was missing and got an "oh yeah, it is" . I also asked if he had the jump seat, and said there was no jumpseat, and then he opened the compartment and it was empty, to which he exclaimed, "no, guess it doesn't" I asked him if I could drive it and he went and got the key, copied my license and said "see you in a bit". The van drove ok, but the navigation console said CODE across the front, this controls the radio and dvd, rendering all inoperable. There was clear water damage in the interior looking like it had come from the moon -roof. The inside had NOT been detailed at all, and the outside had mold growing in the lines and molding all over the van. It seemed like a quick clean flip for them. At this point it was obvious I wouldn't be buying this van, but decided to see what the salesman would say. he still hadn't told us his name mind you. I returned to the lot and parked the car; no one came out of the office. I went in and there were two other guys in the office playing on their cell phones who nodded when i passed looking for my guy. I found him in the end cubicle and he asked, "so, whaddaya think" i asked him if there would be any movement on the price and pointed out the obvious missing items and broken doorlocks, etc. He responded with, "Sure, you paying cash?" I told him it would be cash and he said after the tax-title-license fees it would be 9300$ He also said this model doesn't come with the removable center seat, which it does, and which THEIR OWN AD says it has. So for a 8000$ car, with an accident reported, broken locks and missing equipment, you want 10K? At this point i asked his name, which he said Serge. I told him i'd have to think it over, and he restated that if I was paying cash we could make a good deal. The COMPLETE lack of care, car knowledge and customer service I was shown reinforced the belief I have that 90% of used car salesmen are dishonest. From his dress to his speech to his lack of education of the vehicles on his own lot, i was left with a disdain for places like this. I would stay far, far away. I'm not glossing anything over, and it wasn't an "off day' judging from the past horrible reviews from other patrons on MULTIPLE sites. This place seems to have shown an ongoing disregard for the people, CUSTOMERS they claim to serve. Get it together people. These are families, peoples lives, peoples hard earned money. I had to put 1 star to post this, but in reality they deserve a 0 rating. 0 Customer Service 0 Knowledge of the vehicle 0 Interest in presentation 0 Motivation Guess what? I bought a Nissan Frontier from this place, seemed to drive decent and run decent for a commuter truck. I signed as is without a warranty, check engine light came on the next day and the transmission shifts horrible after a week of driving it. It was pretty clear they disconnected the battery to clear the codes and put some Lucas in the transmission to smooth it out. I give it 2 stars because the paperwork was ready when they said it would be and the sales guy was nice. I haven't even made the first payment on it, wonderful. read more

I love how the men here are not in your face trying to get you on a sale .. they let you look and dont try to force you into buying anything . I purchased a BMW from this place And Brady was very honest if i asked if there were any issues with the vehicle and told me no .. my mechanic looked at my car and told me the car was in excellent condition no issues at all like the sales man had told me . **update*** If i could write negative stars i would. Manager was nice but sales person Kelly and sergey are horrible. I went in on a Friday to inquire about a 2009 tundra and left because i had doctors appointment to get to. So then i called later that day to put an offer in and Kelly didn't take my offer. I then called Saturday to accept his offer with agreement to a few fixes to the truck. Kelly was off that day so i dealt with sergey. While on the phone with him in the middle of my sentence i guess a customer walks in coming back from a test drive and he quickly cuts me off saying "i have to go paying customers just walked in from a test drive" I have never felt so disrespected in my life! Now keep in mind i am ready to purchase one of the most expensive vehicles on the lot. So he then calls me back saying the owner of the company agrees to the price with the fixes but the owner is driving the truck because he had to take his dirt bikes home. So then Monday comes and i get a call from Kelly saying that we agreed to a price but the price doesn't include the fixes and i should do my google search for the map cd that is missing and the missing park for the tail gate. He said I could find the parts off eBay for no more than $40 total but if i wanted them to fix it then my price for the vehicle will be $500 more. I told him no while he was off the owner said yes to price and fixes. Including a good detail. So then he said well that was on Saturday and today is a new day. So then an hour later the owner of the company calls me and is very nice and understanding. And even stated he would take the truck to vancours to be detailed. And he mentioned he spilled his coffee in the truck. So then i get a call a few hours late from Kelly STILL trying to raise the price! And i told him No! Your owner of the company told me yes to all the fixes and the price. Why in the world would i pay more? So then he finally came to his senses and started the paperwork. So then Kelly mentiones that he will be personally detailing the truck himself. And i said okay because i just want the truck out of their hands. Detailing the truck is part of our contract agreement too. So when i get the truck still a damn coffee spill he only cleaned around the shifter knob! And then when i lift up the center stuff freaking cigarette stuff is in there! I'd bring the vehicle back to them to have a better detail but I'm sooooo tired of dealing with them. If it wasn't the truck we've been waiting for we would of walked long time ago. But we have been looking for months! I can't believe this is how i have been treated when i was buying the 3rd most expensive vehicle on their lot! And the other two are super old collectors vehicles so pretty much mine was the most expensive. So I call to see if my license plates are in because my temps expire the next day... guess what they are in and what do you know I wasn't notified.... So I go in today and Sergey is there and I ask for my plates and then he says " oh you the one that thinks we are mean" and I said "no I didn't say your mean I said u have bad customer service" then he keeps going on about how he was nice and blah blah blah I but my tongue and said "I just want my license plates!" Then this guy says "your just a..." and I replied with "I'm just a what?!" Then continues to say " I'm a piece of work". And you know what I am because I stand up for what's right especially customer service! So then he begins to say " I think the owner hid your plates because he's mad too" like really?! U keep that shit in your head! I then responded with "Well legally it's my property so find it!" So he finds it right in front of his face and then throws in on the counter for me and then as I'm leaving he says " I hope that truck fuckin breaks down on you!" CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE?! You know what's funny? When I did talk to the owner Brady he even said he has had to tell Sergey to watch/think about what he says to customers... Unbelievably dissapointed with this place. I went and got a truck from them. They wanted 4k for it but i got it out the door for 2k because the "throw out" bearing was going out. (would be an easy fix). Turns out not even 2 weeks into driving it the entire transmission blew up and will now cost me 1800 minimum to fix. Also may have a blown head gasket, and need new clutch plates soon. Which i dont have an estimate on yet but i know it wont be cheap. I will never go there again and dont recommend anyone else does unless they want to overpay for a vehicle that wont last more than a couple weeks. read more

And he thinks he's a cool talker but he really is just a normal car salesman selling junk.I unfortunately got suckered in and bought a rusty ass car with leaking gas tank. In the car needing about $2000 and work to make it safe to even drive. They don't look at the cars they do as minimal as possible and they mark them up typical car salesman. We all know it's a lot of work but I need his car it's even more work done with dip shits when you come to these lots and they don't know what there doing or even talking about. I wouldn't go here again for nothing!! But if you wanna even worse car salesman go up the street a little bit and check those guys out there's always worse and they're always could be better!! The son of the owner just got done playing college football and I think he banged his head a little too much just my opinion!! I'll see him in a couple days to pick my plates for my broken ass car.. I had been trying to get information on an audi a4 for over a week. They didnt have carfax or any info on the vehicle. Finally the carfa showed the vehicle had a salvaged title. They had no idea and were charging nearly double the KBB value of the car. EVEN ON SPECIAL the car was over the worth. I researched washington state laws for salvaged titles and was still interested in buying. I had to wait over a week to even look at the car. Finally once i got to see it, the vehicle was n worse condition than descibed at all. I made the comment that the vehicle wasnt even worth as much as they wanted and was really surprised at the unprofessional reaponse i recieved from one sales man. He didnt even hear how much i was going to offer before he accoused me of basically trying to get a free hand out. Keep in mind they never heard my offer and he continued to respond to me with rude messeges saying he felt bad i couldnt even afford a cheap car and that he hoped i could find something more in my price range.. i was going to buy the car paid in cash until he acted like a child trying to make me feel like he was high on the hog or something. I am a young male that pays all my bills, works 6 to 7 days a week full time, i have my own house and nobody in the world had helped me get to where i am. I refuse to be treated with such direspect by a "salesman" who hasnt even as much as shaken my hand. He went on about his precious $1500 car like and penny pinching greedy nobody would, like he couldnt take less for a car that wasnt even worth anything more than $700. I mean come on they didnt even know the title was rebuilt, im not a genious but to sell a car you should have that kind of information. The worst part of it all is i just paid over $1000 last month out f pocket to repair my pontiac that i now barely scrap worthy. I now had money to buy another car to get me to work and i got nothing but rude remarks. I would give negetive stars if i could. Im going to post the texts from this salesman online at some point to show how childish and rude he really is. Small business has no room to complain about money problems when they treat customers with such disrespect. Very hostile and unnecessary. I bought a Suburban a couple months ago from Austin's Auto Sales. The truck came from Puyallup but the guys in Tacoma did the paperwork. They signed a WEO stating they would fix the heater if I purchased the vehicle. I dropped it off and they had it over 2 weeks. They replaced the radiator and thermostat, without knowing what was wrong and what would fix it. After talking to the owner they finally called and said it was the heater core and I would have to pick out another truck because they wouldn't fix it because it cost $700. At this point, the loan had been funded, I had made the 1st payment and the truck had been licensed and registered. There was no way the bank would unwind at this point. They basically said they wouldn't honor their promise to fix the heater. It's not just the heat, it's a safety issue with the windows fogging up. Very poor customer service! read more

Applied and after almost 2 weeks of calling them to get information on my application, they wanted my wife on the account to show them I'm not responsible for all household bills. I was ok with rhat. And I cracked a joke. I said can't we just tell them I live with my mom and have no responsibilities lol. And the guy I was talking to went ballistic. Yelling at me and proceeded to tell me he's done wasting his time helping me. Even after I said I was joking. Instead of pulling some "imma take my ball and go home" BS. Tell me that you can't finance me, your 100% approval rating will still be believed. Long story longer I've never been yelled at for trying to lighten the mood. Like I said I drilled his wife or something. I'm not naming names but that guy was a raging a**hat. And the car is still there.
