My son's favorite was the masala dosa- a comforting blend of flavors and textures, sambar was absolutely scrumptious. I practically inhaled my gobi, which is one of my favorite dishes. Perfect spice/heat level, well balanced and nice crunch from the bell peppers and onions. The veg fried rice was a safe third dish in the event my son was craving something familiar, and it ended up being satisfying but our least favorite of the order. I will say it was prepared well and I love the threads of vegetables throughout. Mango lassi was a nice buffer for some of the heat for my son, and my sugar cane juice was a surprisingly savory/sweet quencher for the ride home. Oh. Thirdly, they are open later than most indian restaurants in Troy and even delivery is 5 stars on uber eats or DoorDash. They don't skimp on quality when it's delivered through a third party service.
