For a kid with sensory sensitivity, this was the perfect timing to dine in. I was a bit sad to see the restaurant so empty and hope it was largely our timing. However, I can't negate the construction and horrible economic conditions as questionable contributors. The space is vast, clean, and today was peaceful. Generally, it's a lively atmosphere, cricket and kids in the background, and lots of gathering and conversations. The staff is always friendly and warm. One of the staff made sure to come by our table to check in mid-meal. It's a simple gesture and it makes me feel warm and welcome. We ordered gobi manchurian, masala dosa, veg fried rice, a mango lassi for my son and sugar cane juice for me. My son's favorite was the masala dosa- a comforting blend of flavors and textures, sambar was absolutely scrumptious. I practically inhaled my gobi, which is one of my favorite dishes. Perfect spice/heat level, well balanced and nice crunch from the bell peppers and onions. The veg fried rice was a safe third dish in the event my son was craving something familiar, and it ended up being satisfying but our least favorite of the order. I will say it was prepared well and I love the threads of vegetables throughout. Mango lassi was a nice buffer for some of the heat for my son, and my sugar cane juice was a surprisingly savory/sweet quencher for the ride home. Oh. And a scoop of butterscotch ice cream for the boy. Overall I am a loyal Neehee's fan and look forward to many more visits.

I ended up getting their Mysore Masala Dosa and Dahi Samosa Chaat. The dosa was good but didn't really have that kick or the authentic flavor I was hoping for. The sambar was too watered for my taste. The samosa chaat however checker off all the flavor boxes. The chaat was tangy, but not too spicy and absolutely delish. They have a lot of seating that makes me think they probably get crowded on weekends and holidays.

First, Ziggy the owner is exceptionally hospitable. He will personally come to your table to make sure you love what you ordered. Ive been a customer for several years and since the first time I came to Paradise Ziggy always goes above and beyond. Secondly, the food has consistently been excellent. A few years ago I used to order biryani trays for parties then started coming in for carry out or dine in and every time everything I have tried is top notch. Recently I had their butter chicken and wow I was very impressed, it's by far the best (which says a lot!) I've had and surprisingly in a good way is more like a chicken tikka masala and not too heavy/creamy. Thirdly, they are open later than most indian restaurants in Troy and even delivery is 5 stars on uber eats or DoorDash. They don't skimp on quality when it's delivered through a third party service. Paradise makes sure they surpass your expectations every time no matter if it's catering, dine-in, carryout or delivery. If you haven't tried Paradise, definitely give it a try and hopefully you get to experience the warmth that Ziggy brings to each and every customer.

The vibe is nothing fancy just a simple dine in Desi restaurant with Indian music on the background. Our waitress served us some masala chai and Alu Tikki on the house. ( We figured this later when the bill came. Thank you it was a nice surprise.) Since it's a Nepali owned restaurant we asked them if they had Momo and they did! So we got the chicken steam Momo with Keema Naan and Chicken Hakka Noodles. The masala and spice was less with simple flavors like any Nepali household. It was like home cooked flavors. The food was fresh and came hot. I loved the noodles and naan. The Mo:Mo was okay, like any other Nepali restaurant they were frozen and steamed later! But the chutney did the magic for Mo:Mo. We got some extra chutney for to go! Would love to come back and try some curry and Naan items. If you like Indian food with minimal spice and solid flavors, give this place a try! I remember a very impressive display. I believe the food was Pakistani and it was delicious. Especially the kebabs. The hall was magnificent. A beautiful reception that went off without a hitch. Appetizers: * Samosas - warm and creamy filling; crunchy outside, just like you would expect * Paneer Pakoda - creamy and cheesy * Masala Dosa - absolutely the BEST with the sauces and soup We were stuffed after eating appetizers but pressed on! Main: * Chicken Tikka Masala - an old favorite, exactly what you want in Tikka * Utappam - fluffy savory pancake * Lamb Rogan Josh - the lamb melts away like it's been braised into submission; so perfect. * naan, rice and sauces all perfect And even though we were too stuffed to move...
