Right from the beginning, this company gave 100% and even went the extra mile to deliver. I had been in an accident that completely destroyed my hood and a bit of my bumper but after giving it to Armen and his team, my car looks brand new. Not only did they fix the hood and bumper, but they did a paint retouch on my back bumper (didn't even ask them to!), put some oil in it AND dropped it off at my home while at work in Hawaii. Its great that I have had the opportunity to shop for a car and write these reviews so that people like myself who are looking for a decent car know what they're in for. I called ahead and said I wanted to test drive a vehicle today and when I arrived the car was on risers! and nobody knew anything about a test drive. The salesman didn't want to even allow me to test drive the vehicle not one single bit until he could verify if my credit was good. First of all you don't know need to know anything about my credit if I already told you I have an approval to buy from my credit union. Second thing of all I realized wait a sec, this sounds like nonsensical bullshit and I can just leave. It wasnt long before I left when I smelled cat urine that was all over the the small sales office. Yea it was pretty weird, they said they feed and nurture stray cats and they were running all over the room, digging up the dirt in a planted pot behind me and peeing on things in the room. I was like forget this place! Next!. Do not come here, these places are crazy man this is like the fourth dealership playing games with me. Does anyone want to sale me a car or not? i dont get it, they buy these cars to sale them right? ha ha ha oh well I guess this place will probably be going out of business very soon with there lack of care for the customer. I applied for financing and was pretty much told "kick rocks" your not approved etc . I hate to post a negative review but I'm disappointed about my experience here. Found what I thought was a great car. Took it to a trusted mechanic and turns out, it's been in an accident! Someone tried to hide the evidence with a shiny paint job, but they missed several spots, and that shiny paint will fade fast. Lots of other issues too, including the vin numbers being removed from the car doors to hide the history! They lowered the average market price to try and lure me in, thinking I was getting a great deal for a car with such low mileage, and I almost fell for it! Even when I called them out about all the issues with the car, they wouldn't lower the asking price. The mechanic said I shouldn't pay more than $9,000 for a car with that history, and they were asking $13,400! The service I experienced was polite and friendly, I wasn't insulted to my face or treated rudely, so two stars. But I do not appreciate someone trying to hand off a car in such bad shape for such a high price. Do not buy from this dealership without taking the car to a trusted mechanic first. Find out what it is you are buying, and what you should REALLY be spending! read more

I bought a truck from them I drove it less than 700 miles transmission broke cost me 3500$ to fix it, than the engine light turned on after few weeks I bought , and he lied about it. And it was the catalyst converter it cost me 1150$ to fix , and he refused to help with anything. The car was drawing a lot of interests so we set up an appointment as soon as I could which happen to be on Veterans Day. I paid my down payment, traded in my car, and what initially started out as a simple appointment to test drive/inspect the car ended with me driving off the lot with the car of my dreams! Absolutely glad I made the drive all the from Irvine to Van Nuys because I got an opportunity to drive my new car all the way back. If you have your finances figured out and you know what you're looking for, I would 100% recommend buying a car through this dealership. They made the entire process simple (they even handle all the DMV work for you) and the best part is that they don't push you into buying something you don't want to buy. It is currently 106 days since they lost their appeal, and I still have not received payment. I wrote a letter at approximately 90 days to politely request they fulfill their legal obligations. The first response from them I received was to this Yelp review. However, I did receive a written response shortly thereafter and we have now arranged a payment plan. I will provide a final update once they have completed the terms of the settlement. Until then, Yelpers should be aware that this is still an unresolved issue. Oh, and to counter the point they made about the mechanic, yes I did drop it off to one of their mechanics near Hollywood Forever Cemetery. However, they do NOT perform full transmission work at that location. Instead, this specialized transmission job was done at some place in Glendale that they REFUSED to identify. Furthermore, all of these issues emerged within 1 month of owning the car (driven 200 miles max), not after 10 months and thousands of miles later, as they implied. This is probably why they lost their case (twice)...by stating only partial truth and not revealing all of the facts. read more

Last week I walked onto this lot with little hope. I had just come from 4 other dealerships that couldn't get me into a car that I liked (or thought was worthwhile) with my $1000 down payment and monthly payment I was looking for. The last dealer I had gone to see suggested that I visit Gus at Auto & Truck Village in Van Nuys. Gus showed me a 2004 Chrysler Sebring that was VERY clean and only 83,000 miles. I fell in love with it immediately. The down payment needed was more than I had, but Gus and Armin worked out a balloon payment for me that I could work with. After leaving the lot, one of the lights on the dash started going off. I called Gus when I got home, he told me bring the car in the next day which I did.
