Car broken into last night. Right rear passenger window gone, along with a couple of other valuable items. Insurance couldn't get an appointment to fix until Monday at the earliest. Weather forecast calls for rain, so no deal there. I did some research and found Auto Fast Glass, Inc. Spoke to Murdoch, who laid out a plan, on a SATURDAY!!!, He set me up with an appointment by 11:30am. Murdoch and has partner promptly got to work. Done in less than one hour. They vacuumed all the broken glass, took apart the door, cleaned all the glass bits there. Then installed the new pane, made sure it worked, and voila! Like new! Slides up and down, no problem. It's not often I review a company after they make a mistake, but this company completely stands behind their work! I had a windshield replaced, and unfortunately some of the clips broke when replacing it causing one of the seals to fly off on the freeway. I contacted the owner, and without hesitation, said he would take care of it. After ordering the replacement part from the manufacturer, Roberto showed up as promised, and has to hands down be the nicest, most genuine and humble man I have ever met! I had a loose window that I was afraid would fly off of the car at a high speed. It appeared the glue was coming undone. I looked up Auto Glass Repair shops close to work in Burbank and Auto Fast Glass came up a few blocks away. I drove over at lunch and they quickly looked at the car and were able to remove and re-glue the window. Very fair price and they guys were fantastic to deal with. I've had my 1997 BMW 328i for six years, and although the windshield glass was still intact, it had a couple repaired dings and general wear and tear on it. One day I realized I was going to keep thing thing for several more years. Why look through old, worn glass? I found Auto Fast Glass on Yelp. I called around 4pm to set up an appointment. He surprised me by scheduling a 7:30 same-day install. Seriously? How cool is that? Apparent change of policy: They will accept debit (and maybe credit cards) on outcall visits. The installer, Miguel, rolled up on time and parked his pickup behind my car in the apartment house underground garage. He proceeded to remove my old windshield then installed the replacement. It went smoothly. At the end, he took my debit card, put it under a receipt page and rubbed a pen or pencil over the paper to transfer the image. I was surprised he didn't use a mobile device to just run the card electronically. It was $214.89 for everything. I tipped the man in cash and he was on his way. A couple days later, I noticed a problem. There is some black plastic flashing that covers the bottom edge of the windshield. I noticed it was crumbling as I touched it while cleaning the glass. On inspection, I realized it had been crumbling while he removed and reinstalled it. He should have brought that to my attention. I called the boss then drove over to his office. He inspected the part (two parts actually, left and right) and ordered replacements. He offered to install them for free. A few days later they arrived. He removed the wipers and the old flashing, then put the new parts in place and secured them. Seventy-five bucks each for the parts. Damn. For two slabs of BMW black plastic. Makes me wonder what BMW air for my tires would cost. This is what happens when you don't buy a Chevy or Toyota. I peeled off the bills, handed them over and thanked him very much for the excellent and attentive service. I would go back. And I would recommend them. I rock cracked my Jeep windshield on the 710 coming in to work. My rear side window was smashed in during a robbery one night. The next morning, Auto fast glass was able to clean up all the glass fragments and install a brand new window -- all in about 30 minutes and for a reasonable price. I'd give them 3.5 stars for this instance. I scheduled them to come in yesterday a week before in the morning. There was a scheduling error when the day came and they ended up coming 2 hours later than scheduled. They did a fast job replacing my front windshield and it looks good as new. Unfortunately when they were putting everything back, they must have forgot something cause my driver side windshield wiper is no longer functioning. Got my window repaired by Auto Fast Glass after my car was broken into. I called a few different places to get quotes on the repair and while they were one of the more expensive quotes, I went with them because they could come to me, clean up the glass and repair the window with a tinted window. I specifically asked if it would be tinted and let them know all my other windows were tinted. They assured me it would be. Not only did they not put in a tinted window, they left glass all over my car. On the floor, under the seats, in my middle console and inside the seatbelt buckle so I can't even connect my seatbelts. When I tried calling them after they left, I was hung up on. What was supposed to be a all-in-one fix turned into more work than this was worth. Bummed I went with these guys on this. read more

Murdach and Edmund are top notch! About a month ago I was driving on the fwy a rock flew into my windshield and made a crack in the middle just off my eye line. I drove my car in that day and Murdach was very nice and honest. Told me the crack woukdnt spread and didnt need to be replaced immediately. It was bugging me so I went ahead with the replacement. Just so no one doubts the legitimacy of this review: I copied and pasted the text of my Google review into this Yelp review- So it'll be the same verbatim as what's on Google, however it was not posted by a bot or the company. Also, in the interest of full disclosure: I absolutely despise Yelp. I mention this because I have refused to use Yelp since its inception, but the experience I had with Mehrdad/Auto Fast Glass was so worth sharing that I set aside my disdain for Yelp so I could submit a review. Now that we've gotten that out of the way.... Long story short, I was replacing a window regulator on my '04 Camry when I discovered that I needed about two squirts of automotive grade window weld/epoxy (to secure the window to the channel guide tabs, which hold the window to the bracket). This stuff comes in at around $30 a tube pretty much anywhere you look, and I just couldn't justify buying a whole tube, using 1% of it on my window, then having the rest go bad. Enter Mehrdad and Auto Fast Glass. I told Mehrdad about my situation and without hesitation, he invited me down to take a peek. Not only did he take care of me with the epoxy, but he actually spent almost an hour of his day helping me get my window back in correctly (while fielding calls and helping other customers over the phone!) The price was so low/competitive that I offered to buy him lunch or a six pack, but he graciously declined the offer and was just glad to be able to help. If I have any auto glass needs in the future, Mehrdad's got my business. In 2018, you don't often have people go out of their way to lend a hand, but Mehrdad's willingness to help me was refreshing and much appreciated. A+ guy for sure- Thanks so much Mehrdad! read more

So I got my car window broken into TWICE IN ONE WEEK. I cannot tell you how thankful I am for Mehrdad and his associates. Service: First time I called, he gave me a very competitive quote and was also able to help me the same day (an hour from when I called) and done in 40 minutes!
