These guys were pretty fast and also convenient. They come to your location and also order the glass that you request to replace/fix in just a day so there's no long wait. The price was really fair for how quick and efficient the service was. The only downside to my experience is that when I had my glass replaced, they didn't really do a great job when it came to vacuuming the broken glass shards that was around my seats. I know they do it as a complimentary service, but I thought they would do a thorough job that I didn't need to worry until a friend of mine got a cut on his finger. Just for anyone that does replace a broken window, double check and vacuum it yourself to prevent any injuries. read more

Let me start out by saying that the only reason this is a one star review is because yelp does not allow zero stars. I initially requested a quote from Auto Glass Force through email and received a response of $285 total price for the service. Once I received the quote I purchased a Groupon for a $100 credit towards the cost of replacing the cracked windshield. Upon trying to schedule an appointment, I was again informed the cost would be $285, but this time it was $285 plus tax. So ok, I then inform the contractor that I have a $100 Groupon credit I'd like to use. A few minutes later he responds that the regular cost is $385 and with my Groupon $285. They raised the price $100 as soon as I told them I had a $100 credit. I had never informed the original quoter that I had a Groupon, and he quoted $285. So then why had the price gone up $100 as soon as I told them I had a $100 credit? This is beyond a shady business practice and I'm quite sure I'm not the first one this has happened to. If you get a quote of $285, the cost should be $285. Not $385 when you tell them you have a $100 credit. What's the purpose of the original quote if they can raise the price of the service after you inform them you have a credit? This is by far one of the worst business experiences I've ever had with a car related service. Needless to say, I won't be using this place, ever! read more
