Every one of them was unable to provide any services to us over the 3 days we were in town. This included the widely known Safelite, and they were only able to accommodate on our return trip through N.C. three days later. This meant we would be driving around all weekend with a huge windshield crack that would only potentially get worse. Super thanks to the team at Global Glass. Not only were they able to come to our hotel and get the windshield changed out in the parking garage, they also were half the cost of what Safelite was going to bill us and Global Glass was able to get the job done three days sooner. Thanks to Leon and his team, we didn't show up at Lenox Square with a busted windshield and the whole replacement process was only about an hour. So when I woke up yesterday to discover my car's passenger window smashed to smithereens -- aside from lamenting the theft of my lint roller [yeah, I know, right?] and 2 month old GPS unit -- I could only shake my head at amateur hour. Why, in 2010, thieves don't have the decency and self esteem to invest in a slim jim and a little robbery savoir-faire is beyond me. I'm willing to bet heavily that they chew with their mouths open and shave down their toenails with a paring knife. No style, yo. I was referred to Glass Plus by my mechanic and was treated wonderfully from my very first interaction. They ordered the glass I needed at 11:00 am; I dropped the car off at nearly 1 pm; and I was on the road without a plastic-duct tape window by 3pm. Replacing a Windshield on a Motorhome is much more difficult that doing the same thing on a car. It takes a lot of work and effort to take the windshield off and even more of an effort to do it with quality. Parts of the bus have to come off and all go back on and proper Caulking and setup are critical. These guys did a GREAT Job. Fixing issues that the previous guy did poorly. I would highly recommend them and rarely right such glowing articles....

More rain was expected later in the AM, so I did a quick Google search for repair. Called and left message. My call was returned around 7a. Got placed on Carlo's work orders for that AM and by Noon he'd arrived and replaced my window motor. Quick, convenient, mobile, reasonably priced. He is very deceptive and will not disclose where he purchase the junk part that was not up to standard. Why do I have to pay you again after paying $318.00 in August. Took my car to BMW and I was told the part was a junk and I had to replace the regulato . He obviously supports a junk yard for parts. I was looking to get a windshield replaced on our family car. Call to get a estimate and received a…read more$245 quote. That quote was without a feature that "I" wasn't sure. Called back to provide the feature and to get a new quote. During this call I was quoted $280. Now both times the person that I was speaking with (Jaime) was to send over his information which also would have allowed me to pay for the window. Never received... Go figure. I then called and left several msgs with no return phone call nor email. Funny thing, I called from a different number and guess who answered? Take a guess. Now she is quoting me $380. I refused to pay the new quote of $380. The following week I called and spoke with whom I believe to be the manager or a business partner. Jaime was out on vacation. He then stated that he would get the correct windshield and call me back with a quote. No call back. Go figure again. I called and he then gathered all of my information related to my vehicle. He requested that I send him pictures of my windshield. Now, he did call me back with a new quote of $240 because her (Jaime's) quote was incorrect. Perfect! I informed him that I was going to be out of town the next day but will connect with him on the following day back. I called today and Jaime answered the phone. She stated that in order to have my windshield replaced. It is going to be.......$380 so when would you like to schedule? . I informed her on the fact the I had spoken with her manager and everything was quoted and ready. She placed me on hold. Came back to tell me that the quote was wrong and the $380 is the correct quote. At this point I realize that there is no reason to keep trying to work with a company that is inconsistent with their information and also not being on the same page. My biggest issue is the customer service piece of this problem. The fact that I was trying to accommodate them by driving to Perimeter area on my day off instead of having them drive to Lawrenceville is sad. Way to do business!

I waited in the lobby while my windshield was being replaced. They offered free wifi so I was able to work on my computer. I'm really glad that I found his number after all these years. Thanks to Jaime for keeping me company while I waited. Awesome service!
