Him and two others im assuming are his sons or "employees".... BEWARE they ruined my car and sunroof sensors! he who goes by "gator tech #12" was referred to me and came out to replace a cracked windshield on my car, he was alerted beforehand that i have sensors on my windshield, he said he could do it and has 20+ years experience and presented fake credentials to gain trust... after he replaced the windshield there was loud whistling noise coming from the windshield, the glass is obviously glued on crooked and is covering half of my vin number displayed at the front, my sunroof buttons started having issues and he left exposed wires from the windshield sensors along with some disgusting, stink, black goo from his disgusting , dirty fingers all over my car interior , after i expressed my concern, he came back to "fix it" but instead he maliciously smeared the black stinky goo everywhere in my car including on both of my sun visors, he pulled out and broke my side pillars leaving it hanging with even more wires exposed, he added excessive amounts of glue and smeared it across my dashboard (impossible to remove). ALL BECAUSE I ASKED HIM TO FIX A PROBLEM HE CREATED. HE HAS CREATED A SAFETY HAZARD AND I FEEL UNSAFE TO DRIVE MY VEHICLE AND this BUSINESS (M&A bell auto glass) HAS refused to take accountability and or fix the issue. After i have made many attempts to resolve this issue, i was met with multiple verbal aggressions and insults from gator, he "gator" claimed over the phone that "you don't know wtf you're talking about, im not paying for nothing, people are discrediting my work, the glass is fine, you are not educated enough to understand, ect" after i tried to get REAL PROFESSIONALS TO FIX EVERYTHING HE BROKE IN MY CAR SINCE HE IS REFUSING TO FIX IT... He was paid in full but has refused to give me a receipt or any documentation/ information regarding the "works" he did on my car, i still attempted to get a resolution but he has ignored all messages, phone calls and he has eventually blocked my phone number. There are no valid information about his business in the state of Georgia so this company may not even be operating legally! Beware and don't make the same mistakes that i made! This mf has caused thousands in damages to my car when all he had to do was fix a windshield correctly. this situation has caused me unnecessary stress, and financial losses as i am not able to operate due to the fears of driving an unsafe car!
