I have had a windshield replace here before. My truck was broken into last night so I called to see if they could get me in today. The nice lady at the desk said they could have the glass in about an hour. I drove to the location, had to wait about 10 minutes until they moved my truck in to replace the window. I was leaving their location in 20 minutes. I ask a few questions of the tech (his name is Tee) he explain what they had to do, then I was done. Great place for repairs. read more

I didn't see any ~recent~ reviews before booking an appointment, so leaving my experience here for anyone in the same boat. Biggest takeaway-- if you call to make an appointment, make sure you get the estimate sent to you in writing. The customer service advisors were lovely and let me know they "had the best price in the area", which after calling around, seemed about right. I was quoted around $650 total for the service ($400 windshield, $200 recalibration) which I wrote down as it was being told to me. The service itself came out to be $700 (including a few discounts ig?). It seems the quote didn't include tax, so with state and sales, it was an additional $100, totaling ~$760 all together. Also worth noting-- morning of my appointment/drop off at 8am, when I was 5 minutes away, they called to let me know they ordered the wrong glass and would need to reschedule. I went to a garage to get my glass crack repaired. I was originally told it would cost $70, but I ended up being charged $89. After the service, the crack was still there--they told me they don't fully fix it, they only prevent it from spreading. That was never explained upfront. I get a text asking if I will be in before 4 and I was confused so I called and this extremely rude woman by the name of Jasmine answered. Would not recommend to bring your car here and if you do PLEASE take videos of your car beforehand and see if their cameras work so you don't end up dealing with damage you did not arrive with. I would NOT take your care to get repaired. I brought my car to get my front windshield to get replaced 10th of this month. Ended up leaving unable to open my passenger door because my fender was pushed in and dented preventing me from opening my door all the way. Manager was completely unprofessional and was defensive from the beginning assuring me they did absolutely nothing wrong. She tried to say that I brought the car with the damage and when she did this I asked if that was the case why not call me and let me know theirs damage that would interfere with the job.... she remained silent and simply said "You need to bring it in to be looked at" Rather then arguing on the phone I requested camera footage so I can take it up with insurance but the stores cameras haven't been working for a while.I decided to visit in person and the person who worked on my car would not speak with me so I ended up speaking to a technician named Rathuan to figure out what was going on and even though he couldn't solve the issue he was very respectful and was understanding. He couldn't do much since he was not in charge but understood both sides and said the manager should have the information regarding insurance. Following day I visited again to speak to the manager in person but again she was defensive and when I requested their insurance information she stated "I don't have the insurance information, I don't know it" so I realized she wouldn't cooperate I called the police but since it wasn't anything criminal there was not much they could to do so now I will be taking it further up. read more

Having my window shattered by an undetermined object on my way to the office was no way to start my day & was only made worse upon hearing the absolutely outrageous quote from the top competitor in this area. As you can see depicted in my photo, this was the small passenger vent window that had no type of sensor or function, so I was caught off guard hearing that it would cost me $750 to get this fixed elsewhere. Lucky for me, my sister did some research & cam across Auto Glass where we were quoted $140 plus tax & a nominal credit card usage fee. The front desk staff was an absolute delight to work with. I had the waiting room to myself where I had some free coffee & watched some vintage 80's comedies they had on the TV as I waited for about 2 hours for the work to be completed. The mechanic came & got me at the end & provided me with full instructions on what to do next & expectations. I will admit that I was a bit cautious in my decision to try the lesser known glass repair company, but at such a cost savings, I simply could not resist & the work done was quite satisfactory. read more

Fun little update on the "repair" they did. My dash cover in glass & debri. Not one of the seals around the window is tight or flush, not to mention some are folded over. The windshield wiper cowl no longer sits flush or tight on the drivers side They also managed to destroy the rubber that runs the length of it along the top. Do yourself a favor a stear completely clear of the shop, unless you like your car or truck to leave with damage than it came in with. Don't bother trying to recoup any of the payment they stole from you for their "repairs" because that will be met with excuses you've never thought could be possible. read more

They were a fraction of the cost of its competitors such as safe light. The whole process was painless. Call and make an appointment, drop your car off, and it's done with in 2 hours! Beware of the area though. I would recommend bringing someone along with you and go get some lunch or something while they are working on your car! When I showed up for my appointment, I arrived at an extremely sketchy location. Homeless panhandlers and glass covered driveway did not bolster my confidence. After entering the "establishment", I am struck by a lobby from a horror show and the waiting area which is hidden in the back like a sad reminder that some people have no choice but to come here. No. Did they fix the problem once I brought it back into the shop? No. Now, you may be thinking to yourself "why wouldn't they fix such an obvious problem", and if you are thinking that, you are in luck because I am about to enlighten you with the destitute hilarity that ensued. Im paraphrasing here, so forgive me, but the response I received was somewhere along the lines of "yeah, would ya look at that. Huh. Well, this isn't the first time I've seen this. I have no idea how to fix it" to which I respond "what? Then what am I going to do?" to only be answered with "uhh I'm not sure. Maybe go somewhere else?" So, if you really like only one side of your cars window rolled down, this place is for you. If you happen to enjoy the lack of rain, snow, cold air, and the soothing whistling noises that driving on the highway now offers inside your car, maybe you should try your luck in asking the nearest Applebee's bartender if they have any experience replacing glass. After going in earlier this week, Anthony advised me that replacement made more sense than repair and with a cost difference of $150 I agreed. I ordered the glass, made an appointment to come back today and have it installed. The staff is great, the district manager was nice and helpful. My only complaint is please don't say it will take an hour when it's likely going to be at least 2. Many people I was with in the waiting area were there well over 2 hours. I brought my 2013 sonata in on 9/21/2019 at 8:00 am as soon as they opened. The price I was quoted was very reasonable compared to the big companies. They were very quick and when leaving I was told a little bit of the glass he wasn't able to get out in the bottom of the door. He claimed it would eventually come out on its own. I said ok and left and didn't really inspect it. Once I got home and opened the door and closed it WOW!!! It sounded like half the window was in the door still. The amount he left in would have never have came out on its own. They had one guy doing 4 cars. My guess is he was a little busy and didn't have the time to remove. I've always noticed this place driving by but when my windshield got cracked, it wasn't my first choice. After I was quoted $428 plus tax from a competitor, I knew I needed to shop around. The price this place quoted was more than half of the competitors price. So I went with it. I would have given 5 stars but I waited in waiting area for two hours before they let me know that the new windshield had a crack in it and they needed to send for another one. Other than that, no complaints. As soon as the windshield came in, it was no more than 20 minutes and I was out the door. I will definitely use this place again, if needed. DO NOT BRING A VEHICLE YOU CARE ABOUT TO THIS COMPANY!!!! Please read at least the first part, a breakdown of the things this company put us through. I'll then give a more detailed story, for those who are interested. -We brought our 2019 Honda Civic to Auto Glass Now to have our rear windshield replaced. They replaced it within a timely manner, but did a lot of damage in the process. I got quotes from 4 different very reputable body shops, including a place they wanted me to go to after they complained the first three were too high and there was no way it should cost that much. Damage estimates were between $2,600-$3,450. After two months, a lot of back and forth, ignored phone calls and two District Managers involved, I was basically strong armed into them cutting costs down and doing a touch up job on the damage, instead of doing it the way it should have been done. They ended up paying maybe $950 for the repair job. We got the car back in what I consider 60% fixed. They didn't replace one of the interior plastic pieces with a 12" scratch, that they said would. I've worked in customer service for 20 years. Any company that cares about their customers, would never, ever treat a customer the way these guys did to me. It's absolutely unacceptable and everyone needs to know that this is not a professional company. They do not care about you or your car and don't have the right tools, training or know-how to do the job the correct way. You're better off paying a little more at an actual, professional company and getting the work done you deserve. AGAIN, DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! -We brought our 2019 Honda Civic to Auto Glass Now on September 2nd, 2020 to have our rear windshield replaced from a stray bullet that came through the side of our garage. After they replaced the rear windshield, my girlfriend picked the car up and brought it home. When I got home, I inspected the repair work that was performed. That's when I found all the damage that was done. There was a decent size scratch on the trunk, scratches along both sides, bottom and top from where they removed the old glass. Also, there were scratches on two interior plastic pieces, a tan rear corner trim piece and the grey floor piece above the back seats. I contacted the office manager right away about the damage and told her that this would need addressed ASAP, once I returned from vacation. Once back in town, September 8th, I brought our car back to their shop. After showing them the damage, I was told that this happens, is common and that it was caused by the machine that removes the glass. The store manager Tina told me that she would be in touch. That same day she got back to me and let me know that they needed 3 estimates from different body shops of my choice. I spent half a day getting these quotes from 3 very reputable body shops here in town. All of them could not believe the damage that was done from just replacing a rear windshield and assured me that this wasn't the correct way it should have been done. If the company knows what they're doing and have the right tools, scratches won't happen. September 9th Tina reached out to me and wanted pictures and information on our vehicle, so I sent them over. On September 16th I emailed over the 3 quotes for the repair work. Estimates were between $2,600-$3,450. These prices were to pull the rear windshield out, replace 2 plastic pieces with scratches, fix scratches around glass, fix the scratch on the trunk and repaint parts of the car to make sure everything blended properly, plus labor. After almost a week and a half, I hadn't heard anything. I texted the office manager and was told that the District Manager, Bob, would be in town next week and he would be in touch. Another week and a half week went by, nothing. I reached back out to the office manager and that's when she gave me Bob's contact information. After receiving Bobs info, I reached out to him to try to get this resolved. On October 5th, Bob requested quotes and pictures that I had already sent to the office manager. So, I sent them over right away. I didn't hear anything for a couple days, at this point it's getting obvious that the damage done wasn't important for them to take care of right away. I reach back out to Bob and he informs me that all 3 quotes are way overpriced, there's no way it should cost this much, he's been in the business forever and he knows all and how things should get done. This might have been another DM, Mike, saying this. He got involved later on. With all the lies and crap that I was fed this whole process I can't keep who said exactly what straight. October 9th, my birthday, I had to travel to the south side of Columbus for a fourth estimate. This was per Bob's request because this was a shop that they have worked with and they figured it would be the cheaper place. Never again. The first windshield was installed improperly, causing leaky wind noise. Dirty finger print stains on my roof lining, my pillar side air bag molding is no longer flush. The repair required a new windshield be re-installed because they broke the first one while attempting to replace a seal. When I got into my car to leave I noticed there were slivers of broken glass shards throughout the front of my car. I had to ask if they didn't have a shop vac, at which point they made a hastily attempt at sucking up the glass with a small shop vac hose without an attachment. Not to mention the shop is filthy. On the phone I was quoted a hour for service time, but I was out of there by 8:20am. My windshield replacement came with a warranty for as long as I own my vehicle. I came here after Safelight refused to honor their warranty. I had a 10:00am appointment on a Saturday. I was there until about 1:45pm. I wish I had checked it out before driving away but I didn't. They left two seals sticking up and flapping in the wind. I called to tell them and was told to drive back up there because their mobile service wouldn't be able to come out for two weeks. Auto Glass Now did an excellent job replacing the front windshield on our Odyssey. The staff was fun and engaging, especially Tara, and the price was less than HALF of Safelite. I've done some research and found that both companies source glass from the same manufacturers and distributors, and sometimes from each other. The office/reception looks like a replica of the set of Serpico, circa 1973. It is a dump, but customers were moving chairs around and talking to each other, and the manager let me use her desk to get some work done. I could give a crap about the decor, the price and service were impeccable. They did say they were going to remodel... I am not an expert on this, but the windshield looks great, is solidly in place, no issues and there was no evidence that it had been worked on, other than it was suspiciously clean. Needed my windshield replaced on my vehicle and all I can say is that I regret NOT paying the little extra money to go to Safelite or another windshield repair company. Dropped my car off on a Friday was told it would take about 1.5 hours. 3 hours later and after having to call them I was told they didn't have the correct windshield in stock. We rescheduled for the next day (Saturday) was told it would take about an hour and after 2 hours I walked up to the front desk and asked what was taking so long and was told my rearview mirror needed more time to let the adhesive set but again was only informed after I asked. I was pretty upset at this point because I was supposed to leave for an out of town trip Saturday morning but postponed it to for this appointment. After another 20 minutes paid around $200 to walk out to my car and find a open razor blade lying on my passenger side leather seat and a piece of trim missing from my sun roof. After another 10 minutes they found the piece and replaced it. Never received any apology for any of this from the manager or any tech. After I got home I noticed my headliner was cut towards the front of it by the windshield about 2 inches long and I noticed a 6 inch black streak/stain on my passenger side sun visor. After getting out of my car I also noticed that the trim that runs from my windshield to the top of my car was popped up about 2 inches on both sides. Called customer service and was told I could go back to the shop to see what could be done but I let them know I refused to return to that particular shop. So after a couple of emails I received a call from what I was told was the "district manager" named Michael Mcahl (not sure if that is spelled right). He apologized and said if I brought my car back he would try to get the stain out of my headliner and would glue down the trim that was sticking up instead of offering to fix it properly and replacing the plastic clips that hold it down. Understanding my car is older I told him I would contact him Tuesday (when I got back to town) and after trying to do so I received no call or text back from him. At this point I wish I would have went to another company or just not got my windshield replaced. I selected their services for my cracked windshield solely based on Yelp reviews and from the fact that Auto Glass Now was giving me an earlier appointment. I had some questions about the glass and the insurance coverage; the front desk staff was very patient answering all my questions. They even called the insurance agency to verify my coverage for glass replacement. And this was all while they were answering a dozen other calls coming in every minute. For the actual work on the glass, it was quick, clean and quality finish. It looked better than the previous glass replacement I had done somewhere else for the same price. As a happy and satisfied customer I would definitely recommend Auto Glass Now when it comes time to replace your auto glass. Tip: If you have a newer car you will be asked if your windshield has a rain sensor. Apparently this changes the cost and availability of the glass and labor, so have this info handy. read more

I was quoted a price for a windshield replacement. They got me in the next day and then called to let me know that I needed an additional seal and it would be $15.00. I said OK but why was I not told of any possible additional expense? They finished on time and quickly and did a good job. I paid but then afterwards I let them know that it would seem good practice to let folks know there could be more expense than the initial estimate at the time the estimate is given. I went round and round with both the cashier then the manager. He could not grasp the concept. All I was suggesting is they let folks know their estimates are not a firm price at the time they give their estimates. He began to then sound like a lawyer. I am self employed electrician and know what I speak of, I give firm prices or conditional ones and make sure if it is conditional folks know it could change per conditions. I gave up. It appeared to me their exit sign was not working and as an electrician feel morally bound to point such things out. He then started to sound like a robot. I said do you here me, you exit light does not seem to be working? Do you hear me? Then he became a robot lawyer!!! He simply could not acknowledge a safety issue being pointed out by a licensed electrician? It was very weird and awkward and kinda made me feel like they have practiced a who lot of lawyer talking. So good job on the windshield replacement, not so good on being upfront about the possible extra cost and downright shameful as far as customer PR.
