Although the first appointment made us apprehensive, the second one went much better. The tech (Joshua), called when he was about 20 minutes out and showed up shortly after. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. The whole replacement took about an hour and he even vacuumed all the remaining glass out of the back of the vehicle. While the insurance paid for the entire repair, the invoice that we received did reflect a price that I felt was reasonable (under $400 for the glass itself and installation).

I needed a housing for a side mirror that was destroyed in a car wash. The estimator said they would call when the part was in. A week later I called and the part was in. I arranged for service the next week. I delivered the car at 9 am. The kept the car for 2 days, never called. I called only to find out that the "wrong part" was sent. They had the car and never informed me. I asked to speak to the manager, Cory. He said he was going to call when the replacement would be in. Days later, no call. I called again only to be told by Cory that he'd call "right back." Again no call. I called again and this time was told that he went to lunch. Each time I asked them why they never call and be told by 3 employees that 1) number is disconnected 2) didn't have the right number 3) we tried and couldn't reach you. This place is ridiculous. Do NOT bring your car here. It has taken a month to deal with this company and my car still isn't fixed. I will be going elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.
