The customer service advisors were lovely and let me know they "had the best price in the area", which after calling around, seemed about right. I was quoted around $650 total for the service ($400 windshield, $200 recalibration) which I wrote down as it was being told to me. The service itself came out to be $700 (including a few discounts ig?). It seems the quote didn't include tax, so with state and sales, it was an additional $100, totaling ~$760 all together. Also worth noting-- morning of my appointment/drop off at 8am, when I was 5 minutes away, they called to let me know they ordered the wrong glass and would need to reschedule. Although the first appointment made us apprehensive, the second one went much better. The tech (Joshua), called when he was about 20 minutes out and showed up shortly after. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. The whole replacement took about an hour and he even vacuumed all the remaining glass out of the back of the vehicle. While the insurance paid for the entire repair, the invoice that we received did reflect a price that I felt was reasonable (under $400 for the glass itself and installation).
