I took my vehicle in for a minor repair and after my experience, this will be the only place that handles my auto body repair needs so long as I am in the DFW area. Their work was excellent, their price was more than reasonable, and they kept me up in the loop as to the progress on my vehicle. Even the rental car process was a breeze (they handled getting me a reservation and even fought for me to get the insurance rate when I wasn't going through insurance due to the estimate being less than my deductible). Bought a pickup for $31,000 and told them I needed 2 keys. They waited till after closing the deal…read moreto tell me I only get the 1 key. What's worse is the key they gave me is the back up key and it requires the main administrative key to lock/unlock the MyKey features. So my pickup is locked features including limiting my speed, hiw fast I can drive in it. When I called them and told them they basically told me to screw myself. It was up to me to take the truck tob the Ford House and pay hundreds of dollars to get a new key. And the pickup doesn't have a Jack or lug wrench/key. Wow. Horrible. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from these people. Ever.
