They chipped the paint and tried to pass it off as being prior damage. They got paint in my car all over the leather seats, dashboard, the steering wheel, the doors, the trunk. They scratched the luggage rack bar on the top of my vehicle when they were sanding the doors and door frame and try to just buff over it and cover it as if it didn't happen. They did not repair the rim on my vehicle that was hit in the collision. The under shield of the vehicle is cracked, and they refused to fix it even though it was caused by the collision. They broke the headlight in my vehicle and then refused to take accountability for it and said I had to pay $1500 to replace it, until I contacted my insurance company and then the manager Harvey contacted me trying to make up a lame excuse that he thought it was another vehicle of the same make as mine. They eventually took my car back in to get the paint cleaned out, fix the rim, fix the headlight, fix the chipped paint and they were supposed to replace the under shield. They fixed the chipped paint, and the rim, and replace the headlight. They fixed the luggage rack, but did not fix the under shield and are trying to claim that it is cracked unrelated to the accident. The crack is at the impact point of the accident. It was not cracked prior, but they do not want to replace anything that they did not have covered through the insurance originally because now they need to pay for it because they missed it and it has to be covered by Crash Champions. I still have paint in my car, even though they claim they had somebody clean it out. When I pointed out issues with the car upon pick up, they told me to take the car and that it was drivable and I needed to take it and they would get it back in to get it finished being repaired at another time. They should have totaled out my vehicle in the beginning and not attempted to fix it if they were not willing to fix it properly. I am still trying to figure out how you can manage to get paint inside of a car. Worst repair experience ever.

The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps.
