To get straight to the point I bought a vehicle there last year "first mistake" within 3 days of having it I've had numerous problems with the vehicle so it's under warranty, I brought it back and they said they fixed the problems but nothing got fixed and I had to go get a sticker he suggested I use a place he recommends but I wanted to go to a local shop I've been going to and when it failed for safety he was pissed that I didn't bring it to his guy he says he could have made it pass. Anyway I dropped it off another day for him to make an attempt to fix the problems when I went back the next day to pick it up the two salesman and a couple mechanics we're all in the shop drinking liquor not very professional & does not stay true to their word or warranty and for what I've heard from other people their cars are not well maintained. In the end I made attempts to call the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General also the local police department, and found out that it wasn't worth making a court case out of it to get the vehicle fixed correctly "even though it failed for a sticker" or to return it for my money back, which the owner said I could do and then when the vehicle had problems denied he ever said that, so much for the lemon law I ended up fixing the vehicle on my own! Trust me when I say their warranty means nothing Don't be another victim to these loosers, shop elsewhere!!!!

I didn't love the color so I asked if they could find me a white one and a newer model. They found me one at an auction and now I'm totally happy. It's perfect just what I wanted. Great people to deal with!!! Love that they took the time to listen to my needs and found me just that!! My next Prius I will for sure be back there!!!
