Mark has been taking care of my cars for at least a decade. They are detail oriented, reliable and efficient. My interiors are very well used and they make the inside sparkle just like the outside! Recently Mark hellped my son restore weather stripping on a 1964 Falcon. The seals are not leaking anymore and it looks like it did the day it rolled out of the factory. He also consults me on maintenance, ding repair and overall various ways to keep my car in tip top shape for resale! . They also go above and beyond to make minor surface scrathes disappear and restore the cars back to their glory days. Mark did me a solid and scheduled me for an exterior detail on a day he was off which was really appreciated. In truth my car was not filthy so I didn't see or expect any kind of wild transformation. I wanted my 2005 Volvo detailed inside and out and Luis of Team Mark took the time to really detail the inside and get all of those stains and cleaned up the leather really nice. The exterior was amazing the shine came back and the car Looked Brand New....they cleaned my rims and got all of the brake dust stains out I was amazed! Great job! I would use them again. read more

My cars needed detailing. I was thinking about doing it myself, but didn't have the time. I went to Yelp and called a few guys that received good Yelp reviews. Mark answered the phone and I drilled him with questions about his method of detailing. My brother is a carpet cleaner (Mr. Pineapple in Lawndale-he's the best and cheapest) and he always told me to never let an auto detailer guy shampoo your upholstery in your car because they always use too much soap which attracts more dirt. I brought this up to Mark and he was well aware of this problem. He told me that my brother was right and that they did not over do it on the soap. I decided to go with him because of his knowledge and professionalism. I made an apt for both cars. Both days Luis showed up and did a bang up job. My family said the car looked better than the day I brought it home from the dealership. Both cars sparkled on the inside and outside. Luis spent about 4 hours on each vehicle and it was well worth every penny. This guy works hard and is a perfectionist. I have now used Auto Magic twice for 2 different cars and my daughter also recently used Auto Magic. They detailed a honda CRV and a new Jeep wrangler. I have a fluffy samoyed who presents a bit of a challenge for car detailers. My cars look like brand new. They are wonderful, meticulous, efficient and courteous. I can't recommend them highly enough. My daughter had an accident in her car and they were able to fix the car and have it look like brand new...it was only a few months old to start. First time I went with Auto Magic, and I am impressed. Luis showed up a few minutes early to our appt, and he did an amazing job on my car. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, and he really did quality work. Three kids, lots of scuffs & stains inside, and he managed to get 2-3 year old baked-in coffee and fruit punch stains out of the carpets and the inside panels looking like new.
