My first and last experience with these guys they are dishonest and will have you leaving unhappy and unsatisfied so be careful taking your vehicle here to get repaired! I trusted them and got screwed over. They need trustworthy mechanic's that care about the customers and the work they do!

The air filter was filthy and they told me that they don't always change air filters, but when I bought the car, it was certified with all this 171points certification and on my paper it says all air filters was changed so I went back-and-forth with this dealership and my car is still up there everything that they do they want money money money money they don't want to honor what you've already paid your money for terrible Customer Service and just in case you do not know that the Chevy equinox is notorious for rodents, eating your wires due to the way the car was manufactured with soy wires

Didnt offer to have us test drive, sit in the vehicle or even see the car we were purchasing before having us fill out all the paperwork. I specifically asked during the survey they make you take to have him go over all the features. All he did was sync my phone and hand me they key. I had to ask him to explain a few things because he didnt offer. Then they wanted me to come all the way back to put the "courtesy" mud fenders on but i said i would rather get them on now because the dealership is a drive for us. I get handed off to service only to find out Mark didnt even give us the little service and car wash discount card. So i had to walk back over and find him. I then sat in the service waiting area for over an hour. The finance guy was as expected and tried to relate to my wife and me but was honestly obnoxious and his pandering fell short. This is a big purchase and we felt like we were just a commission.

About a month later I started noticing that the reservoir tank was starting to stay low. Can't tell where the antifreeze. In the engine or what part of the engine every time I drive it it'll start running hot. I'll have to put tons of antifreeze in it now it's just and I can't drive it and if I do drive it I only can drive it for a short period of time. I was on the highway. It broke down. I had to get it towed 43 miles and I had to pay $186 to get it home. I've only had this car nine months and I keep having this problem. I can't enjoy my vehicle at all. Low cost cars north not taking nothing away from them too much. They did help me get in a vehicle because my credit was bad so I appreciate that. but they sold me a with issues and problems that I should not be having. I really technically shouldn't be having any issues for at least another 3 to 4 years. Maybe I'm still paying on this car and of course through the paperwork they have a as is which means you're taking it as you're getting it and if it breaks, then it's on you so they make sure they get you to sign that right away. But I didn't think I would be having these problems in such short months. I haven't even had the car one year yet and I'm going through all these problems and when I first got the car, of course low cars asked me to fill out a good review on yelp. I had no problem doing it. I figured I was doing the right thing because they helped me get a car but you got me a car is having tons of problems now I got a scramble and I am on a fixed income and I have to find or borrow the money to try to get my car fixed and I know if I go back low cost north they're not gonna help me. They're not gonna take any gonna deal with the issues at so I'm gonna leave this true factual review about them. Beware of this dealership if you buy a car from there make sure you go get it checked out. So you don't have any issues, but that's what when you put your trust in people who you think may be honest, but really they're only trying to get a sale and the first Ford escape I chose had a problem and I asked well can y'all fix I really that color of and they told me no you just pick something else I should've known that was a red flag right there. I traded in a vehicle for it to intentionally not be paid off, until low cost cars had a chance to sell it. Emissions components were modified on the vehicle purchased by low cost cars -which violates several EPA laws as the emissions system was intentionally bypassed and disabled. Check engine light was also turned off by low cost cars in order to deceive the condition of the vehicle.

They really don't want your trade-in. If you have a trade-in don't expect to be offered much for it. If you're okay with these 3 ground rules then this is a decent place to car shop. Last summer I needed a car pretty quick. I purchased a Corolla that I knew had been hit in the rear and repaired. Driving it home it didn't steer quite right. There was some leftover rear suspension damage that couldn't be seen visually but showed up plainly on an alignment rack. I took the car back to them and they made it right. Also included was a year long drive train warranty. The car has been great since. I would recommend them just understand the ground rules.

They do their own body work and do excellent work to the point that you cannot tell the car has been damaged. He can give a price break because of the depreciation the cars face over having been in an accident but because he's less expensive than everyone else, he is not generous on trade and will not come down on the price. Be prepared to pretty much pay his asking price plus ballpark of $1,000 for tax and title. He's probably going to be better than anyone else you could buy a car from.
