Also he will give you a time, then be hours late, and then be so mean to you for asking for an actual arrival time. It was such a wild experience. I ended up cancelling the whole thing. For the record, his rate was $600+ and everyone else was high $200s/low $300s.

However when I got there, he quoted me $240 because he had to install a custom bracket for the rear camera. (The custom bracket was just a piece of plastic taped to the rear headrest.) I did not have much time so I agreed to do it. A couple months later, the dash cam stopped working. When I contacted him regarding the issue, he quoted me $80 for a diagnostics fee. I went with someone else who did it for a fraction of that price. I guess it was my fault that I paid for his service. If you're a customer, ASK FOR "OUT THE DOOR PRICE"

He parked in the garage and set to work repairing the cracks and afterwards, sealing it. Total time was probably half an hour to an hour, and in the meanwhile he answered all our questions, and even offered us some tostada style chips covered in churro seasoning. The repair was finished in no time, and he was very honest about what it would look like and if it would disappear (spoiler alert: was a bad hit so it won't be invisible unfortunately) It was fine to me. I was texted the estimate, sent a link that directed me to complete a form, the deposit and final payment were paid via Square Cash, I was then texted an appointment time, and the guy called to make sure I was home as he was 15 minutes early. (They will meet you at your house, job, etc.) The color of the mirror is a perfect match for my car. He said that the repair would take about 30 minutes, but was completed in about 13 minutes. The fit is tight, the mirror moves smoothly and is easy to adjust the angles. The entire process took about 36 hours. I highly recommend these guys. read more

I was greeted by a friendly old-school rocker-type guy who was eager to help. I showed him the dash cam and he gave both it and my vehicle a quick inspection. He confirmed he could install it properly. We agreed on a fair price, and he quoted an estimated time of one to two hours to ensure everything was installed smoothly. I walked home--about a 30-minute walk--and by the time I arrived, the rocker dude called to let me know the job was already done, which was a pleasant surprise. My wife gave me a ride back, and I picked up the car. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the installation and the speed of service. However, I do have a couple of points of constructive feedback: 1. Payment: When I went to pay with a card, the agreed-upon price increased by about $10. While not a dealbreaker, it would've been nice to know that ahead of time. 2. Yelp Discount: I asked about the 10% Yelp discount advertised on their page, but was told it couldn't be honored because the boss wasn't on-site. Again, not a big issue for me, but future customers should be aware the discount might not always be available. 3. Interior Care: My vehicle has a high-gloss center console that scratches easily. When I got it back, I noticed some scuffs where parts had been placed during the install. I understand this kind of thing can happen, especially with poorly designed interiors, but I'd recommend a bit more care in the future to avoid avoidable damage. That said, I still had a good experience. The job was done quickly, pricing was fair, and the dash cam works perfectly. I appreciate the professionalism and overall service--and would consider returning in the future.

I'd rate the speaker replacement a 3/5 due to the scratches and marks left on the speaker panels…read moreafter the service. Also the screw cap cover was popped out got loose and eventually fell out and I wasn't told about this but I managed to put it back in place. I'm not fully sure if these damages looked like this already, so please correct me if I'm wrong. I take good care of my car, so I was a bit concerned when I noticed them. The audio sounds great now and the old raspy noise is gone, which I appreciate. I also didn't like that the old replaced parts were left in my car instead of being thrown away. The workers were chill and the price was affordable, but I just wanted to leave honest feedback for future improvement.
