Not only was I impressed by how they took care of me when I was in a highly stressful situation with my vehicle, they cared for me in a way that's made me come back again and again for their service. I pulled off of five since my dashboard said low tire pressure. Tito and his assistant helped me right away, checking all the tires for puncture and pressure, finding out which one was a bit low. Came here for an oil change, specifically told the guy assisting me non synthetic since it's $38.99, the synthetic is $60. I came here specifically foe the price and it's walking distance from me, came up front and they said it's $60 I asked why he said that's the price for synthetic. Told him I never asked for that, he said oh well sorry that's what we did it's $60. Asked for a discount he said no maybe next time. Absolutely baffled at how stupid and terrible their customer service is. Do not recommend. My previous mechanic would just give me what they originally quoted me for. When I first brought my car, I got all four tires changed to new tires. What was cool at first, the owner told me I have lifetime warranty on the tires. If I had any issues with any of the tires like have a nail in it or whatnot, to bring it back to him and he will take care of it at no cost, no problem for him. I brought it back less than a year due to one of my tires always being flat. When I came back, all of a sudden he didn't remember about any warranty and charged me. He said he will patch and plug the leak, but apparently he just patched it, so the air was still leaking from my tire making it still flat and had to put a spare on it. I didn't find out about him not adding the plug till I brought my vehicle to America's Tire and ended up buying new tires again. I don't know with this place. When you're a new customer, he'll say anything to hook you to come back. You come back and mention his warranty, all of a sudden he has no memory of it. I seriously think he purposely didn't fully do the job to make me come back again and pay for more services he's not really going to do. Will never come back here. Waste of time and money. Gave this place to many chances. Guess you pay for what you get. I rather put some extra money down for the guaranteed the job will get done and will last. read more

Got my tires replaced with amazing service they found a nail in the tire and there was no way of saving the tire. Replaced all four since they were all pretty old and it was cost effective. My car wouldn't start and luckily I was close by, had one of their mechanics take a look and the bolt was just loose they tightened it for me and I was good to go. I just don't know where to start. Today is august 31 2021.. The other day all 4 wheels were stolen from my car in my car port.. You can just imagine the stress I went through. I was shopping around and did find a good deal... BUT I still went to Auto Repair.. I had so stressed trying to find wheels ik my budget not to mention rent was due in days.. I walked in and was greeted by Albert and his assistant omg totally forgot her name and she was the nicest ever! I asked if they could help me in my situation. Albert got on the phone made some calls and was able to get the wheels I needed.. I had shown him the quote I had gotten from the other place. He was HONEST enough to tell me he couldn't beat that price BUT he wanted to see what he could do. He made another call. Then said this is the lowest I can do.. And he also said "I can have my mechanic come to your home and install your wheels instead of having your car towed" I literally started to cry because I couldn't believe he said they would come to me!!! At that point it didnt matter that his price was just a little more than what I wanted to spend.. HIS BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE made me feel better about what I paid. Also thank you to Jose the mechanic that came to install my wheels sorry my dog charlie scared you. Jose was awesome as well and took the time to make sure he installed my tires correctly.. I just went there for a repair let me break down what happened they wanted to charge me $60 for the diagnosis for starters then it wasn't going to be part of the repair cost had I got something done it turned out I just needed a water pump and thermostat. They wanted to charge me $1200 let me repeat it was the water pump and thermostat that needed replacement they quoted me $1200 I went on Craigslist and got it all done for less then $300 I kid you not. I'm back on the road feeling good about myself that I didn't let these guys gauge my eyes out with that rip off quote. So be careful with these guys oh yeah I went ahead and gave them the $60 for the diagnosis and got as far away from them as possible. read more

I took my vehicle in for a second quote for a coolant leak gasket repair. The technician never showed me in person where the leak is and just showed me a video on his personal phone of where the leak was. It looked like in the video he just loosened the hose clamp so coolant can drip out from the end of the hose. All my hoses and clamps were good and the first mechanic I took it to said nothing about the problem being a hose. On top of all this fake inspection, this technician purposely broke my brake light sensor that is on the break pedal so that the brake lights are always on (never had this problem). This was a safety hazard and would have drained my battery had I not caught it. I looked on the car floor and there were broken pieces of the plastic part. My electrical wires had also been messed with, and we had told him not to look for any electrical issue so the technician had no reason to look in that area. In the end, he charged me a fake inspection and added a new problem of my brake light always on so that I would bring my car back to them and give them more money. What a headache, but I am smarter than that. Very shady business practices and not trustworthy. I should complain to BBB. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! read more

I cannot recommend this place enough. My car is a 2001 Honda accord ex. It had some problems from the previous owner I got it from. When I first visited this place, it was just for a wheel alignment(A bad one) but Pops and his mechanics took care of the problem with ease and I left satisfied. I ended up going back for other problems, like an oil leak and they took care of that no problem. I did have to leave the care over night in a few occasions, but I didn't mind cause the care was old(to me it is). I know that you shouldn't ask for someone to rush on a fix and you never should so I didn't mind, because I wanted the best out of them no matter how long it takes and they delivered 100% of the time. Last thing I needed done was them to get rid of the check engine light, which happen to be a bad sensor. He went above and beyond from what I was expecting and took care of the problem. I will never rush there craft on how to fix cars and I never will, cause sometimes it takes time but you will leave 100% satisfied. I didn't want to half ass this review because pops deserves more than 5 stars. I have been to other auto shops but all the others have trouble finding the problem or just send me somewhere else. I just wish I had found this place earlier. Pops deserves more. When I left after he took care of the check engine light, I was just relieved because he took care of it in a way he didn't have to. I cant just express how much that meant to me for what he did. I'll recommend this place to many people that I know. I know this review is long, but again, I did not want to half ass it.
