The other jiffy lube place farther down Lincoln Ave put in rotten stinky wiper fluid in & it smelled like rotten eggs I had them empty it and put new fluid & yet again it left streaks like oil or grease on windshield and the wiper fluid once again was horrible. I explained all this to the new Jiffy Lube place and they were absolutely amazing Tony fixed the problem he drained it filled it and drained it again and put nice new wiper fluid in. No more streaks no more nasty smells no more greasiness. I waited with Marie in their Lobby nice and cold air conditioning nice cold water nice clean restrooms. Didn't charge me for wiper fluid either. I was at my wits end with other jiffy lube place !! These guys are always quick and efficient. They're pretty nice, too. (I had a fun conversation about the World Cup with a couple of the workers.) They changed my oil and did a great inspection. They offered to rotate my tires since that is good practice every few thousand miles or so, but once they determined my rear wheels were a different size than my front wheels (due to a replacement some time back at the dealership), they said they could not do it. Fair enough. They also changed my cabin air filters, which were definitely due. Great job all around. I would highly recommend this place for your auto service maintenance needs. read more

I've been here 2 times, both for oil changes and the first time was awesome. The guys were super helpful and kind. I don't know anything about cars besides how to dive them so I always appreciate when they give me tips and things about my car. Well this last time there was a female, I'm not sure if she's new or what but she was very rude to me. She called to tell me that I needed all 4 tires replaced and laughed at me when I asked for her to repeat what she just said, it made me feel stupid which is crazy because I'm paying for the service? It's not like she's doing me a favor. So yeah i won't be returning and it's unfortunate because my previous experience was so nice...... customer service goes a loonnnggg way. It's not the Jiffy like hurry up and we'll get you out of here. These guys take their time and do it right. Vacuum your carpets and wash your windows. Staff was INCREDIBLY RUDE the entire time. My husband asked questions about oil types that were best for his vehicle and the response n faces the kid was making were so UNCALLED FOR. We get the truck back and they left a COMPLETE MESS! Dirt and grease all over the place and the paper and plastic shit. We left it alone n just agreed to NEVER GO BACK!!! This oil change took place about a month ago and the oil is already running dark. We go to change oil and THEY STRIPPED THE BOLT and by the looks of the oil they never even changed it. My husband calls in n gets transferred to the "manager" he tells him to go in and they would service the truck for free. We took it. We get there and the "manager" basically tells him no that it's not stripped here a couple bolts. We're gonna loosen it and you can go get you oil changed somewhere else. I went to get a Radiator Flush and also had a couple of car questions and one was asking if my car was safe to drive to Northern California with this damage I had on my bumper. This is my second time at this Jiffy Lube and service remains consistently excellent. I was greeted by Israel and let him know I was there for an oil change. he escorted me to the waiting area (which has the AC on blast thank goodness!) after checking my car, he came back and went over oil they will be using and asked if I wanted any additional services done. I had completely forgotten that my brake lights were out. They reminded me and I had them add to the service. The wait was not long. I'm here on a Sunday at 12:30pm and there was only one car ahead of me. I'm waiting until service is done so I can post the total wait time. This is my go to Jiffy Lube and I can honestly say I feel like I get good service here. I went to get my oil changed, tire rotation and a headlight replaced. I know I can go to Auto-Zone and buy the headlight and replace it myself, but some things you pay for the convenience of not having to so you can't be upset at the price. The workers are super helpful and give great customer service every time I have come. They are pretty quick, about 20 minutes and they have A/C, water and a TV in their small waiting room. I don't know everything about cars, but I know enough and I don't ever feel like I'm being scammed into something I don't need. On a roadtrip and realized I was overdue to some basic maintenance. Their standard oil change covered my needs and they were quick and efficient. This also included air pressure and a fluid check. The staff was friendly and the waiting room had wifi and air conditioning. Note a discount for checking in on yelp! Also note, the standard pricing is for 5 quarts of oil. Mine took more and I suspect that this is a common situation. They did bring this up on the phone when I called for an appt and in person when we did the paperwork, which included a revised cost estimate that proved to be accurate.
