I received an auto-generated message, telling me of an hour wait. No problem...I'm a patient man. Twenty minutes later, Subaru roadside assistance called me back, and told me that Auto Rescue canceled the call. Subaru said they will contact a different company. I called Auto Rescue, and they said "we don't have the tools necessary to service your car." IT'S A GODDAMN FLAT TIRE. I told this bimbo that I had a jack, and a spare. Didn't matter. I called for roadside assistance at 2:27pm. I was told wait time was an hr. After an hr, I received a call saying they'd be there in 20 min. 20 min passed and Acura called to see if they ever came, answer : NO. So, Acura called driver to get an eta. Eta, per Acura, was to be 15 min. Five min later I get a call from the driver to verify my address....and then she says they'll be there in about 20-35 min. After seeing reviews on this garbage company, I knew I'd most likely be in for another call saying another 20-35 min. So, I told them to forget it and had someone drop me off to work. We called our AT&T roadside assistance when our battery died in a restaurant parking lot about 10 pm on a Saturday. These guys showed up within about 15 minutes, charged the battery in literally one minute, and sent us on our way. Cost was included in our mobile plan, so no money out of pocket. Coming home from the gym this morning I accidentally locked my keys in the car. I called Geico Roadside Assistance and the dispatcher said they would be here in 30 to 35 minutes at 8:36 AM, he arrived at my apartment at 9:14 AM which I thought was pretty quick. It took him only a few minutes to get into my car to get my keys out which was great during this rainy morning, he also looked at my tire and filled it with air he was very courteous. Overall great experience would recommend them again. read more

This morning (Sunday) at 6:20 in the morning I had a flat tire on the way to work in the medical center. I was so upset and scared because I thought I would have to wait forever for someone to help me and I was on the shoulder of a very fast highway in the dark. I got phone calls and texts telling me that Stephen was on his way and the whole process from flat to fixed couldn't have taken more than 45 minutes. Stephen was very considerate, compassionate and tolerant of of my situation and I was very grateful that he was able to help me get back to work. They are the best auto rescue in Town! considering that I called from Geico for road side assistance at 5:45pm because I locked my keys accidentally at the Loop 288 factory wash while vacuuming my car. Road side assistance said it was going to take about an 1hr for auto rescue to arrive but little did I knew Raul came immediately in 15min. Wow Raul was amazing, professional, kind and attentive. I would NEVER EVER call these people for anything!!! Encountered one of their vehicles today on the FM 407 in Lewisville, around noon. Driver was weaving while texting on his phone, while trying to drive with his windows down smoking a cigarette. He resembled someone from the movie "Deliverence" and when he cut me off 3 times changing lanes every other car, he proceeded to give ME the finger. I managed to get ahead of him at one point and then he punched the gas, almost rear ending my car. He thought it would be cute to spin his tires at the next red light and peel off. Then they said they redirected another driver & should be here in 15 mins. 30 mins. later & STILL no driver! They took over 1 hour to finally give me a call saying they were there. Turned out they went to the wrong location so it took another 30 minutes to get where I was at. The guy didn't know what he was doing. He damaged my car door. I filed a claim through Volkswagen roadside. After 3 weeks I finally was contacted again saying the company is not responsible for any damages done ! Now I am stuck with the $700 bill to fix the damages they caused! This company is a joke! Had a dead battery on July 23 and the service tech came out promptly and told me that I needed a new battery and he had one he could install right then, so it seemed like a good deal. Turns out that he didn't mention that the battery I had was still under warranty. Got a new battery from the dealer the next day and the same tech came out and took back the battery he sold me. I called Toyota Care and although this place is 45minutes away, they still dispatch me here. Terrible customer service over the phone. I hate it when I'm calling an establishment for the service that they advertise to provide and get treated as if I am the bother. Not only was my ETA 5:52 on a 4:30 call, but when I called at 5:57 the auto "rescue" shop they shunned me for not being "patient". I called back a total of there times by 8:37 & they had not shown. Got put on 10, 15 & 20 minute holds. The driver would not call me even though I requested him to numerous times. I got a flat tire, and contacted ATT roadside assistance. It was late in the evening around 10pm. They directed Auto Rescue to help me with a flat tire advising on 1.5 hr wait. I contacted Auto Rescue dispatch center, waited for about 10 mins until a customer service picked up a phone, and advised me that the help would arrive in 2 hrs. It was not looking good especially with all these negative reviews on Yelp. I got concerned. However, the help arrived within 30 mins from my initial call to ATT, and DURING my conversation with a dispatcher. It seems that Auto Rescue dispatch service does not have correct info, and they need to address this aspect to improve their customer service. This said I got fast help that was quite excellent. DO NOT USE! My insurance company, USAA, dispatched them for a blown tire. They kept lying about their ETA, and USAA eventually dispatched another company several hours later. After 2 hours, the guy actually pulled up when the other company was pulling up. I told the driver he wasted my time and he could move along. He physically opened my door, threatened me, and begged me to hit him. I was in disbelief that this crazy person was dispatched by my insurance company. These people have no respect for your time or safety. They should lose their license to operate, and any insurance who continues to partner with them should be dropped. read more

Volkswagen Roadside Assistance contracted this company to send a locksmith to my vehicle at a park. I gave them the correct address and somehow Inman got a different address, so the locksmith was lost and couldn't find me. We spoke on the phone and I gave verbal instructions as well as two pins in Google Maps and Apple Maps to have him plug into his GPS and find me. He never came, even after clarifying the directions and location. I called Inman to see where he was and was told he was not coming because he could not find me, even though I gave the address over the phone and text. I was told he accepted another locksmith job instead and essentially left me stranded. I was given no notification that he would not be coming. I was also told the job was canceled (or "DOA"), even though I did not speak to anyone nor tell them that I was canceling the job. I am still locked out of my car as I am writing this, and the word "disappointed" does not cover how I truly feel about the utter lack of customer service from this company. read more

I called my Progressive Insurance at 6:44 and at 6:52 I received my text message from Auto Rescue stating they will be at my location at 7:34. I then decided to google the company so I could read the reviews. I immediately started to panic because they were HORRIBLE. I decided to go ahead and call at 7:02 them my self to confirm they had my request and that they were enroute. I was told that Willie was enroute and eoukd be there within the next 30 minutes. I was even told that i was the only case he was working on. I notified them at the time that i had to be at 8:00 and could not be late. I was reassured that someone would be out before then. At 7:31 I called back for a ETA I was put on hold when someone answered they were not talking to me so I had to wait for them to decide to answer my many HELLO'S. The person who answered then referenced the wrong address. I was then transferred to 2 times before a lady told me Willie was at I20 and Clark Road and should be there in about 15 minutes. While waiting Progressive called me and I notified them of my experience and the reviews. The representative called and spoke with someone told her he was stuck on another call.
