This was by far the worst decision of my life buying a car from these crooks. I traded in a perfectly like new BMW M4 and I got what I thought was a like new Acura TLX Type S, boy was I wrong. After just a few months my battery went dead, I thought, ok just wear and tear. The AAA guy who replaced the battery was like this car is like brand new only 4K miles on it, why would your battery go out that soon. I agreed. Few months later I'm driving and the car went DEAD. Every error light on the dashboard went off. The car was completely dead. I could not drive it at all. I had it towed to My mechanic and they said the car had multiple problems and had severe water damage. We looked it up and the car, had a branded title because it was involved In a hurricane and had water damage. I called my salesman from the store who happened to be the general manager of the store and his name was Austin and they did absolutely nothing for me. I said you sold me a car whether you knew it or not that had water damage and it's completely dead and inoperable and would cost thousands of dollars to fix, he did absolutely nothing for me. I spoke With Austin's boss, who I was told was the general manager of all the stores and Before I could even explain anything about the car, he hung up on me. Worst dealer and worst customer service experience. Bought a Honda from this dealer and it constantly gives some kind of issues and when i called for a maintenance service appointment the staff named McKenna was very rude and refused to accept to do a maintenance checkup and fix the issue saying that the appointment slots are booked for the next 4 months, which is an utter lie since i physically went to the location to request service and noticed an empty service station with no cars. She gave me an expression that 'who asked you to buy the car from us'. Bought a Honda with 12,000 miles on it and drove it for another 8,000 miles but it constantly gives issues and the engine lights comes on regularly even after addressing the issue. The body parts fall off frequently with poor alignment and fasteners. It's all a gimmick and not fixed properly. When you buy the car it's made to look good from the outside but within months everything falls off including the outer body alignments, wiring issues, constant sensor issues, noise coming from the bottom of the car, oil leakage and so on. The worst part is the customer service. They convinced me to buy an extended warranty for $5000 and promised to do in-house maintenance service if one occurred but in reality they gave me false excuses and asked me to take it to the dealer. So, I know this dealership sells "branded" titled vehicles and I was ok with my purchase after looking at the CARFAX. I purchased this vehicle three weeks ago. There were three issues with it: 1. Front wheel alignment was off--was given an "I owe you" and told to call customer service to set it up with one of their preferred service shops. They don't have a full service center at this location. Yea, I can do that. 2. Interior front door lining didn't match up to the interior color trim--was told I could easily purchase a used one online for about $100 and they knocked off the price of the vehicle so it would "even out". Ok, I can do that, not a biggie. 3. The body work as off by a smidge on the right hand side of the vehicle--I have a friend who owns a body shop and told me it would be an easy fix, maybe just a clip or something small that had to be adjusted. Ok, I've got this! So I left on a Saturday night, heading back to the Tucson area. I've got a plan in place, I'm good! This is where it gets fun! 1. When calling customer service, I'm told they have no contracted service shops in the area and was told I could do a-pay for the alignment myself and get reimbursed or b-find a local Pepboys and help them at the same time with setting up a local shop for any future buyers from my area. So, I went with option B--worst mistake ever!! Customer service is run out of Utah and they suck! It's been three weeks and still no alignment and my car is feeling it. So now I'm at option A and having to find a local place and get reimbursed. But here's the kicker--the rep told me today after calling for...I forgot how many times I called, I'm so over this place. So, was told that the amount had to be "pre-approved" by her supervisor beforehand. What the heck?! I said ok, I'll call around. Needless to say, I've got my alignment scheduled for tomorrow after calling customer service back to let them know it would be less than $100. She automatically said it would be approved. Mind you, I asked how much they could "pre-approve" me for and she couldn't tell me. What a waste of a call! Ok, now back to #2-I've looked online for this interior trim panel and the cost is closer to $200, much more than what I was told. I'm not happy. Take aways: Got a decent interest rate with MACU, a credit union I've never heard of. I like my car but BUYER BEWARE!! I felt pressured into purchasing this vehicle--definitely don't go closer to closing time (I got there at 4pm and they closed at 7pm) and it was a Saturday night. We didn't leave until closer to 8pm. I purchased my vehicle about a month ago and it has been in the shop ever since. They say the vehicle has been thoroughly inspected (151 point) which is not the case. So far we've discovered a damaged/bent front control arm, damaged gas tank, broken fuel pressure sensor, inoperable rear view camera, and low flow to the vented seats. I left the vehicle at their location after I purchased it to have the rear view camera and vented seats repaired as part of the purchase agreement. Neither item was repaired however they assured me both were. Their "specialist" mechanic looks like a teenage kid who doesn't seem to care about anything other than getting you to leave. This has been the worst vehicle purchase of my life. I paid over $36k for a vehicle I haven't been able to drive and have to put another few thousand in repairs. I'm probably going to speak to an attorney regarding the safety issues and incomplete repairs stipulated in the purchase agreement. The gas tank overflows causing fuel to spill out the side and run down the vehicle into the wheel well which is very dangerous. I just finished reading numerous Complaints on this company. I realized that this company will do nothing to fix my car. These are serious safety issues that need immediate repairs. They knew about this when they sold me this Jeep and did not disclose anything before I bought it. The car is junk and not safe. Austin, the salesman wouldn't let me take it to my mechanic prior to purchase. I just had a certified mechanic look at the car. They sold me a lemon and they knew it. The bushings and control arm are shot. It needs struts and a new radiator too, over $3,500. I would NEVER recommend this company. They have a service department that charges you, to do a diagnostic, $135 when they already did one and knew what they were selling me. This should be criminal. I am a woman and a teacher for 50 years and I really needed a reliable car I could afford. Austin assured me it was a great car, until I bought it and then he told me "Oh by the way, you'll need new bushings." I have been trying to find the right words to describe these people. Crooked, Scammers, Greedy at any cost, Liars, Disgusting, Criminal, or maybe just uncaring about their customers. I haven't decided. I know that I could die in that car because I can't afford to fix it on a Teacher's salary. I am a 72 year old woman that needed honest people to help me and instead I got a pile of junk. I drive 100 miles a day to teach Kindergarten and they knew that they were selling me a car that was not road worthy. I don't know what I am going to do. I had an appointment today for my car but something got mixed up and the appointment wasn't in their books. I have two kids and cannot be left without a car and she was understanding at first but told me she had other people to take care of. JB helped me get the loaner i needed and got everything fixed. She then had to pull my car so i could transfer everything to the vehicle i was loaned and stood by my car and whistled the whole time i was transferring my car seats. I recently bought a car from these guys about a week ago, a 2016 frs... driving off of the lot I noticed tons of issues so I took it in for an inspection from a certified mechanic, OVER 3000$ WORTH OF DAMAGE AND FAULTY PARTS!!!! Idler pulley going out, tensioner as well, bearings were shot in left wheels to point where wheels could fall off at any second. Brakes are completely shot and corroded, all these cars are auction bought cars from the east coast, so expect tons of rust. That is just the beginning of this nightmare... I brought it in over 4 times to get fixed and they refused, refused to fix and or refund money to fix all the damage, that was preventing me from being able to drive. I've been ubering to work the past week, because of the hazardous shape the vehicle was. The service lady along with other employees were extremely disrespectful towards me and my mechanic... after they finally decided they'd fix their mistakes they brought it into service ( after stalling the car twice btw) they put it in the lift and said they fixed a list of parts but they wouldn't let us go back there and see my own car!!!! Nothing was fixed at all!!! After taking car back and just done with the battle, figured it was a good learning lesson for me and I'm stuck with the damage and I'll fix it myself.
