However, on May 15, 2026, you personally texted me stating that you would return my TV within 1-2 weeks and that you intended to make things right. I am posting that message so others can see the timeline for themselves.
As of today, more than three weeks after that text and nearly 12 months after you took possession of my TV, I still do not have my TV back and my recent text messages have gone unanswered.
You stated in your response that customers would be getting their TVs back soon and that you do not keep customers' TVs. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Despite multiple promises over the past several months, my TV remains in your possession.
What has been particularly frustrating is seeing recent reviews from customers whose TVs have apparently been repaired and returned while I continue to wait without updates or communication.
I am not questioning that personal hardships may have occurred. I am simply sharing my experience as a customer: my 85" Sony TV has been gone for nearly 12 months, I have paid nearly $500, I still do not have my TV back, and I am currently receiving no responses to my messages.
I sincerely hope this matter is resolved, and I will gladly update my review if and when my TV is returned.
