Beautiful and fully correspond with Lincoln brand. Car - 80 %. There is a reason for the lowest assessment. The car was beautiful at first sight, and everything worked, but I found out that it had broken windshield. And here the issue started. I live in VA (cca 250miles from the dealership) and the windshield must have been replaced. Jonathan, the salesman found a repair shop in VA where the windshield should have been replaced for free. Eventually it didn't happen and I had to visit the Wayne dealership again for the windshield replacement. This resulted in 500 miles in the car, one extra day out of my office and rescheduling all my meetings that day. The car assessment would be 100% without this trouble. The question is how the presale inspection was done... Personnel - 95 %. Friendly and professional. Sometimes, the answers to my questions took longer than I expected. But I am not native US citizen so my question could have been unusual. Not having the issue with the windshield there would be nothing to worry about. But life is not flawless and mistakes can happen. Overall, the experience of buying car in Lincoln of Wayne was great and I can recommend this dealership. Lukas

We went to a mechanic who told us it was the thermostat.  He suggested taking it back where it was purchased. Well, when we did that, Boris got nasty and then charged $90 for a used part. This was the beginning of the nightmare. The next problem was the gasket, which was more money, now it's the transmission. According to our mechanic, Boris and his daughter sold us a lemon. Although it was sold as is, we were told it's in good condition and trusted that. My family member has never been able to drive this car; it  doesn't even have 300 miles since purchasing. We recently tried selling the car back to Boris by asking him to take it back for a lesser price. His daughter asked for mileage and VIN numbers. Boris comes back and says I will give you 3k. Of course the car is worth more, at least 4500, although paid more for it. When my family member  went to get the deal for 3k, Boris yelled at him and told him he might well it on the street  because he's not giving him anything. Then, his daughter told us she was filing a report against us. This place is a total rip off, and they are liars!!!! Boris comes across as this nice older man and runs a family owned business here to help people. Well, they are the total opposite. Stay away!!

One call to Christian got the ball rolling, and within a few days him and his associate delivered a brand new car to my door. Imagine my surprise when I walked outside and saw the car waiting for me with a huge red bow! Gaston showed me the ins and outs of the new car, gave me recommendations on how to use optional features and settings, and was patient. Him and Christian took their time to ensure every question I had was answered, and believe it or not, made the whole process fun! They took my old car and even returned the plates on my behalf. Christian was incredibly knowledgeable and insightful, and truly had my best interests at heart. He treats his customers like family and I am surely recommending him to everyone.

The most unprofessional and rudest company I have ever encountered in my life. I went with my…read moresister to buy a used car which while test driving it seemed perfect and the car fax seemed clean. The place was closed and we were already staying after hours, so once we finished the paper work we drove off. Not even 5-10 min after driving out the lot, the car engine light comes on with a warning that it was overheating and to pull over. This happened 3 times on our 30-min drive back home. We didn't end up calling them because we assumed the place was closed and everyone left. We called the next morning to report the issue but was met with a condescending response "well did you check the anti freeze" and had trouble getting the warranty we were promised the day prior. We go to Pep boys to get a diagnostic and the mechanic who works there said it was a transmission issue and we were sold a lemon. We go back to management only to be dismissed and told that pep boys doesn't know what they are talking about and that they are not a reliable source. At this point we are frustrated with not only the dismal of our experience with the car, but them claiming the diagnostic report was invalid since it doesn't have "an explanation". So now we want a refund (it's been under 24 hours). They refused to provide a written statement of the total full amount to return to us, and the original check they gave us of the full amount, they immediately canceled it right after giving it. They failed to inform us that they would have their mechanic look into it which could be subject to change the amount given due to the transportation & dmv admin fees. Apparently their mechanic didn't find anything wrong with it at all, but didn't want to show us his diagnostic since "we no longer want the car". Car-less and now with a canceled check in hand, we go in person to straighten this out only to be met with yelling, belittling, and straight up ghetto attitude. Keisha, the owner, also mentioned "this is why she doesn't like to do business with black people". After the entire headache, we were given a new check with the less amount, now currently holding our breath that we will be able to cash it come Monday. The lack of accountability, customer service, and professionalism is astounding. I wouldn't be surprised if we get a response from the manager or owner showing the attacking and customer blaming. They said they are a "business", well how about being honest and transparent, showing empathy to your BUYING CUSTOMERS WHO KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS. Luckily we got some money back, but it did not come easy. If they escalate this, best believe we will get lawyers involved.
