I was so lucky that the GM of that location, Derek, happened to be the one to help me. He did a fantastic job getting all the nastiness out in that small crevice between the seat and was extremely thorough. Found this car wash after being unhappy with the new Dreamwash 2 blocks from us on Eldorado. Auto Splish Splash calls the wash I received the $17 which is an exterior cleaning through the tunnel, towel dried and the wheels shined. You can tell when the tunnel is also doing a better job. It feels like there is more soap, more brushes and more water. The young lady at the beginning did her job with a smile. Have been back three times now and so far I am very happy with all of the services I have received! read more

My first time here and service was phenomenal. Every person I ran into was super friendly and helpful. I got an oil change, exterior wash, and interior clean for $52. Came in Tuesday at lunch time and waited maybe 5 minutes and there was quite a few customers here. They allow you to sit in your vehicle while getting an oil change or you can sit inside in the A/C or they have tables in a shaded area to wait outside. They provided complimentary beverages and have a business center inside with computers and televisions. The customer service was exceptional and extremely fast. We will definitely be back. read more

We even bought a monthly membership as a birthday present for our teenager. It's a quick wash in and out for her and she loves it. Today, I dropped off my vehicle for a detailed cleaning before our holiday trip. Came back later to pick it up and the general manager met me at my vehicle. Once I got in and pulled away, I noticed two $100 bills and a Home Depot gift card sitting in my cup holder. They found the money we thought we lost weeks ago. Maybe they thought we planted it to see if they were honest, I don't know, but the money was found and left untouched. It is less than a week before Christmas and anyone could have taken it and we would've never known. We were ecstatic they found what we thought was GONE and couldn't be grateful enough. Very friendly staff. Got me in for a full wash and detail in a timely manner. The only thing that was a negative was how warm it was inside the waiting area. I eventually went outside. But they are awesome for having free bottles of water and free fountain drinks for their customers. Also had computers for customers to use. It kept kids occupied while waiting. Bait and Switch alert!!! After being up-sold on the Royal Purple oil change by being told by the oil change service employee that the second oil change was basically free (low cost) because it would only be a filter change with this synthetic oil that last 10k+ miles... I sent my wife today in for the second oil change... Attached is the bill and you can decide if you think this is fair and good business practices if you are told the second service is basically low cost/free... No one explained to her that they were going to do a complete oil change on the vehicle, nor was the additional cost associated with this change explained. Of course she felt pressured at the time to pay the bill because she has to get home to our family and she didn't understand if this was legit or not. Why would she understand? No one explained it to her! She thought she was going in for a basically free or low cost service on her vehicle. She gets a $120 bill? I immediately called the store and was directed to Levon, the manager, to explain my concerns and see what they could do to help. Obviously, they get A LOT of these complaints because Levon was a master objection handler (haha). He tried to explain it every way possible that this was our fault. Not one time did he admit that they should have explained the cost to my wife prior to servicing the vehicle. Nor did he offer any help with the cost or change his story... yawn. Their (manager's) explanation is that at a certain milage they don't do the oil filter only service as promised and they "have" to do a complete oil change. We should have know this... After going back and forth he declined to help. Told us he was ok losing our business. Therefore everyone out there, please beware of these predatory sales practices... Especially toward women... I wouldn't advise this company or their services to my worst enemy. The car wash is just okay at the best... the other services are an issue if they will not acknowledge a client's concern or manage a complaint beyond "too bad". Buyer beware! Paid $80 for an oil change and an inside and out car wash. Although the service was friendly.. the wash itself was absolutely terrible. There was black shit all over the outside, and the inside looked like it had been poorly wiped off with a damp napkin. There are fingerprints on my windows, and I still have dirt on the floor. Was there right at 8:00 on Friday for an inspection. Completed quickly with no problems. They offered a free $8 wash, which I was able to upgrade to any wash I wanted and still receive $8 off. Pulled straight up to the full service bay and they started work. Car looked great when they finished. All done by 8:40. read more

To the owner: If you're going to have a specific quart limit to topping off oil or have some sort of a requirement like getting an oil change there you need to state that in your printed materials. I stopped by your place today around 5:30 to get a car wash and to top off on my engine oil and I was asked if I had my oil change there and that if my car had a dipstick to show that it was low. Last time I read your service promise on your printed material, I didn't ready anything about getting an oil change there as a requirement? Also, have you guys never changed oil on BMW's? BMWs do not have a dipstick on engine oil. It's a computer LCD display. Your employees did end up putting a bit of oil(barely a squirt) but after a car wash there when I checked the read out, it didn't change anything because they barely put any oil in there. So I came around and showed the read out and asked your manager to top off my engine oil and he proceed to talked to the general manager and instead of explaining "why" themselves, they just sent me this rough looking guy to rudely tell me off that they weren't going to do it. I recently moved to the neighborhood and started coming to your car wash place and loved the car wash and service(from your previous employees) and was going to even get my oil change there until today when I got a treatment like I'm some sort of a beggar asking for something I shouldn't have on a service that you guys have advertised in your printed materials! So if you're not going to honor what's in your ads, you need to remove them because it's a false advertisement! If that's not the case, your employees need better training and to learn to treat customers with respect! read more

I paid $25 for the Splash Deluxe and was really pleased with what I saw when I left. But when I drove my car the next day, I noticed that the inside windshield was not cleaned completely. It appears the driver's side was wiped clean but the passenger side was ignored. Unfortunately I had family members fly in and was able to go back to get the error fixed. It rained for several days later and made looking out the windshield very difficult. Overall, they did a good job but I would not pay $25 again for a job less than perfect. read more

Refuse to take national warranties on vehicles and workers will try to bribe you to pay them so your vehicle can "pass" inspection. Car wash department is terrific. The management team stepped in right away to try to jump it. I was in a hurry to get somewhere and they offered to drive me to the location while they worked on my car. While I appreciate someone responding to my review the point of the matter is is the carpet was not an issue it was more the seats than anything in the pictures shown that there is dirt n debris on the non carpet part of the seat I just wiped it off with a Clorox wipe and it came right off on all four seats there was stuff on it that I requested to be removed if I can remove it with some Clorox wipes I'm pretty sure your cleaning supplies is a lot better than Clorox wipes but that's neither here nor there the point of my review was I didn't get what I paid for were the people nice yes and that is awesome but the package I bought was interior I don't care about the outside I asked him to try to remove stickers but if your staff will be honest I also said I did not want them wasting their time trying to get this glue off that I will figure it out on my own then the one who took payment said we got plenty of good cleaning supplies and stuff that we could get that off no problem...I even noticed some of the words off of the back of the car is a Sedona and the last two letters of the Sedona were off and in a little cup holder in my van well then, so if you're going to respond and get information from your staff make sure we're being honest it was good outside work the dashboard was a good the carpet too but the stuff that they missed I just removed with Clorox wipes and 3hrs of waiting and 125 dollars to me nothing should have been left undone read more

After some early struggles when they first open, things have drastically improved here! Any time I've gone in they've worked hard to get me in and out as fast as possible (while ensuring they do a good job). I mentioned that it was taking a bit long last time I was in and they put 3 guys on my car and detailed it really nice for me (at no charge). A carwash is only as good as it's workers, so I know there can be different opinions depending on which day you're in. Overall, they do a great job!! read more

Mechanic tried to sell me air filter and turbo cleaner...luckily took the first "no" because he built no value in it, and free wash is exterior only. First and last visit. AutoSplash has never tried to upsell me and always cleans the car in and out without extra charge of $25! What a way to turn a bad experience around! I used to come here all the time when it first opened however, when I have come in the past it's been 50-50. As of late the guys haven't been scrubbing down my front bumper the way they once used to. This last time was pretty bad to the point where I said enough and called in about it. I spoke to the manager, he gave me his name; Derrick, and said just mention his name and he will take care of me next time. Told him the next time wouldn't be until a couple of weeks out as I was going out of town on business. He said not to worry that the offer wouldn't expire. I go in today after a little more than three weeks, and wow what a class act! It's not every day that you get a manager willing to go above and beyond rectifying the situation. He not only made sure my car was cleaned the right way by taking matters into his own hands and scrubbing it down, but at the end I was pleasantly surprised to find out he wrote me up for an interior cleaning as well! I was contemplating going to a new car wash due to the fact that it hasn't been consistent here, but this experience has turned me back into a loyal customer. Thanks! read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I brought my car in for an oil change, only to come back to a damaged vehicle. I spoke to someone who offered to fix my car with a body shop they are affiliated with, I did not feel comfortable considering they were being rude. I brought in two estimates from other places and asked for a check to cover the repairs of the damage they caused.They did not comply and kept saying they will only fix the damage themselves. It was their worker who drove my car and damaged it. Frank was very rude, and hung up on my attorney's office. I will be taking further legal action, and I definitely will never be a returning customer due to their negligence and unprofessionalism. I've been taking my old Black Mustang through this wash since it opened...we all know how hard it is to keep a black car looking good! I never had a problem, it always came out looking nice and clean! But, recently, on March 31, I took my New Black Mustang through here, for it's second bath (both at this location) since buying it on the March 16th, and had an issue. I have been waiting about 48 hours for the owner, Frank, to respond to my claim. I will update this site as I see fit... 29 APR 2016, Frank was great, he took care of my issue with no hassles. But...I went through the wash again a few days ago, and had a similar problem...something in there is rubbing against the drivers side rear wheel, causing scratch marks. This is a new car, and if something isn't done with the alignment, or whatever's causing this problem, I'll have to go back to hand washing...oh no, I'll have to do it myself! read more

Do not go to this facility for oil changes...they are very inexperienced and they lie to you. I have had 2 bad experiences; mostly with customer service issues. The first time, I swore I'd never go back and then over time I let my guard down and tried them again this past weekend...after a confusing discussion about the brands of Synthetic oil my vehicle needed; the kid was advised by supervisor of the correct type of Synthetic Oil recommended for my GM auto, then he comes back and tells me the plug was stripped and I needed to take my vehicle back to business who changed the oil last time; that Splish Splash would not accept the responsibility. So, I left without an oil change and without a car wash which is why I chose to try this business again. I took my car back to original business and they escorted me downstairs to view the plug. It was not stripped as I was told...the entire head of the plug had been sheared off. So, thank you Splish Splash for damaging my car, lying to me and sending me on my way. I called the number you gave me; no answer, no option to leave a message. If you have additional plugs on hand and you are accustomed to changing and/or replacing on a continuous basis, there should have been no need for your service rep to lie to me and to send me on my way. First of all, the only way to know the plug was stripped is if they had removed it; second, the plug was not removed nor was it stripped...they sheared the head off...I won't be back. No need to discuss this matter with your owner. Thank you for the reply. read more

Don't go here!! The management will not help you. They will evade all responsibility, write up contracts they don't adhere to, and hang up on you. I have had a previous situation where a car wash caused damage and they fixed it no problem. This car wash caused bumper damage. They asked for estimates to fix it and gave a contract to allow 2 weeks to review. I complied and after the two weeks the owner was on vacation and too busy to bother. A month after the incident I finally received a call from the owner saying they reviewed the footage and it wasn't their fault. I asked if he personally reviewed it and "no". Rather then being up front with an answer I had to ask point blank "are you going to cover the damages" and "no". I will be putting it in the hands of my insurance, but go here at your own risk. 4$ may sound like a good deal for a car wash, but don't expect any assistance if needed. If you decide to go against your better judgement for whatever reason, refuse the car wash even if it is complimentary!! read more
