This place is just pure fantastic. For folks looking for a prompt and satisfactory service(s) done to their vehicles without any hefty load on their wallet and respect for their time, this is the place to go. I visited SplishSplash for My TX State Inspection and also tried out their $10 Car Wash. I was impressed with both the services but in particular, the Car Wash. Not only do they have courteous and friendly staff who listened to my needs and recommended the wash I needed but apart from that, their quality of materials used in wash I felt was really superb. My car came out of the POD as if I walked out from a Showroom. It was shiny, felt fresh and new. On top of this, they manually towel dry the entire car and also spray in the car fragrance of your choice depending on the Car Wash package you select from their pool of various choices. I really had a best feeling in a long time visiting different car repair places but not getting a full satisfaction but I guess finally I found a place where I felt really awesome in terms of best possible overall service done to my car. And the best part about all this was that I had a comfortable stay in their customer lounge area where all the services on my car were performed. They have loaded their lounge with lot of amenities like Wi-Fi access, Desktop stations, Fountain beverages, freshly brewed coffee, magazines, comfortable sofas and TVs and of-course clean restrooms. The overall experience I felt was seamless and most importantly the best bang for my buck and that's why I will get them an extra 1 star which will be 4 Starts for the overall services done to my vehicle) + 1 star (Excellent value for your money spent + an awesome customer service) = 5 Stars I highly recommend Auto SplishSplash for people who love their cars and want the best value added services done to their cars in the process without any compromise whatsoever in the customer service rendered to them. This is the the second time I've attempted to use this car wash. They do a horrible job wiping it down inside, after spending $30 on a wash.

I went in for an oil change, asked for my filter to be changed. Guys we're nice, but did not change my filter. He said he forgot and that it would take too long because my car is complicated. Nice people buy the actual service was not good. They also charged me an additional $45 from original price due to my car taking an additional 3.5CT. That's the first time I have any oil change place charge me an additional $45. They never told me up front, even though the guy told he would. Instead I get the bill with the over charge. I had no other option but to pay. I was lied and forced. Not a good experience! read more

*****BEWARE****** I paid for a detail and left with a BROKEN INTERIOR SUNSHADE. My sunshade should have NEVER been touched and definitely NOT opened for any reason, per my requested detail, yet it was.  I noticed the damage immediately when returning to my suv, I brought it to the attention of the Auto Splish Splash Car Wash Frisco location manager, Derek. Derek was an eyewitness to his employee inside my vehicle trying to fix the damaged sunshade. Along with numerous cameras on property. Derek never stopped him.  When I spoke to the owner, Frank he assured me per an estimate from a dealership he would get this issue fixed. He CHANGED his agreement when the damage exceeded his expected liability. And will NOT do anything about the damaged caused by his employee. Frank also, then claimed no responsibility for "normal wear and tear" of my vehicle. Normal wear and tear IS NOT coming to an establishment with a properly functioning sunshade and leaving with A BROKEN SUNSHADE. Now "it is my fault" and I HAVE TO PROVIDE PROOF. It is SAD, DISAPPOINTING AND DISTURBING when you cannot accept anyone's word of doing the right thing and with all the video surveillance on property there's still need of PROOF.  I'm in disbelief that the owner Frank, manager Derek and employee are not doing the right thing in this situation, to fix what was BROKEN on their property. I have always brought my car to autosplash on FM 433 in Frisco, Texas. However the last three times that I have brought my car here it has gone downhill. Usually its just a matter of them it cleaning or wiping the car well and I have to go behind them. Today I made it to show them their short falls and thats when I noticed that my car had been scratched at the car wash on the hood of my car. This is the last time that bring my car here. read more

Very nice car wash and lube business! I was VERY impressed the first time my wife and I got our oil changed here. Honestly, I think it was the first time EVER that someone didn't try to up sell me on something that I would have no idea if I needed to replace or not. I have also had a full detail at Auto Splash and it was worth every penny. So I have an oil change sticker that says free $25 full service car wash with any lube service. Then the guy writes me a $8 car wash rain check. Said my oil change didn't qualify. I have been a LONG time customer. I started out on Preston Rd and have been at the 423 location since it opened with a monthly membership in the wash program. I needed my car inspected to get my tags so I roll into auto splish splash. As I turn into the bay area I see an employee ( tall, slender, white guy,black hair, and glasses) he is at entrance 2 bays away to my right. He see's me and begins to walk towards me to greet me but turns and goes and get's another tech from the bay area. As they both approach my car I see the 2nd tech with a mini flashlight looking at my tire rim area.I ask the 1st tech the guy who went to go get the tech from the bay what is going on? 1st tech replies "I noticed your brake pads where low" GTFOOH , how did you notice my pads where low from 40 feet away My Benz is spotless , low mileage, dealer serviced, and my brakes don't squeak or grind ! What he was trying to do was up sell me a brake job I DO NOT NEED!! Maybe some kid, lady, or someone who does not know better will fall for this but NICE TRY, WRONG GUY! I asked to speak to manager, was told he was doing a bank run. I called business number only for the message to say " this mailbox is full". That is not all that is FULL! That kid is FULL of S_ _t! Was the car clean? Yes but was it worth the price ABSOLUTELY NOT! it took them over two ours to clean the car. We were left waiting outside in the heat. I will say they did offer us nice cold water bottles once during the wait but when we got back into the car the radio was COMPLETELY messed all stationed unprogramed somehow. They didn't even place back down the rugs. The staff was not communicating to each other, one of the employees argued with us when we parked the car in a bay we were told to park it in. So past two times I have came they have done a great job, but they are extremely slow for car washes. Seem to be understaffed with people to dry and clean interior of car. Oil change was very quick but wash is not. So new update. Got the oil changed Saturday and Monday morning noticed an oil puddle under the car. I checked the oil to make sure it had enough in it, and went back up to Auto Splish Splash. Told the man about the issue and they rechecked everything. Apparently the drain plug was only hand tightened and not tightened enough. Was told by someone there that it was a "Rookie" who did it and that he has done it on many cars. They said they are taking care of the problem. They fixed the issue, cleaned up everything and gave me a free wash. Luckily we noticed it, or could have blown an engine down the road. I can change my own oil. I know how easy it is. I choose to get my oil changed somewhere because it doesn't cost much more and they can do it quicker. I would expect a simple job to be done right every time without issues. read more

You'd be better off catching a school car wash at the local McDonalds using dish soap - decent workers but the managers must make $6 an hour because it matches their ability to resolve conflict. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I'd drive 20 miles further to avoid this place. Went there for an Exterior Hand wash for my brand new MDX which is just a month old and this is my first wash ever. I did not want to take chances of the machine wash, scared of the swirl marks that it would cause, so went with the hand wash for $55. They used hand mitts to wash the sides, front and back and they used a brush for the top which I did not like as it would also make a lot of marks. Once the wash and wiping is done, I looked at the car and I was shocked to see there were a ton of swirl marks all around. If you are going to use an unwashed pair of hand mitts then what is the point in going with hand wash and paying $55. This is cheating and very very unprofessional. Now my brand new car has swirl marks all around and does not look new anymore. It is disheartening to see this after spending so much on a car and these guys running business with no knowledge on how to service it. I did not expect this at all in my car's first ever wash. I would give a -1 if there is an option. Never go there with your brand new expensive cars. read more

I drove up to the car wash all freaked out because my dear dog had just thrown up my car - and in the worst spot between the seat and console! I was so lucky that the GM of that location, Derek, happened to be the one to help me. He did a fantastic job getting all the nastiness out in that small crevice between the seat and was extremely thorough. Not only that he cheerfully listened to me rant the entire time about the terrible day I was having! Splish splash performed inspections on both of my vehicles. They offer a free car wash with the inspection, which the day I took one of my vehicle it was raining. I asked if I could bring it back to get it wash and the service guy said sure thing. Being busy for a month I went back to get it washed and they said oh the wash is only good for 7 days as the guy never once told me it had a expiration date. You would think they would keep it in the computer system to keep better track of the vehicle services but was told that the computer only keeps info for that month. Just a head up to the community that have this issue in the future. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Worst car wash ever. I went to this place a couple times when they first opened and was extremely disappointed. I like the self-serve vacuum but it's odd that at the end of the tunnel, you have to turn left for towel dry and right for vacuum. If you want both, you have to circle back around the property. Not a good layout. But once through the less-than-average wash tunnel, went to get a towel dry. Waited so long before being directed to a bay, all the water just dried as spots on my car. So I just requested a refund and got serious attitude from the 'manager'. They were not busy at all so not sure why the delay. Well...fast forward a few months thinking they have had time to work out all the kinks...and after today's experience, I can just re-write the experience above. Again...requested a refund. The manager didn't even offer to make it right. He told me today the delay was because the towel guy had to go wash some towels. Poor crew assigning/scheduling, perhaps, and not enough towels? I'll be sticking with QwickWash America on the other side of town and will pay them more for good service. Worth the drive & money. read more

Update .. I would award less than one star if possible. I recommend everyone avoid this car wash at all costs. Frank did finally contact me by phone on 7/6/2016. Despite him seeing pictures of the damage to the 2006 Colorado and receiving the damage claim, he refuses to get the Colorado fixed. Frank went on to to say that in no way could the chemicals used at his location have caused the discolored splotches in the bed liner. Never did he ask to meet with me to actually look at the damage. In fact, he told me that he thought he had asked staff at the car wash to tell me his stance on my claim instead of facing me personally, and that he would have a training with his staff so they would respond to this type of damage for him. In my opinion, this is poor management and even poorer business ownership. If Frank would have repaired the damage to the bed liner, I would have remained a customer under contract, and with frequent visits under the contract I had, would have made up the money spent in repairs to the Colorado quickly, regained my trust as a customer, had me remove my negative comments about how he has bullied his way through not paying the claim, and also had me recommend his services to other people. Since Frank has chosen to deny the claim as saying it has no merit, I choose to tell everyone what a difficult person he is to work with, and that he told me he only pays claims that he "feels like" paying based on whether he thinks the damage was caused by his wash. He invited me to pursue other avenues of relief. read more

My first time here and service was phenomenal. Every person I ran into was super friendly and helpful. I got an oil change, exterior wash, and interior clean for $52. Came in Tuesday at lunch time and waited maybe 5 minutes and there was quite a few customers here. They allow you to sit in your vehicle while getting an oil change or you can sit inside in the A/C or they have tables in a shaded area to wait outside. They provided complimentary beverages and have a business center inside with computers and televisions. The customer service was exceptional and extremely fast. We will definitely be back. read more

Found this car wash after being unhappy with the new Dreamwash 2 blocks from us on Eldorado. Auto Splish Splash calls the wash I received the $17 which is an exterior cleaning through the tunnel, towel dried and the wheels shined. You can tell when the tunnel is also doing a better job. It feels like there is more soap, more brushes and more water. The young lady at the beginning did her job with a smile. Have been back three times now and so far I am very happy with all of the services I have received! read more
