BEWARE!!! Bumper was damaged and carwash management would not return calls, or give a decision as stated in the contract they have you sign when damage occurs. Manager (Scott Tucker) hung up on me when telling him how unprofessional it was to not contact or have a reason to deny the claim. He only claims the carwash was working fine and hundreds of cars had no problems. Owners number listed on google has a generic voicemail. DO NOT EXPECT ACCOUNTABILITY!!! Had an interior detailing, was a good price for the services selected. However, they had missed a couple spots cleaning wise, would have expected them to miss one or two spots due to human mistake, however, paying for a higher end service with lack of detail was disappointing. Most irritating part was an employee was sitting in the couch area, when there are customers in the lounge area you should at least offer or make sure the customer does not want to sit in that area instead of chilling in there for half and hour read more

Do not trust what they tell you. We had our oil changed and were to get a "free" $25.00 car service. Rain was forcast so we decided to get a raincheck to have the wash later. When we went back to have the wash done we got the free rewash, never did get the "free" wash. When we questioned this we were told that the service was "in the computer" but the person who checked us in did not check. The "manager" did not seem to care or offer us the oppertunity to have the service performed. If they tell you that you do not need to keep your receipt, do it anyway because you may have to prove what service you are to get. Customer service is severly lacking. read more

Worst service I have experienced. I took my 4 cylinder Honda in for an oil change, as they started to work I asked how much? To my surprise he said $59.99! I asked why and they said it came with a car wash. I replied that I didn't want a car wash. I was told that it was the cheapest option and that I had to. I asked for a manager (Scott Tucker)and he said the same thing. After saying never mind, there magically was a cheaper option for 29.99 with a lesser car wash, I had to explain that several places had oil changes for 19.99 and they laughed, I called the closest place and confirmed the $19.99. Anyway I also asked for an inspection after they were done. His attitude completely changed and he wasn't happy about having to give me a better deal. They finished quickly and and Scott said "you are all set!" I said "great, that was fast, even the car wash?!" He laughed at me and said "uh no, that's your responsibility to drive it through". Ok, I didn't know, it was my first time there. He charges my credit card for oil change and inspection and after I sign it, he says oh btw you didn't pass, brakes felt "a little soft" and walked away like he got the last laugh or something. Pretty sad to see a newer place come into the community and treat their customers like crap. Instead of going back, I just took it somewhere else where my car passed easily just like precious years. One day I just tried to do the state inspection for my car in this place, because this place is closer from our house and for the bonus they give free car wash after doing the inspection. That day the weather was so cold, and when I wash my car out of sudden the side mirror cover became broken and fell apart. The manager on side ,Reuben, came to me. At first I thought he wanna help me to fix the mirror, but I was wrong! I was disappointed and a bit panic because of that side mirror fell down. My mind just thinking about how it is not safety to drive with that broken side mirror and Reuben suddenly gave his opinion and said that the mirror was fell apart because of my car has involved in accident before. So he said that I had a previous damage. That is not true ! Even everytime I service my car on the dealership they always check circle around my car and told me every detail about the scratches of my car and I knew my car very well, and this particular car actually only sitting on my garage.The General manager, Jerry, came to me and give me a piece of paper he said about the insurance, basically stated that this incident happened and they would give us compensation. After the car fixed I need to call the owner to ask his approval for reimbursement for the repair of that the side mirror. Another week pass without any news. I tried to contact him again, and finally he is refusing the compensation because he said my car was involved in accident before base on Reuben said. I am really disappointed, this is merely not about the money but for the good will. The intention of not giving the customer satisfaction, they just not seeing it from both side. I especially very disappointed with Reuben, because he was really not helping me in the middle of panic and in cold weather , at that time I was just wearing short and must go outside from my car bracing the cold wind because of that incident. Reuben took the advantage of it and pushed his opinion to avoid the compensation. Beware customers !! if one day you got any incident remember to stated your side of the story , so it is not only their opinion that count especially if the manager on side like this Reuben. Give shitty customer service and you will get a shitty review. Yesterday I drove my black SUV through some white paint spilled on the road. I went to my nearest car wash (Splish Splash) and asked them if they could help me get the wet paint off of my car. They said it would cost me a $100 dollars. Really?? I told them that I couldn't afford it and asked them if they had a water hose I could use to spray it off. Again they said no and that they couldn't help me for less than $100. Frustrated, I left and drove to Frisco Water Works. The guys there were AMAZING! They didn't hesitate to help me. In fact I only paid $17 and they insisted that I drive my car through the wash twice and power washed my fender walls until the paint was gone. If you want great service, go to Frisco Water Works. So this review isn't about a specific event but an overall experience with Splish Splash. I just moved here about two months ago and even though I don't drive a Ferrari I like to make my car shine and have a relaxing environment inside while I drive to work everyday. I saw this place on the side of the road and thought to give it a shot! Now what I'm about to tell you is the whole reason I decided to write this review. There is a young man up there named Chris and let me tell you what, he is the ABSOLUTE best guy up there! Because of him I've joined the monthly car wash sticker club that they offer and it is AMAZING! I've also gotten a full detail and boy does the inside of my car look absolutely amazing! He remembers names and faces and the stories behind them and each visit is like you are coming to see a friend and not just a car wash! Also he is very helpful in pointing out things like the fact that they do headlight restorations (which I'm getting this weekend!) and he even took the time to give me a quote while I was in line to get my windshield replaced which I would never have imagined I could get done there! I come there for car washes but I'm starting to think that this may just be my new car maintenance place as well. I guarantee you will love this place just ask for Chris and he will take the BEST care of you. If this guy isn't running the place in 5 years he will definitely be successful doing whatever he chooses because he has an amazing attitude and great work ethic! Went for an oil change and got a free ($10) car wash with it, which i upgraded to full service for an additional $15. Don't think I'd pay that again for the full service car wash but the free car wash is a great value. The day after my oil change I noticed my car was acting funny. It's an automatic and it felt like it was hesitating, like it was trying to switch gears. I drove on it all the next day and took it back the day after. There was also a leak that hasn't been there before the oil change. When they re-checked it, they said they couldn't find any issues. Everything was right and sealed. Role me they thought it might be the transmission. I thought that was quite a coincidence considering it was running fine before the oil change. They referred me to a garage down the street. That guy took my car for a spin and said he didn't notice any anomalies. Sure enough when i got back into my car after that test drive, everything was fine. Not quite sure what happened. Maybe they did end up tightening something or finding something they missed when i took it back to splish splash but didn't want to tell me. read more

I've complained many times to the issues with the tire dressing not being completely cleaned and covering the car in oil when driving off. I will NOT get my car washed at auto splish splash car wash again. The management does not take responsibility for .car damage caused by car wash brushes or the blow dryer. They definitely evade responsibility in spite of written contracts which they don't adhere to. This car wash's brushes caused hood damage (scratches) to my brand new car and rolled my license plate into a roll due to dirt on the brush heads and the brush spin speed being too high. Per contract I provided 2 estimates to fix the damage for review within the duration required in contract. The car wash brushes were spinning at a speed that the brushes rolled the license plate into a roll. The owner called saying it wasn't their fault. That's it. Car owner's be aware. read more

I get the $4 Express Wash on a regular basis. I've always been treated respectfully, polirtely and efficiently by the (female) cashiers. The only problem I've ever had is the computer-controlled wash line gets out of sync and starts each step either a little early or a little late, leaving part of my vehicle unwashed and unrinsed. When I brought this to their attention, they thanked me and immediately stopped the line for a moment and resynced it. They also insisted I go back thru to assure that it was done perfectly. Just had my daughters car inspected- needed a new gas cap. The guys were super helpful and replaced it for me and we were good to go! All service techs there are very friendly and I only waited 15 minutes! We do all our oil changes, etc here and have had great service EVERY TIME!!! Two is all I can give. Their prices are a bit cheaper than others, but there is a reason. Every time I have been there, I come home and find that my car is still really dirty. This car wash was first class! I had some concrete on my black truck that had been sprayed up while driving through a construction zone and I was worried that it was going to take off my paint. I first got a normal car wash and it cleaned everything but the dried concrete. One of the managers suggested a clay and wax hand treatment that would take off the dried concrete and not take off my paint. I was a little skeptical but I agreed after he gave me a great deal. One hour later my truck looked BRAND NEW! You could not tell where any of the concrete had been on the hood and down the side of my truck. I was very impressed and will definitely go back. I am about to go and do the same thing for my wife's car. 5 stars all the way in my book! read more

After having horrible experiences with oil changes in The Colony, on a whim I checked this place out. I've taken all three of my vehicles here for oil change services. I've always been able to get right in. The staff has always been helpful and accommodating. I brought my truck in yesterday (she's older and has seen better days) for an oil change and asked if they also charged AC's. Joseph explained they didn't offer that service, but was more than helpful in directing me to places to check out. He also explained how to save some money if I was comfortable doing it myself. As a woman it was a pleasant surprise I wasn't treated like an idiot. Thanks to Joseph, I was able to successfully charge my own AC which saved me time and money, not to mention my hair and makeup. They offer a free wash with service and now I'm riding around feeling freaking fancy with cool air, tires that shine, and a smile on my face. Kudos to your staff! read more
