Best dealer I have ever visited hands-down. I bought one car in 2012 from them, and another in 2017. Both times I have had terrific service and the salesman did a great job and got straight to business. I made them my lowball offer, and instead of playing the game, they countered with a spot on price... BOTH TIMES. The shop manager doesn't want to waste your time and so if you are serious about buying, they will completely work with you. Dave was my salesman and I have nothing but great things to say about him. I went in thinking I knew what car I wanted and instead he found one that matched me perfectly, even when I didn't think I would like the car. He answered all my texts and phone calls within minutes and was super friendly and understanding. When my car was worth barely a few hundred bucks as a trade, they worked with me and gave me the absolute best price they could. When I left the dealer, I had a full tank of gas and a free detail the next day. Dave even hooked me up and got me a spare key. I can't recommend these guys enough. I got a 2013 BMW 128i with 5007 miles on the odometer for less than $20,000. If you want a nice car but don't want to pay retail, hit these guys up! They get lease-returns all the time, but you got to get them fast. My car was on the lot less than 24 hours and it was mine. A few days before, they sold a car that had been traded in while the previous owner was still on the lot! These guys work fast and hard. RODENT SUV - I am a return customer, bought a Cayenne TT about 5 years ago. Still have it, this Time I bought a 2011 ml 350. 5/25/26. Drove home, next day, drove to work, didn't make it. All abs. wheel sensor, esp brake related warnings pop up, brake pedal goes to floor. Get vehicle towed home. ( classic clear the codes, hand off car, codes back after another drive cycle ) I buy 4 new sensors ( $600 ). I Installed them. What do I find, Parts of nests. In each coil spring and near the muffler area. let them know. Was told to save the receipts. Talked next to "managment" was told " we don't give cash back. Still to this day. No compensation, or even a sorry. Just "whatever" .... what other rodent damage will show up soon? Plus, the "we owe you" a head unit/ double din or whatever, rear hatch struts, and rear left door locking actuator. Still waiting for those items to be installed. No tunes, no gps, nothing. purchased 5/25/26. Get a cocky " our shop is real busy " once they got your money .... Think I feel good about dropping of my car for this work? Whenever that is. I was fed up with my old car so I started searching for something I really wanted, a MINI. Almost immediately, I saw this Mellow Yellow MINI on Auto X-Change's website. It was within walking distance so I walked over there. All the staff were very friendly but I was introduced to Bob, what a great guy! The MINI was at their Aiea location. Did Bob tell me to go to other location or try to sell me one from his store? Nope, he drove me over there! I took a test drive and fell in love with it. Needless to say, I bought it. He drove me back to Kalakaua Ave. in the MINI. The car needed a state inspection and Bob also wanted to have detailed for. I work near the airport and Bob came to my work to pick up the car to have both the inspection and detail done. Not only that, he bought that old clunker from me. The car itself is wonderful. It gets better gas mileage than my old car and it fits in these tiny parking spaces in the parking garages. I love it! read more

I recently bought a 2008 bmw m5 from Bob. Process was great from start to finish. Shawn the finance manager did a great job negotiating till the price was right on the car. Bob personally met me when getting a tire replaced that went flat the day after I brought it home. The dealer paid everything and checked to make sure I was taken care of. Went to look at cars and the showroom is nice but when you go to look through the ones outside they have a homeless encampment ON THEIR LOT!! With some very shady characters. One man was fighting with a women threatening the pull a gun. Not what I expect to experience when shopping for a new vehicle. Our salesperson said the lot is shared with a tow company but they live on the lot. Super sketchy. I did not feel safe at all and wouldn't recommend this place. read more
