I purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna from Auto Connection about two weeks ago. Dragan and Nikola made the process sooo easy! I took the van for a couple test drives (once by myself and the second with my husband). I believe they gave me a reasonable price (based on comparisons from KBB). Then when it actually came to purchasing the vehicle, we went in to put a down payment, sign papers, and they handed over the keys- it took only about 10-15 minutes. They took care coordinating financing with my bank (they offer financing but I chose to use my own bank), as well as transfer of title and registration. They really took the stress out of buying a used car. The van has been running very well so far. My only issue is that there is a small piece missing from The front bumper (as seen in the picture), but it's purely cosmetic and expected from a van that's almost 10 years old. Another odd thing is that the trunk won't open all the way- it opened fine when we test drove it, but about the second day after we bought it, it started getting stuck. Had I been more through when test driving it, I might have caught the issue (or not). It seems like an easy fix and it doesn't really bother me, which is why I still give them 5 stars. Recently I moved from Oahu to the Big Island and unfortunately my car was stolen after being there 7 months. It was a beautiful car that I special ordered and there wasn't another on any Island that I could find to replace it. I looked all over the Big Island for something I would accept as a replacement but was unable to find the right car. Eventually I started trips to Honolulu I felt that I had a better chance finding something there. My first two trips I looked at so many vehicles and still didn't find the right one for me. I got home I started to just look for brand new cars and decided to go with the new Nissan Kick. I started making arrangements to see and test drive the car in Honolulu the next week but that same day I was browsing and came across this sporty looking convertible and I couldn't get it off my mind so I sent a message to Auto Connection inquiring about the 2011 BMW 135i and received a immediate reply from Nikola. I was told it was a beautiful car with very low miles 38000 and in excellent condition. l told Nikola I wanted to come see it next week he said not a problem call him when I arrived. As the plane hit ground in Honolulu I called Nikola and told him I was on my way. I arrived in the evening and the car was inside the garage with the top down and my heart started racing it was love at first sight! They asked for my license I gave it to him and I was handed the keys and told have fun! I was off and the car handled and preformed amazing I was so excited but I noticed one big issue!! "The Check Engine Light Was On!!!" When I returned I know Nikola new I liked it I couldn't hide it but I informed him of the issue and he said he didn't see it before but it will be taken care of i'm sure it's something minor. It was getting late I had a appointment in the morning to see and drive the Nissan Kick so I told Nikola I was going to sleep on it and go see the Kick in the morning and would get back to him before I leave he said he would be waiting. Next morning I picked up a former coworker/friend so I could get her point of view on my choices. We arrived at the Nissan dealer and started looking at the Kicks, We both agreed they were nice but agreed they weren't really my type so I decided to take her to see the BMW. I parked the car and started walking to the entrance and I saw the BMW in the driveway that is when my friend looks at me and says now that car is you it has your name written all over it!! She says don't even think twice just get it! We walked in and met with Nikola I told him as long as you get whatever needs to be fixed so that engine light isnt on I will take it. Nikola promised me and gave me his word it will be taken care of before he put it on the ship! I paid nearly the full asking price for the car and Nikola threw in the shipping. I returned home I gathered all the necessary paperwork needed to purchase and ship the car(insurance binder,cashier check) and was getting ready to send it off when i realized both times I saw the vehicle they had the top down so i never got to inspect the condition of it and that concerned me due to the extreme weather conditions here. I sent a email to Nikola right then inquiring about the condition of the top and that I was concerned that I never had the chance to inspect it. Nickola assured me other than a little fading in the crease from when the top is put down it was in good condition for the cars age so i said great I didn't want to worry about that it rains a lot on my side of the Island. I received the car the following week. I was so exited that it was here I didn't even look or notice the top at first. My first issue happened the day it arrived i was unable to lock or unlock the doors and trunk with either one of the remotes so I messaged Nikola he told me they had worked prior and to check the batteries they probably need to be replaced. I replaced the batteries in both remotes and unfortunately one has never worked but luckily the other did. I got in the car started it up and proceeded home and I looked down at the gauges and no way this can't be right Nikola promised and gave me his word that engine light would be fixed and I would have no problems! This is the start of my worst nightmare!! I notified Nikola of the situation as well as letting him know I was extremely upset and they needed to have it fixed asap!! Nikola assured me it was not on when he took it to the ship but the absolutely would have it fixed as promised. When I got home I started inspecting the car, as i took a closer look my heart just sank and i got sick to my stomach! Nikola flat out lied to me!! The top was in horrible condition when you looked at it closely the top was very worn and coming apart. Going up/down it rattled turns out back window was coming apart from the top which they had tried to glue back on unsuccessfully. Sadly he never tried to resolve the check engine light or the top! Let me say one thing. I bought a car 2005. I'm so mad so I'll just list everything WRONG about this dealership. 1. I was provided a fake carfax that had no accident report or any sort. But recently I found a real copy which reports 2 accidents and odometer rollback. These guys messed with the promoter to lower the mileage. 2. Everything interior about the car started breaking down within the first 6 months. Everything was fine when I purchased but slowly, the power seat buttons were jammed, moon roof button feel off, radio frequency was shit, the glove box compartment broke off!! There's more but I don't even remember them all. 3. Last and the worst...everything broke starting from hoses, leaks, bursts and more. I am still repairng the car today because the power handle burst yesterday...my total repair bill came out over $13000 and I purhased the car for $13500... My words of advice...even if the deal looks and the car looks great, do NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will scam you in every way!!! Message me if you want more information about these crooks. read more

There are a nice selection of vehicles here but they are dusty. You can tell that they aren't driven or washed regularly. The inside of the vehicle I looked at smelled like a dusty vacuum cleaner. After looking online I thought we definitely found the vehicle that we wanted but seeing it there made me rethink everything because it was obvious that it had been sitting for some time. The battery was so dead that even trying to charge it wouldn't make it start, they blamed it on having someone come look at it the day before and the keys being left in the ignition (if that was true it wouldn't have been THAT dead after 1 day). Silly lie. My husband is a mechanic, we aren't that naive. It was listed on the website as a one owner but the Carfax said otherwise. Seems like something silly to lie about. If we didn't have a trade-in I think the experience may have been a little more pleasant for us. We were low-balled on the trade-in offer and told that the features that our vehicle have "don't matter" in the end. We are not stupid enough to think that features don't matter, they make ALL the difference. It was just silly. We were treated like imbeciles and heard all the reasons why we were wrong to expect what our trade in was worth and why our bank was wrong in their assessment of the value. If you don't want to give us a fair price for the trade-in, just say that, trying to be condescending about it doesn't hurt us, it just tells us that you don't really want to do business with us. We aren't desperate enough to pay more than we should. We've purchased/traded in lots of vehicles and out of at least 10 different experiences this one in the running for the top 2 most pathetic ones. I don't expect a dealership to lose their ass to give a good deal but I do expect them to be reasonable and honest. We have the time and money to wait for what we want to come around so we will be taking our business elsewhere. We dealt with the owner in person. The salesman on the phone seemed like a really nice guy which is why we attempted to go here. read more

I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord last week from Auto Connection. It was the BEST experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The Accord was in pristine condition, had very low mileage and runs like new. It even had that new car smell despite being approximately five years old.
