    Thank you Elfred for helping me throughout the whole car buying process. I always recommend to take a mechanic with you when buying used cars, you can never be too careful, and always remind yourself when buying used vehicles you are bound to run into some issues. I expressed my concerns with him and he was able to fix it at no charge the very next day (keep in mind I still wasn't sure if I wanted to go through with it and he knew that but fixed the issue anyways). He was also kind enough to make a deal with me and gave me a VERY good discount on the vehicle. The buying process was fast and easy because I had went in with a check. My car is perfect and I really needed this car. I definitely feel like a got lucky. They also print out the CARFAX for you for free and showed me the title to prove it was not a salvage but clean title. I'm extremely happy with my purchase, thank you Elfred!

    This is an outstanding used car dealership. I just cannot say enough good things about them! I have owned many cars and have dealt with many dealerships, but the owner of Excellent Motor Group is by far the very best person I have ever purchased from. He is the most knowledgeable, has the most integrity and honesty, works unbelievably hard, and is the most kind used auto dealer I have ever seen. This is what he did for me: I went down to buy a Ram Promaster cargo van. He worked very hard for me, making calls for about 3 hours to find a lender for me, but my credit wasn't good enough to qualify for the loan. So he showed me a Ford Transit cargo van he had on the lot which was a little older. I still couldn't qualify, so he dropped the price so I could qualify for the loan. Then I tried to pay the down payment with my debit card but couldn't pay the whole amount because of the limit on my card. I called my bank on the mainland to increase the limit, but it still didn't work. Then because of the time difference, my bank closed for the day and I couldn't call back. Then he let me use his computer to login to my insurance carrier's website, but I had trouble getting the lienholder's name and address to show on the insurance binder, so he sat down with me and helped me very patiently to solve the issue and get the insurance binder and my insurance cards and documents printed out. Then he drove me all the way across town to the lender's office, introduced me to the lender and explained the process, then waited for me while I set up my account and got my documents. Then even after the exhausting day, and even with my down payment only partially paid, he graciously let me to pay the remainder the next day, and he even drove me all the way back across town to my apartment. The next day he picked me up at my workplace and drove me to his lot, where I was able to finally pay the remainder of my down payment. He had already finished all of the documents and paperwork, and had also gone down to the dmv to do the temp registration. He also had done the safety and emission inspection, had the oil changed, and filled up the gas tank. Then after he had done all of this for me, he offered to hold the van at his lot until I could find a monthly parking place for it near my apartment. Then the next day after I found a monthly parking spot, I noticed that my name was slightly misspelled on a few of the documents. So I went down to his lot and he got all of the documents corrected very quickly, even while he was in the process of working with another customer. He had the keys ready plus a spare key, and the van was ready for me to drive home. And he did all of this over three days in the rain while major street work was being done right next to his lot. Wow! I recommend this dealer very very highly. I have never seen anyone so knowledgeable, so hard working, so honest and patient as him. The week I was at his lot, he sold 4 cars to customers who had purchased from him over 15 years ago, and now I understand why. When you find a dealer this good, you go back decade after decade. Outstanding.

    My family buy a Toyota Sienna Van low mile . We already pay for it . And owner Daily check again everything check oil and all new brake pads and belt. One month later have some noise they also free check and replace wheel bearings for free. Also this is my family 3 time buy a car from Excellent Motor Group.

    I saw it online they have low mile Toyota Camry 2013 . They prepare Carfax show only have one owner. We checked all in & out looks like brand new. After Test drive the owner Daily shows me the oil already changed and tell me brake pads all replaced. Wow I was going to ask all questions. He already prepares and shows us. We are seat down and check loan rate and down payment money . He check and tell me $0 down payment.Loan rate 3.99% . So happy with this quick answer. The best car purchase experience ever. Total we spent 40min here only to compare new car dealership whole day. Much easy and fast!

    We've been going to Daily ever since we bought a vehicle from him two years ago. We got a GMC Sierra and haven't had a single issue with it. My husband and I have purchased and traded many vehicles and Excellent Motor Group and Daily have been by far the absolute best experience ever!!! This guy is awesome, I need a safety check or my friends need one I send them to him and he takes care of it with no appointment needed. I just went today for a safety, while I was there he topped off my oil, checked all the fluids in the truck and will be detailing it. He's absolutely awesome and I can't say how grateful we are to know that if anything were to happen he'd help us take care of it. The turn signal on the truck went out about 2 months after we got the truck and I brought it in to pay to have him change it and he did it at no charge. Best place to purchase a vehicle if you want sound piece of mind. ALOHA!

    So grateful that we were able to get vehicle for my mother and teenagers to drive. Hector at the dealership was patient and so helpful.

While this is a long review, if you're seriously considering buying a car from this dealership, please read to the end. I purchased a used car (5/25/2026) on the condition that the dealership would address the check engine light, the taillight that was out, and detail the vehicle (the car was sitting in the upstairs showroom, not prepped for sale and filthy). It wasn't ready until 5/29; however, while on its way to be delivered, the check engine light went on again -also, that day, sales guy, Skylar, informed me the lender wanted an additional $599 for down payment. I told Skylar I no longer wanted the vehicle because I realized I'd continue having issues and I wasn't going to pay more down. The owner, Rima, called, assured me I wouldn't have any major issues moving forward and that they'd write off the extra $599. I begrudgingly agreed to take the car against my better judgment, based on his assurances. Within a week, the taillight was out again... took half a week approximately to get Skylar to provide information about having it fixed. They sent me to their "sister" shop, who replaced the bulb. The following day, light was out again. That shop discovered the light assembly was damaged due to water intrusion and had to order a part (estimated three week ETA). On July 2nd, I took the vehicle in to an independent shop for a standard oil change since the dealership told me, after the fact (of the purchase) that they don't usually change oil on used vehicles prior to sale. Would've been great to know that in advance. During the oil change, the threads pulled out with the drain plug which, according to the shop manager, is caused by the last person to change the oil because of either cross threading or over torquing. Now I'm hit with a $752 bill to replace the entire oil pan (aftermarket part... had they used an original part, it would've cost over $1000). This is more than 10% of what I currently own on the vehicle. I made repeated attempts to reach Rima through both text and email on the 2nd. He finally reached out that night, just before 8pm. He asked that I take the car to the dealership to have their people "verify (my) concerns" and he was informed it couldn't be since it's undrivable. He asked what the symptoms were... I told him none because I was simply being proactive by engaging in basic maintenance. His response? "With no symptoms, this may be outside of our parameters to try to assist". I sent three more texts after, all went ignored. Rima, you are the owner. What do you mean it's outside your parameters to "try to assist"? After two unsuccessful attempts to have this situation rectified via email, and no direct response from Rima (as a reminder, he is the OWNER) (and only one text from his shop guy, Dennis, to tell me Rima wouldn't work with me), I filed complaints with both BBB and DCCA. This dealership and, more importantly, the owner, is shady as hell. Check out all the other reviews and come to your own conclusions. I'd strongly suggest looking for any other dealership if you're hoping to have a functional vehicle - keep in mind that I had the vehicle for a total of 1 month and 3 days before it became unusable. I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews prior to walking into this dealership. Don't be like me and save yourself unnecessary stress and headaches. For anyone else who has had issues with this dealership, feel free to reach out to me. It's time Rima be forced to face the consequences of fraudulent business practices.
