So I called triple A and had them tow it (less than 4 miles) to the new shop. Anyway, unbenounced to me, they told the new shop that I didn't pay for repairs done at their shop that they did on my car. If that was the case why did they give me my car back without payment and then refer me to this new shop? And even if i didn't, why would you tell the new shop? So they can overcharge me and get them a cut? I don't know. It's just weird and unprofessional.

Not only that but the workers there get shit DONE idgaf what he says lmfao I have seen many, many, many times on extreme busy days how Larry and Jr clear out the area full with customers while receiving calls for parts all at once. A new employee was helping me, and he was doing a great job trying to make sure I got what I needed. However, once his manager, Ezequiel, stepped in, everything changed. I clearly explained that I needed two different parts, but Ezequiel ignored what I told him and changed my order. I trusted that he knew what he was doing, so I didn't double-check before leaving. When I got home, I realized he had given me two of the same part instead of the two different parts I had requested. It was a waste of my time and an unnecessary trip back to the store. I appreciate the effort the new employee was making, but the manager should have listened to the customer instead of assuming he knew better.
