They only charged me for the cost of the bulb and were very helpful, nice, and efficient.

I am writing this review to express my extreme frustration with the service at this VW dealership…read more I have been here multiple times for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and every single time, I am told it will take an hour to an hour and a half. Yet, without fail, I end up waiting more than 2 hours. Today, I arrived at 3:30 PM for my appointment that was in 3:45 pm expecting delays. It is now 5:30 PM, and my car is still not ready. I was told it will be done in 40 more minutes. To make matters worse, I saw someone else who arrived after me for the exact same service get their car back an hour ago. When I asked about this, I received no explanation or apology. I explicitly mentioned that I had work to do and needed a reliable connection, and I was assured I would be out by 5:00 PM at the latest. When I asked for a ride, I was told the driver had already gone home. Instead of offering a complimentary loaner car because of their own delay, they had the audacity to suggest I pay $25 to rent one for three hours. It is clear that this service center has no respect for their customers' time. I regret purchasing the three-oil-change package and will never be returning here again. If you value your time, I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I have been bringing my Toyota to Fox Toyota Service for about seven years. My first experience…read morewasn't great. I was so disappointed with the customer service that I started asking my dad to handle my service appointments. The main reason I continued going back was because I appreciated the detailed inspection reports they provided after each visit, which you typically don't get at a quick-service shop. Over the years, I purchased multiple maintenance plans and trusted Fox Toyota enough to convince my dad to buy one for his new truck, despite his long-standing skepticism about dealership service departments. Unfortunately, today's experience proved his concerns were justified. Before scheduling my dad's appointment, we confirmed that he had one service remaining on his maintenance plan. When we arrived, we were told the plan had expired a month earlier. My frustration isn't that the plan expired, it's the complete lack of communication. A simple email, text message, or reminder call letting us know the plan was nearing expiration would have prevented this situation. When we asked to speak with a manager, no one was willing to help. We were eventually told the maintenance plan was administered by a third party, Kornerstone Administrative Services. Ironically, it was easier to reach someone at Kornerstone than it was to speak with a manager at Fox Toyota. The representative at Kornerstone informed me that the maintenance plan includes a 90-day grace period, information that Fox Toyota never mentioned. If they truly valued long-term customers, I would have expected them to share that information and help us understand our options instead of telling us to purchase another plan. We were planning to purchase another plan after the service anyway! After seven years of loyalty and multiple maintenance plans, this experience left me feeling like our business wasn't valued. Because of that, my family will be taking our Toyotas elsewhere for service. After seven years there's nothing worth recommending about Fox Toyota Service. Find somewhere else.

I Purchased and alternator from Chad and immediately it was a bad alternator. Tested bad. Went back and got a replacement alternator. Shortly after, my batteries drained and so I replaced the battery. Somehow the alternator wasn't charging so I thought was just bad batteries, had to replace the batteries again. This has been going on for two years. In the end, most of my electrical components were being melted and I had to take it into Romeo Ford. $2700 later, Ford engineers told me it was a bad alternator that caused all my truck problems and a complete diagnostics report to prove it. Reported it to Auto Value and Chad the manager. I am totally being taken advantage of because the manufacturer tested the alternator, they confirmed it was bad but it was because of bad batteries is what they said and I'm just out of luck no matter what the lifetime warranty means. Because I'm the small guy, they're taking a vantage of me. They are basically saying that the Ford dealership and the engineers at Ford have it wrong and they are right. There's no issues and they will not pay me my money. Auto Value is great until you have a problem. Do not buy from this store your parts. Go to your dealerships and buy the original equipment parts. They do not stand behind their product. Could I take them to court? Of course. But they can out spend me on court fees and they know this. It's not right. They are totally railroading us. Will never shop at Auto Value again. They do not stand behind their product. You may have some good experience with this store, but beware, wait till something goes south. You'll see.

Do not take your vehicle to this business for extensive repairs with researching. I took my car to…read morethem 10 months ago (Aug) and paid $1927.84 for new rotors, brakes, and calipers. They installed the parts and drove off assuming all was well. A week or so later I had to return as my new brakes were squeaking. So I came back and they shared the brakes were fine and they had some dust. After cleaning the dust they claim all was well. Driving away I was hoping so. Over the next few months Feb/March I was driving the vehicle and continued to smell a burning smell. Beginning to get worried as I had a trip approaching I contacted Midas and was informed that no mechanic was available to inspect the vehicle and advised not to drive the car. I then took the vehicle to Suburban Ford of Troy in which a formal inspection revealed that the right rear caliper piston had seized, causing the brake pad to be completely destroyed and the rotor ruined, hence causing the burning smell. The dealership technician shared this is as "extremely dangerous," noting that the tire could have caught fire or exploded. I was forced to pay an additional $602.94 out of pocket to Suburban Ford to repair the damage caused by the failed Midas part. Since said time I have attempted to resolve the matter with Midas for 90 days and have been ignored and provided excuses with no resolve which is very disheartening. Please do your research with this business. At best they are good at oil changes and rotating tires and pleasant front location staff. That is all!!!
