Therefore, I needed to get new battery for my car. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was informed by the staff that they will check my car before he can give me a quote. After the staff examined my car. He advised I can purchase the battery and get the installation for no charge. The reason I gave 5 stars because the staff performed well and beyond expectations. Regardless if it's raining hard and cold, the staff still changed my battery. After the battery was replaced, my car was still not up and running. The staff got help from Sandra and a senior Co-worker for an advice. Their team found my car needed to replace a battery cable connector and helped me replace it. I was appreciated them for their team work. I will definitely come back to ask for advice if needed. My words can not express enough how much I was appreciated it. You can come to see them when you need advice.

Driving home after service was finished when Truck started to smoke and died in the middle of the street. (High Anxiety!!!) Turns out that the hose was not put back on correctly and lost all the Fluid. Thought for sure the Trans was ruined!!! Truck was towed to ACE on Irving Park and Russ ,the owner, kept us posted on what they had to do. Now my 2011 Jeep drives like new!!!! YEA!!!! Found Russ as a very honest and easy person to talk to. At the time of car drop-off I was told that the price was $190 + tax (which should have been only on parts, labor cost should be exempt). However, when I came to pick up my car the invoice stated the final price at $230, which included some additional fees not mentioned over the phone. Additionally, they charge 2.75% surcharge for the card service even for a debit card transaction. When I mentioned that this isn't legal in the US the guy said that he didn't care. My recommendation is to always ask for an out of the door price preferably in writing.

Just a bunch of amateurs running a shit place in which engines and transmissions are laying around in mud, cars are on top of each other, doors are piled up full of scratches. Not to mention coming from far and they telling you that parts are available and in good condition and when you there they say to you that they are not available. Upon I insisted to double check they said they have the car with the parts I needed and to go and check the condition before I make a decision. I observed that he has the engines in the open not protected from the elements. I elected to purchase the engine else ware and requested my money back. Joe said no money back just credit. Joe is a Lier and a cheat and should not be trusted. He is selling damaged parts to the public and then does not honor his own policies of giving a refund. I will be contacting the attorney general about his business practices. He is a thief.
