I broke my tail light, dented and scratched my drivers side rear 1/4 panel and bumper. Allstate insurance had a list of preferred collision repair shops and I chose this one for two reasons. It is close to where I work, and it is also family owned and operated. Nick at Cosmetic Collision Center provided me with the fastest estimate I've ever seen. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. I left my car there while I went out of town and it was done in less than 2 days. I was out of town for business for the next 10, but they held onto the car for me until I got back, no problem. It looks like it is brand new, and you can bet I'll try to drive more carefully from now on. However, for those instances that I don't, I'll go back to this same CCC because this is by far the easiest time I have had with a major repair to something I own. Very highly recommended by me. We had my husbands car towed there and this morning when I call, TONY starts demeaning me and saying that he wont work on our car anymore because we f*cked him over. I said I never did anything to him and always used his services - for gods sake he replaced my engine about 7 years ago in an older car. I have always paid him and never had any issues with him. He then goes on a tangent saying that because a family member f*cked him over he is done with me and to get my car off his f"cking lot and many more expletives. I even told him I agreed with him being pissed at said family member but that I was not her. That I didn't blame him for being angry! But he continued to rage on about how its the same thing because its a family member and he doesn't care and so on and so forth. Even if he begged me to come back I would NEVER. There was no reason for him to be yelling at me the way he was when I have never done anything to him. I have always paid him. I have never screwed him over. But because I recommended him to someone that did he is rude, aggressive and verbally violent to me. The only reason it is 1 star is because I cannot give 0 stars.
