    2016 Audi Quattro 2.0 T
    Divina G.

This review is a month late but I wanted time with the car before we actually left a feedback and had it fully inspected with Audi. We were in the market for another car for myself as my son would be driving soon. I had traded my hardtop mx5 a year before but always knew I wanted a convertible but made sure it can seat all 4 of us. So I found the listing for the 2016 Audi A3 Quattro convertible in glacier white with a beautiful mocha interior. I called to ask for availability and spoke to Matthew. He was friendly only the phone asked how we would purchase if we came in. I advised a good down payment and rest would finance. He sent me an email to fill out the financing info. We then went to see the car in person that evening. I'll admit I did not get the welcome that would expect and felt cold to me. But I said let's still give it s chance. We did test drive it and really liked the vehicle. When we sat down to talk about numbers i didn't feel like they wanted to work with us at all. They gave us numbers that felt out of this world and it just seemed there was no budge? To me I felt like maybe they just didn't want to sell the car? We walked out. My husband and I kept talking about it so the next day I did my own research with financing and saw the numbers that I had was doable. I had my husband reach out to Matthew via text and after a few back and forth we finally agreed on the numbers! We came back that same day and met up with Matthew. Matthew seemed a lot more different this time around much more approachable I felt like. Maybe he was having a bad day prior to who knows? We signed the papers and drove my car away. After driving off we did notice an error on the car so we had it oil changed then waited almost a month to get an appt with Audi to get the other error inspected. We found out we had one last warranty we can use for the inspection! The inspection came back almost perfect! The only thing I can note that could have made this experience better and 5 stars is maybe Matthew's demeanor from our first encounter. Like I said maybe he was having a bad day and we are all humans. At the end we are extremely happy with our purchase! I don't usually leave dealership license plate frames but I left theirs on mine! That should say a lot of how pleased we are!

Lengthy review: I've been owing Allen and Milad this review for a couple of months now but I was really enjoying my new car! Being a first time purchaser I was surprised when I first initially came on the lot. I went in to view a 2012 370Z Sport Roadster, a car I had dreamed of owning since its first release in 09. They had all sort of high end and expensive cars from Bimmers to Bentleys, so I expected our interactions to be a lot more business oriented. I was completely wrong, they treated me like family from the get go! My first interaction was with Allen, he didn't approach me as a business owner but more as a supportive figure. He showed me the vehicle along with minor wears from the previous owner, and allowed me to fully inspect the vehicle while he got the keys. When I asked to test drive the car, he gave me the keys with no hesitation and told me to drive it as far I need to get the feel and comfortability of the car. WOW! That's how you build a trusting relationship with your customer, and made a great first impression with me. On the test drive I actually found certain things that weren't working properly and items I thought needed to be inspected. He noted them down and told me he'd get it checked right away. A week passes by and I ended up checking some other 370Z's from different dealerships throughout that week. None of it compared to my experience at Autobahn Gallery, I felt pressured and was seen more as a sale than a human. Big turn off. I ended up calling back and told Allen I wanted to purchase the vehicle and if the points of inspection were taken care of. He said things were good to go and I set up an appointment with them for the weekend. I mentioned how I applied for financing through their website and, after some back and forth, they got me approved. The financial aspects were ran by his brother Milad. Now Milad ensured the sale with me through his sheer personality and made me feel just as welcomed! Our interaction was so genuine and pure it felt like I was purchasing from a long time friend. He was going through the financial aspect closely in detail alongside me and my parents, and the whole experience was amazing. Easiest and smoothest big purchase I made and it was thanks to them. Shoutout to the brothers for making a first time car buying experience an enjoyable one! TL;DR First time car purchase, and had an amazing experience working with Autobahn Gallery. You'll feel respected from start to end, and won't have any suspicious feelings working with them. 100/10 service

Purchased my car a few weeks back from Mathew. No other Mercedes dealer in the area was willing to negotiate any kind of a deal with me. I picked up a c43 here and have not had one issue with the car. Mathew was very upfront easy to contact, he even gave me his cell number. I'm extremely happy w the car and w the deal I got. I went to multiple dealers all over the Bay Area and this was the only one who was willing to work any kind of deal w me. I highly recommend Matt and the dealer. Some of these other reviews are clearly made up and false.

Bucket List: Buy my dream car.

I wanted my dream car the BMW i8. I had the affordability factor down but my credit did not. That did not stop Milad and Allen from getting me my car. Milad worked relentlessly and sure enough he found the perfect auto loan for me with a great interest rate. This was over a period of two days, so he didn't give up. I was turned down at Stevens Creek BMW and look out for my review on them as well. Stevens gave up on me in a split second with my credit and never looked back. Now how is that respectful, Milad kept working with me and we got a deal and always treated me like a human being instead of a fat wallet with recycled leather (or pleather). That's customer service! What was also important is how they treated everyone with respect regardless of how they looked. The other dealerships looked at me with my tattoos and all and didn't think I could even afford to sit in it. Some random guy came in the dealership to ask questions and they didn't tell him to f off. No, they treated him like a human being with respect. I'm sure that guy will come back and buy a car after checking out the place. I Uber'd my way to the dealership so I didn't have a car and Milad drove me to my bank. He didn't have to do that but he did! I'll reiterate, awesome customer service! With all the luxurious cars here, you would assume you would get the boujie attitude from the salesmen. Nope, the sales process was seamless and man do I hate dealing with the finance department. But no, Milad had already taken care of it before I even showed up. Now I'm happy with my car and I feel like a million bucks even though my credit report doesn't say so! Give them a try and they'll respond with a quick reply!

Me and my brother purchased many cars from Moury very nice guy pleasure to work with definitely recommend to check them out

I called to schedule an appointment to bring my car in for a diagnosis. Since my daughter and I had a free day, we waited in the lobby while they checked it out. When they didn't have availability to complete the repair until the following week, they made it incredibly convenient by letting me bring the car back and providing a loaner. Not having to arrange a drop-off or pickup was a huge plus. All communication was handled through text, which made everything even easier. I'm happy to wait 10 minutes for someone who can. I am not terribly upset the car I want to test drive is unavailable. It would have been nice to drive it. Or even see it. But no one bothered to show me the car. Or any car. What I am upset is that you saw I was wearing a wedding ring and asked me if all my decision makers are here. Like I need my husband's permission to buy a car (I managed to buy the last 2 without help). I doubt you would have asked my husband that if he was at the dealership. Instead I finally talked to a woman (my service advisor) who finally cared enough to grab keys to show me the inside of a car because the men just chose to dismiss me. It wasn't even her job guys! It's 2026. Please do better.

He worked hard to get me a great price and was always available to answer my questions. What really impressed me was that I forgot my checkbook at home, and since I have a newborn, Tony followed me home so I could get it instead of making me drive back to the dealership. While I tried to explain we were shopping for cars and had lived in a major city for a number of years and haven't had to have a car in over 5 years, he brashly started asking "well okay but what do you want? You don't know?" Trying to be patient, we reiterated we weren't exactly sure but had hoped to look at hybrids. He then started spewing off the different models, which of course we weren't familiar with since this was our first stop. When we finally asked to see a hybrid compact SUV, he said with a clearly annoyed expression and tone "okay so you want to see the CRV then?" Both my husband and I were pretty frustrated at this point and just walked outside to see it. The guy didn't even bother to bring the keys with him and the car was locked. He kept glancing at his phone and after a few minutes asked us what we thought. We both said "well obviously we'd like to see the interior." He replied "well the keys are inside" and proceeded to just walk away. Now for the kicker- the man opened the vehicle while still being inside the building and did not even bother to come out or explain anything. We both sat in the car astonished and were frustrated that he wouldn't even bother to come with the keys so we could turn on the vehicle and do a test drive with him. When he finally did decide to come out, we asked to drive the vehicle and he said he needs our insurance and license. I then said "well like I just told you we haven't had a car in over 5 years so why would we have car insurance?" His reply? "Well, you can't drive the car." He then walked away without even saying bye. It was the rudest, most unprofessional interaction we ever had. My husband and I were so appalled that we immediately ruled out buying any Honda vehicle. Toyota was a perfect 5 star and the associate drove with us since we didn't have insurance. I wish I would've caught this man's name but he didn't even bother introducing himself or asking us for our names. The experience was so awful I left this same review on Google to let people know what to expect. Expect NOTHING other than rudeness, especially if you have the displeasure of encountering this associate first. Don't bother coming here. The Toyota down the street is infinitely better and the associates know how to RESPECTFULLY interact with people.

To…read moretruly convey the profound impact this situation had on my family, I need to provide a lot of detail. However, the interaction with this dealership has caused me so much anxiety and stress that it's taken me several months to be able to articulate my thoughts. My son needed to buy a vehicle for his family and work. Since he lives in California, and I reside out of state, I drove down to help him find a vehicle, and we ended up at Dublin Chevrolet. During the initial appointment, I inquired about the reliability of the used truck that we were interested in. The salesman and sales manager assured me that the truck had undergone a thorough 182-point inspection and was free from safety or mechanical issues. As for the asking price of the vehicle, it was $5K higher than Kelly Blue Book. I understand that dealerships aim to make a profit, but there's a significant difference between making a profit and taking advantage of trusting individuals. Especially in a state like California, where traffic and road hazards are prevalent, it's crucial to prioritize the reliability of transportation. I inquired about the dealership's willingness to negotiate the price, but the manager informed me that there was no room for flexibility or leverage. They explained that reducing the price would result in a loss of profit. I made the decision to purchase the vehicle for my son, and I did so with cash. At the time of the purchase, we were offered a three-month, 3,000-mile warranty. However, after just two days, a sensor in the truck malfunctioned, and we scheduled an appointment to have it fixed. Unfortunately, that experience was equally frustrating and unpleasant, but I won't go into detail because it is too much! To make matters worse, the sensor wasn't covered under the warranty. Despite multiple calls to the dealership and speaking with management, the service manager managed to waive the charge, but he informed me that he had been instructed not to do so. My son finally picked up the truck, but only a week later, another issue arose with the brakes. The truck had to be towed to the dealership, and it was there for another week. He picked it up a second time, but two weeks later, another problem occurred, and it was towed to the dealership a third time. After three service attempts, the truck had only accumulated 1,500 miles and had been in our possession for less than two months. Faced with these issues, my son decided to return the truck to the dealership. My son, who lives two hours away and works Monday through Friday, is the sole support for his family. He had to take time off from work, lose money, and endure horrific traffic on three separate occasions. It was evident that we had purchased a lemon. He couldn't afford to continue missing work and not having reliable transportation. The entire purpose of buying a $30K vehicle instead of a $15K was for dependability. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. I made 23 attempts to contact the dealership, but I received no return calls. We had purchased the truck for $28,500, and when we returned it, they bought it back for $23,000. When I called David, who is in upper management, he informed me that the car had depreciated by $5,000 in just two months, but to "make me happy", he gave an additional $500 for a total purchase price of $23.5K. In other words, they had made a profit of $5,000 when we purchased the truck and another $5,000 when we sold it back to them. After conducting research, I discovered that not only were they obligated to provide a 48-hour return policy for a fee, but they were also prohibited from charging for DMV fees, such as registration, since the due date was not until December 26th. According to California law, the dealership is only permitted to charge for DMV fees if the registration is due within the next six weeks of the sale. Consequently, I had to leave six messages before I was finally able to receive a refund for the registration. I checked with the Better Business Bureau to see if there were any other complaints against this dealership. I found that there were four complaints in the last three years, and one lawsuit against them for fraud. I strongly advise against purchasing a car from this dealership. It's evident that they lack accountability and disregard their warranties. Some of the vehicles they sell are unreliable and not dependable. The only professional person we encountered was the service manager, Todd. Everyone else we spoke with either ignored our voicemails or denied any responsibility for our situation. David even went as far as to say that this is what happens when you buy used cars--seriously??? Now that I've had some time to process this, I'm planning to contact the owner for a resolution. I expect compensation for the money I lost. If I'm not successful, I'll also seek legal counsel.
