    Found this place on CarGurus. They had a Range Rover Evoque I wanted. All the car prices are over market value by a lot. And for this to be a "luxury" car dealership, most of the cars seemed to be rusted out, old, and not clean. It looked more like a luxury car junk yard. I was trading in my Gwagon with a broken front differential, but drivable for a nearly 100k miles, 3 owners Range Rover Evoque. And they still wanted money on top of that. Thanks but no thanks! Very next day I went to a reputable car lot and got a Range Rover Evoque, 54k miles, same year, 1 owner, same color, very well maintained. In this situation, I'm glad we didn't make a deal.

    I stopped in to look at a car for my son that he had seen online and fell in love with. They told me the car was at another shop getting a sensor replaced. I proceeded to tell the salesman that it was my son's birthday weekend and we were trying to surprise him with this car. We drove down from Sacramento to see it on our way to SF on Friday and we were coming back through on Sunday. He took my name and number and said he'd let me know if he can get it back by Sunday for us to buy. I did not hear from Saturday so I texted him at 8pm Saturday and he said he'd let me know around noon on Sunday if he could get it for us. So Sunday morning of my son's birthday weekend, we had to wait around to see if we were buying the car or not. At 12:15 I texted to check to see if he had an answer for me... no response. This car was the perfect color and we had cash in our pocket to make my kiddos birthday weekend extra special. It is now Monday night and I still haven't heard from anyone at the dealership. Just crappy all the way around.

    I bought my car back in February of this year from Bay Luxury Autos. While I thought I was getting a great deal,.... little did I know that it was a time bomb waiting to explode. This is my story... After researching for this specific vehicle in the color I wanted... I found it at Bay Luxury. Went out to see it and after taking it for a test drive, I decided to purchase it. They told me that the car was inspected (and passed) as all of their inventory was. On my drive home from the dealer, the "low coolant" warning light came on. Brought it back to them but their service department was closed already. The salesman filled the reservoir water and told me that it was due to the car sitting on the lot for awhile. My mistake... I should have brought it to a 3rd party to inspect it. So after 300 miles and about 3 weeks later.. it looks like the water pump and PCV valve both were bad and caused the coolant to seep into the motor. Brought it to a local Audi specialist and after $4k in repairs.. it is drivable again. I called the dealer and explained the situation to no avail. They told me that I can bring to them and they will give me a discount on the service. At this point, why would I trust them ever? This is a warning to all future customers there... due your due diligence and have your potential purchase inspected. Pics of what the mechanic showed me when I brought them the car.

I car I called about was parked outside, whether in anticipation of my arrival or maybe it's always parked outside, I didn't ask. I went in and the one employee there immediately rose to help me. On the way out, I saw a G Wagon and even though it was not the car I came for, he answered all my questions and was very friendly. I took the car, that I came for, on a test drive. Beautiful car and no pressure about buying the whole time I was driving it. When we came back, the owner had just arrived and gave me all the information about the car - a list of all the features, the CarFax report etc. and was very efficient about it. Again, no pressure to buy. I told him that I was looking at other cars and that I will get back to him. I don't know if I will buy the car but the experience was fantastic! I love cars and they had a whole garage full of exotic cars. Even if I don't buy a car from them, the experience was worth it!

I called and spoke with Tony who was immediately friendly and professional. He was eager to answer all my questions and work with me. We negotiated price and a time to meet over the phone. He even sent me a predictor of final out the door cost over email. We drove to Dublin Honda where we met Tony. He was very kind and genuine. I didn't feel like he was trying to "sell" anything to me, just help me simply buy a car. The dealership was very clean, modern, and well spaced out. Everyone greeted us kindly. We loved the car. Tony was more than accommodating. He went above and beyond to get me and my husband what we wanted. The process was the smoothest one I have ever experienced buying a car. We had our two high energy boys with us (under 10) and they did great there as well. I can't say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend seeking out Tony as someone to help you with your car. He is low pressure, but very attentive. Great experience!

While I tried to explain we were shopping for cars and had lived in a major city for a number of years and haven't had to have a car in over 5 years, he brashly started asking "well okay but what do you want? You don't know?" Trying to be patient, we reiterated we weren't exactly sure but had hoped to look at hybrids. He then started spewing off the different models, which of course we weren't familiar with since this was our first stop. When we finally asked to see a hybrid compact SUV, he said with a clearly annoyed expression and tone "okay so you want to see the CRV then?" Both my husband and I were pretty frustrated at this point and just walked outside to see it. The guy didn't even bother to bring the keys with him and the car was locked. He kept glancing at his phone and after a few minutes asked us what we thought. We both said "well obviously we'd like to see the interior." He replied "well the keys are inside" and proceeded to just walk away. Now for the kicker- the man opened the vehicle while still being inside the building and did not even bother to come out or explain anything. We both sat in the car astonished and were frustrated that he wouldn't even bother to come with the keys so we could turn on the vehicle and do a test drive with him. When he finally did decide to come out, we asked to drive the vehicle and he said he needs our insurance and license. I then said "well like I just told you we haven't had a car in over 5 years so why would we have car insurance?" His reply? "Well, you can't drive the car." He then walked away without even saying bye. It was the rudest, most unprofessional interaction we ever had. My husband and I were so appalled that we immediately ruled out buying any Honda vehicle. Toyota was a perfect 5 star and the associate drove with us since we didn't have insurance. I wish I would've caught this man's name but he didn't even bother introducing himself or asking us for our names. The experience was so awful I left this same review on Google to let people know what to expect. Expect NOTHING other than rudeness, especially if you have the displeasure of encountering this associate first. Don't bother coming here. The Toyota down the street is infinitely better and the associates know how to RESPECTFULLY interact with people.

But no one bothered to show me the car. Or any car. What I am upset is that you saw I was wearing a wedding ring and asked me if all my decision makers are here. Like I need my husband's permission to buy a car (I managed to buy the last 2 without help). I doubt you would have asked my husband that if he was at the dealership. Instead I finally talked to a woman (my service advisor) who finally cared enough to grab keys to show me the inside of a car because the men just chose to dismiss me. It wasn't even her job guys! It's 2026. Please do better.

We spent several hours discussing and negotiating a deal on a Toyota bZ electric vehicle. He went back and forth multiple times, trying his best to make the numbers work and ensure everything aligned. We completed all the required documentation, and it really felt like we were about to finalize the purchase. Unfortunately, the experience took a disappointing turn at the sales desk. The manager, I believe his name was Cavin Tha, ultimately declined the deal over a $500 difference. After nearly five hours at the dealership, this was extremely frustrating and felt like a waste of everyone's time. It was especially disappointing considering how much effort Sohail had put in to try to make the deal happen. Sohail Ebadi deserves recognition for his professionalism and dedication, but the management decision overshadowed the entire experience. Spending almost five hours only to have the deal fall apart over such a small amount left a very negative impression. Overall, this visit felt like a significant waste of time. I would recommend confirming final pricing and management approval beforehand if you plan to visit, to avoid a similar situation.
