Found this place on CarGurus. They had a Range Rover Evoque I wanted. All the car prices are over market value by a lot. And for this to be a "luxury" car dealership, most of the cars seemed to be rusted out, old, and not clean. It looked more like a luxury car junk yard. I was trading in my Gwagon with a broken front differential, but drivable for a nearly 100k miles, 3 owners Range Rover Evoque. And they still wanted money on top of that. Thanks but no thanks! Very next day I went to a reputable car lot and got a Range Rover Evoque, 54k miles, same year, 1 owner, same color, very well maintained. I stopped in to look at a car for my son that he had seen online and fell in love with. They told me the car was at another shop getting a sensor replaced. I proceeded to tell the salesman that it was my son's birthday weekend and we were trying to surprise him with this car. We drove down from Sacramento to see it on our way to SF on Friday and we were coming back through on Sunday. He took my name and number and said he'd let me know if he can get it back by Sunday for us to buy. I did not hear from Saturday so I texted him at 8pm Saturday and he said he'd let me know around noon on Sunday if he could get it for us. So Sunday morning of my son's birthday weekend, we had to wait around to see if we were buying the car or not. At 12:15 I texted to check to see if he had an answer for me... no response. This car was the perfect color and we had cash in our pocket to make my kiddos birthday weekend extra special. It is now Monday night and I still haven't heard from anyone at the dealership. I towed the car to Bay Luxury and they made me pay $2,500 to remove the engine for the warranty's inspector see if this was covered by the insurance. Of course warranties/insurances never covers, I lost my car and had to get a new one. Ohhh.. when I got this Jaguar I traded in my Corvette in excellent conditions, was given $5,000 for my Corvette. Unfortunately I had to trade in due to an emergency, I was having a surgery and couldn't drive my car for being too low. They probably did it because I am a woman and they take advantage of this (not expert with cars) but whatever it was I felt discriminated and stolen. Took a while, but I was greeted by a salesman who seemed annoyed to even speak to me. I came to look at a specific car and asked to see it. He went in to get the keys and was taking a while to come back out - so I figured I'd browse the lot while I wait - only maybe 10 cars down, same row. When he finally came out with the keys, he asks me "did you still want to see the car or what?" In an annoyed tone. I wanted to take the car for a test drive but was told "the battery is dead." The battery is dead? So he goes to get a jump box to jump the battery. The car still will not start. He decided he would leave it for 20 minutes while I browse and try again. STILL it will not start. Stay clear of this place. I'm actually glad my visit when the way it did because obviously this place cannot be trusted. Walking around the lot, most of these cars have a major defect. Half of them look like an angry ex girlfriend took their keys to the paint. Coupled with the horrible customer service and attitude, I would skip on this place. I bought my car back in February of this year from Bay Luxury Autos. While I thought I was getting a great deal,.... little did I know that it was a time bomb waiting to explode. This is my story... After researching for this specific vehicle in the color I wanted... I found it at Bay Luxury. Went out to see it and after taking it for a test drive, I decided to purchase it. They told me that the car was inspected (and passed) as all of their inventory was. On my drive home from the dealer, the "low coolant" warning light came on. Brought it back to them but their service department was closed already. The salesman filled the reservoir water and told me that it was due to the car sitting on the lot for awhile. My mistake... I should have brought it to a 3rd party to inspect it. So after 300 miles and about 3 weeks later.. it looks like the water pump and PCV valve both were bad and caused the coolant to seep into the motor. Brought it to a local Audi specialist and after $4k in repairs.. it is drivable again. I called the dealer and explained the situation to no avail. They told me that I can bring to them and they will give me a discount on the service. At this point, why would I trust them ever? Ok so I buy a new car every year it's a bad habit I know but any way I seen a Mercedes I had to have at this dealership and they helped me get it how I wanted it not to mention they got me a bumper to bumper warranty on a used car and when I had concerns about the brakes and oil they changed the oil 10 quarts and put all new brakes and rotors all the way around at no charge to me and gave me a loaner while doing it if that is not going above and beyond I don't know what is with a used car you always roll the dice but when the people your dealing with go above and beyond it makes a big difference cars break we have no control over that but we do have control over how we treat people and how we handle the situation I'm thankful for my experience at this location I will be back read more

I initially was interested in the Jeep, but when my co-signer backed out last second, Kyle assessed the whole situation and said "what if I was still able to get you leaving on some wheels today, I have a car I think would be great for you" and made sure I still left the lot that next day in April '22 not only with a car of my own, but a good running car for a wonderful deal. I ended up driving off the lot in my '07 Chevy Cobalt that day in complete shock and such thankful happy tears! We worked out in-house financing that worked perfectly for myself and my financial situation. They have their own service shop and the team of mechanics and techs are just as kind and wonderful at all they do; and their shop is equipped with specialized equipment so they have been able to help quickly and efficiently with any issue that ever came up and also took the time to explain it all to me. When I accidentally blew two tires, Kyle made sure to special order them asap for me and when I was running late that day he and one of the mechanics stayed after their work day for me to help me get the tires on the rims and put them on. Every time I call or went in to make a payment, ask a question, etc; Kyle, Moe, Bill, David, and the rest of the team are always so kind and informative. I felt like family and like I wasn't 'just another sale/number in their books' like I was worried about when I first started shopping around for cars. Everyone always remembers us and asks with big caring smiles of how my daughter is doing and how things are going for me. I had always heard to be careful when shopping at used car dealerships because of stressful and sketchy situations that can arise. Bay Luxury Autos is not that kind of stressful and sketchy dealership to be fearful of. I am extremely thankful for their kindness and thoroughness in their business and will forever be bringing all of my friends and family to them when shopping for cars. This lot is extremely unorganized. Stopped by to look at three different cars, and did not test drive a single one. Total waste of time. While their used vehicle inventory might look good on the exterior, dig a little deeper. You might find a good car here, but I personally am not willing to risk it given what I observed of their overall business practices. Car #1: Filthy, disgusting interior. These guys clearly do not clean or sanitize the vehicles. COVID is still a thing, hello Delta variant! There was a huge, dark, liquid stain all across the back seat. Various stains on the front passenger seat as well. Also, rotting grapes with stems left in the cup holder. Kid's cereal crumbs ground into the carpet of the trunk area. And the interior stunk to high heaven. Gross. This vehicle was parked behind a car that wouldn't start - not a good sign. 'Check Engine Light' illuminated. Lot attendant's response "that's just a bad sensor". Mkay, guy - don't treat your customers like they are idiots. Tire pressure indicator light on. Car #2: No one on the lot could find the keys. Huh??? Car #3: Wouldn't start Three strikes and you're out. It's possible their inventory sits for a while. The lot is stacked with cars, but while I was waiting (about 45 minutes), I saw two attendants take portable cables and have to jump start four different cars. The staff seems unprofessional. I was in the lobby and one of the salesmen had customers in his office (I assume, trying to close a deal), but he was on his cell phone scheduling a medical appointment for his daughter. Everyone could hear the entire conversation. AWKWARD! It seems like anything goes at this establishment. Fugly, outdated, mismatched furniture in the waiting area. This experience was anything but luxurious! Don't buy a car here without having a proper mechanic perform a pre-purchase inspection. It's in an area with a bunch of dealerships nearby, so there is no reason that you can't do your due diligence. Most of the dealerships charge $125 - $200 for that service. And bring an OBD scanner tool with you so you can check for error codes during your test drive. Unfortunately, my shopping trip here was a total bust. read more
