I was having the most odd issues with my M3 and took to two different shops and they all were quoting me some ridiculous price then a buddy of mine told me about Autobahn motors. BMW 328i 50km maintenance review: eddie and kern are the best. brought my bmw 328i here for 50km maintenance and did a great job. they have a shuttle too and can bring you back to your home both to Tracy and Mountain House and pick you up. i recommend this shop, price is good. also they can order parts from the dealer and have it delivered the same day if you came in early, they open 8am. too bad the store is closed on weekends, taking a day off work to get your car done is pretty much the only downside. dealership parts are closed on weekend anyway as explained to me by them which is totally acceptable. read more

I have not even picked up my car from the shop yet and I can tell you-I am VERY impressed. Ed talked w/me on the phone and he is so professional and sincere. I know people-I can spot someone genuine vs. someone trying to just take my money. He really cares about what his clients tell him and lets you talk and then gives you an assessment of what is going on. It was EASY and that's not the best part. This is the most organized and spotless establishment I have ever stepped foot into-ever-and I have been in Mercedes service shops-this one tops ANY shop in cleanliness alone. I judge alot on cleanliness. It takes more effort, energy and intelligence to stay this organized-I am so happy that I found Autobahn. They are professional, courteous and immaculate. I do not normally take time to right reviews but i know how helpful they can be. I avoid auto shops like the plague but when I have to get work done, Autobahn has been excellent. They made accommodations when i had to come in during my lunch hour and quickly guided me into the shop and did the necessary computer work. they were very knowledgeable and did not try to rip me off or trick me into doing extra work. I know A LOT about cars and knew ahead of time what repairs i needed. Let me start by I used to be in the European Automobile Industry and it takes a lot for a shop to impress me. Although, I am still a european car fanatic and have a stable of european vehicles, I simply do not have the time to work on them anymore so now I take them all to Autobahn Motors in Tracy. They initially gave my husband a quote of about $350, and when I went in to pay and pick up the car my service was ~$950?? They never gave him a printout of the estimate for the work. Tricky. I walked in the front door to the office to schedule an oil change only to be the only person standing in the room. I checked out some of the dusty model car toys they had displayed on shelves. I had time to read the witty, Apple-Bee's-esque, signs they had posted on the walls such as "Sick and Perverted Jokes welcome here" or some odd variation. Being a first time customer and a woman they explained everything in detail what needed to be done to my car in terms I can understand. I have a late model BMW and they told me it was a recall item at my dealer and the dealer should repair it for free, and they were correct.
