This was awful. I paid for the premium wash (which $45) PLUS I paid an extra $8 for Premium Mat Wash / front and rear. The guys did not even take out the mats, they just wiped them down. They didn't even VACUUM the mats! Not even underneath the mats. I still have leaves all over the floor. They didn't even vacuum the sides of the doors where the seats meet the floor.....NOTHING. And, the cherry on top? They "wiped" my windshield but left all the wipe marks so now I can barely see out my windshield. Had to come home and wipe and vacuum everything. I have come here a few times. It's apart of a chain. They mainly hire teenagers. The staff fluctuate I haven't had the same person clean my car or found a good one who takes their time vacuuming and wailing it off. They really don't care about customer service and staff are just there. You have to check behind them after cleaning. They have increased their prices over the past year. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before taking my car there. I had an unfortunate incident where I dropped a Venti cup of coffee in my car. It was everywhere so I drove to the closest car wash, which was auto bell and told him the situation and asked him to please focus on the center panel in the cupholders and around the area between the seats I thought this was going to take at least 15 to 20 minutes, but within the first five minutes, they called me to tell me that my car was ready. The gentleman said that he could not do the seat because I don't have the product to clean up upholstery and I accept that what I don't accept was that they were still coffee splashed everywhere. I had to ask for a cloth and wipe it myself so that the central panel was not still sticky and the cupholder had no more coffee residue in it. I also tried to wipe between the two seats and realized that they didn't even vacuum down there. There was dirt and even an empty straw wrapper honestly would not recommend this service at all for that price which was after the tip $45. I would honestly spend an extra hundred and get the car detailed properly. I will never make that mistake again. read more

And the staff member was very awkward about angling for a tip (which we gave him). We called to complain and the manager told us they do not have a satisfaction guarantee but that we could bring the car back and get it rewashed. When we did that, the car seemed slightly cleaner (still lots of sand but other issues seemed better)...until we got in the car the next morning and it absolutely wreaked that moldy/wet carpet smell. I feel like I've now spent more time dealing with this car wash then I would have spent just cleaning it myself. Won't be giving them my business again. read more

The guys that work here are nice but clearly have very little to no training and definitely do not care about doing a good job on your car. Paid $15 extra for "extra vacuuming", car wash was over in 4 minutes, I drove back around because the cup holders and sides of the seat were not vacuumed at all. There were literally straw wrappers in both. The second time they spent 10 minutes vacuuming which should have happened the first time and then asked for a tip when I already tipped the first time through. Will not be going back. read more

I know going into it that I'm not going to get the same service/experience as a $150+ wash. I've never really encountered an Autobell that I didn't like. Great service, and a time saver for me. I'm not sure where all the low star reviews are coming from, but you have to understand what you are signing up for when you get here. For their services, you get a great wash and interior upkeep. I think most detailing for cars can be in the hundreds of dollars, so the wash and vacuum you get here is so great and a time saver because the guys that run their butts off work fast and efficiently. Its probably nice to be able to drive nice cars, but I come through here with my Prius, but the staff doesn't treat me any differently and I get a good wash (especially with this year's crazy pollen). Probably my only gripe about this location is that there's not a real good pull-to-the-side and empty out your car area, you turn in off the road and go straight to a register. Luckily there was a nice soccer mom that decided to block the entrance so I had to precariously park and clean organize my car in a hurry so that I didn't get back back end clipped. I got up-sold by the nice kid at the register, but he ended up saving me $$ in the long run since I knew I was going to return for another round. I went during my lunch hour and was in and out in 20min or so... very worth it. I think the key is to organize your car accordingly and not expect these guys to provide a service for zero dollars. This location is tucked behind a hotel and small commercial strip so its not easily seen from the road. I like it though since it takes me a while to drive off the lot in a freshly cleaned car and not have to pull out into a busy roadway right away. read more

Really bad experience here. Paid 25.00 for their best managers special. It is advertised as their best offer. It includes and checks off all the boxes of what they sell. Not only was it a really bad experience but the wash and interior was not done well. The floor had to be re-vacuumed and still it was not good. Sand and dirt under the mats . Clearly the employee who was charged with the task of cleaning my car was too busy checking his cell phone more than my car. He lost my key fob and spent 10 minutes searching my vehicle until he finally found it. It was not a good experience. The money I spent was not worth the service. The Manager reached out to me and I came back a 2nd time and he also didn't check the floor in my backseat . Again the vacuum had not been done ! When he offered me to approve the work I pointed out the mess in the back seat floor and he saw it Apologized and then got the vacuum and hand vacuumed the back seat himself. He claimed the dirty rags left the dirt in my floor. Whatever ... it was not done well . I would never go back to this place. They almost caused me to get into an accident with my 2 young kids in the car. They messed with my side mirrors by turning them in and never told me. When I went to merge on to a 2 lane Rea Road, I first became aware of my mirrors turned in. Given the two lane nature of the road, I quickly became nervous without the ability to see to my side. While looking for the button, my car veered to the side and I hit the curb. After going back to the car wash and asking for the manager an adolescent kid came out and told me it was my fault for not knowing where the button was. You would think with their most expensive wash they would take an extra 30 seconds to glance it over to make sure nothing obvious is left behind. Every time I come here it is the same thing- they never satisfactorily vacuum and YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR FRAGRANCE. THEY WILL NOT DO IT UNLESS YOU ASK. I posted a few pictures of the results. The trunk wasn't touched and as you can tell the floor mats weren't touched even though they were supposed to be cleaned as part of the managers special. Overall- their drive through wash is a good value and the full service wash is good if you want a quick interior clean. I get it- they're probably overworked and the work is very repetitive but if you expect anything more than a hurried wash by a high school kid you will be disappointed. My recommendation- NEVER pay for more than the full service wash; you're throwing your money away if you do as they do not read the slip taped to your windshield. I have always gone to Autobell and recently moved close by to this location and probably won't use this one again. The young girl working the cash register charged me for the expensive wash when I didn't ask for it. I also was asked if I knew my door code without explanation. This might be a new process but it threw me off. Then I get into my car for a $40 car wash and they hadn't even wiped the inside of it down. Dust still on the dash and doors. This is the second time I've visited this location and both times I paid for the manager special. With the manager special I expect to get additional review of my car. The first time there, they missed my back windows with dog nose prints all over them and did not vacuum appropriately. They were extremely busy the first time and I chalked it up to that. However this time I went during lunch and there were multiple people standing around waiting for cars. They did do a additional vacuuming when I asked.
