I believe the service advisor who helped me was Thomas. He was friendly, informative, professional, and made me feel like a valued customer. Thomas let me know that the service would take about an hour and a half, so I walked a couple of doors down to enjoy lunch at Emil Villa's Hickory Pit. To my surprise, when I returned from lunch, my car was already finished and ready to go. Another pleasant surprise was the price. As a AAA member, the cost of the oil change was significantly lower than the quotes I received from three other oil change businesses I had contacted.
