Went in for my regular oil change last week, as they are looking at my car they guy come up to me and tells me that my brakes are shot and quoted me 1300 dollars to replace all of it, I couldn't get it done that day and thank god I did because I took it to brakes plus last in the week and my car is completely fine, my brakes were no wear near going out. This is the second time I've had an issue after bringing my car to Jiffy Lube. Once again, my skid plate was not properly screwed back on, and I ended up driving around hearing an awful noise only to pull over and find the skid plate hanging off my car. This is not only frustrating, but also a serious safety concern. To make matters worse, during my visit I was advised to get a transmission flush, and after dealing with this repeated skid plate issue, I'm now very concerned whether that service was actually completed properly -- or completed at all. At this point, I no longer trust having my vehicle serviced here. I would like a refund so I can take my car to the Honda dealership, a place I trust to do the work correctly. read more

Jiffy lube? more like slowy lube. From start to finish the whole experience must have been over an hour. Most of the employees were just walking around and yelling out names and numbers. One of them, maybe bored with just standing around started to mop the shop floor. But on the plus side they did have alot of free snacks in the waiting room and everything is paperless so you receive the receipt to your email. When my vehicle was finally ready one of the employees opened to hood and visually confirmed with me that my oil filler cap was tightened and that the dipstick showed a full filled crankcase. read more

went in for an oil change and was told my rear brake pads needed to be changed asap. just took my car to brakes plus and they showed me my brake pads are more than fine with 90% life on the front and 60% on the back. could've been a honest mistake by the jiffy lube employee but I believe I was Trying to get screwed over. read more

I went to this location to get my oil changed even though I normally do my own oil changes. The quote I got on the app was $87 and the manager said he could give me 15% off because I work at the King Soopers close to them so that is $87 -15% The ending cost was $102... Think about it... when we were finishing up the tech said they filled my washer fluid pointing to the reservoir free of charge, but I filled my washer fluid at the Circle K gas station just before I went to this Jiffy Lube sounds pretty shady... they sent their own review and asked what would be a good time for the manager to call me that was two weeks ago. I never got a phone call... I am going to go back to doing my own oil changes. These places can't be trusted. My oil changes cost $30 and there is nobody to lie to me. read more

My family and I are full time nomads in our 25 foot rv. We had just completed our ren faire season here in Colorado and our motorhome had developed a pulsing check engine light and tremor especially on idle/acceleration from idle. Like I said we are full time so we don't put off diagnostics and repairs. We called a ton of places (per usual; if you have a motorhome you understand) and the guys at this jiffy were more than happy to do the job. We found out all 8 fuel injectors had pooped out (we are not surprised; we are the third owners and are unsure what maintenance owner two had done), they got them all replaced and we were on our way. These guys are excellent and we will be coming to them annually for a minimum of a air filter change and synthetic oil change (which we also did that day). We had all this work done about two weeks ago & came through the southern mountains with no issues, much more engine power, and better fuel economy. read more

I've been to this location twice now to change the oil on my Jeep, and I think it's time to to go elsewhere. First of all, the upsale attempts are really off-putting. I have a brand new engine in my vehicle (that's another long story) and so, for the first oil change, I stuck with synthetic. However, after consulting the mechanic who installed the new engine (and oversees the warranty), he said that switching to a conventional oil would be fine and probably much more cost effective because I have to change my oil often. BUT when I told the staff member at Jiffy Lube this, he looked me dead in the face and swore that switching from full synthetic to conventional oil was going to damage my engine. I verified again with the certified mechanic who had installed my engine, and he said this was clearly false. But I digress. So that's frustrating. Then, on top of that, they informed me this time around that I had an oil leak. Color me shocked! But, when I asked him "Okay, where's the leak?" he just goes "Hm can't tell!" And that was the end of the conversation. The thing is, once again, new engine...so the leak likely was coming from a loose filter or a loose nut on the pan, both of which were last touched by this Jiffy Lube...not a great sign. Let's see what else...so much happened in fifteen minutes...oh. They try to charge $40 for an air filter, which is bananas. And somehow the spigot for my washer fluid (the thing that comes out the hood of the car) has gone missing too. Lastly, as I pulled out of the bay after paying WAY TOO MUCH for this, I noticed the "change oil" light was still on. Asked how to shut it off, they guy said he had to ask another guy, and the answer I got was "it's something about turning the key on and pumping the gas pedal two or three times..." In other words, google it? Pretty bummed out by the service overall. I suggest going to Grease Monkey. They were great before I got the new engine and I probably should have just stuck with them...Damn my weakness for Groupons! read more

My daughter has been using my car for several months for getting around and for her job. It's an older vehicle, so it wasn't a shock when a belt broke. She had it towed to Jiffy Lube (she's a repeat cutomer) and put it in Jesse's care. He looked at it and quickly determined that the repairs would go far beyond simply replacing the belt. We know he's being honest because photos she took back up what he says. We decided that the cost is more than the car's worth, so she asked Jesse if she could leave it there until we find someone who wants to salvage it and tow it away. He told her it's no problem and no hurry. If Jesse represents that Jiffy Lube, they're fast: she was broken down on the roadside one day and knew what the car needed the next. They're honest and fair, never trying to upsell, and being so accommodating with allowing her to leave the car. I actually called Jesse to thank him myself for his rare professionalism. CAUTION: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I took my 2015 Subaru Outback in for an oil change & was recommended the front and rear differential fluid needed to be changed, too. Jiffy Lube informed me these services (i.e., oil change, front differential fluid, rear differential fluid) were performed; I was charged $259.42. Less than 15 miles of driving later, my car had to be towed to the dealership. Per the dealership--and as evidenced in the dealership's mechanic's video--the differential fluid was emptied & not replaced, but rather dumped into the transmission. This careless and elementary mistake has ruined my front differential and transmission completely (i.e., my car is no longer drivable in this condition) & is estimated to cost between $9,000-12,000. Please do not make the same costly and unfortunate mistake by taking your car to Jiffy Lube. ++10/17/2021 UPDATE++ The district manager, Ryan, informed me "per Colorado State Law" Jiffy Lube can offer $2,500 to cover the cost of damages and my vehicle would be repaired by a 3rd party mechanic of Jiffy Lube's choosing. If I choose to have my car repaired by a reputable mechanic, Jiffy Lube would pay $2,500 and I would be forced to cover the difference (around $9,500--which does not include the cost of the original service [$259.42] or the cost of a rental car). I have spoken with several mechanics in the area; per these mechanics--who are not connected to or have any financial incentive with this situation--this amount ($2,500) would not cover the cost of a differential, much less a transmission or services. I verbally requested Ryan, the district manager, to provide documentation of our phone conversation when he accepted liability; his response was "that is above my pay grade". I have texted Ryan to cite the Colorado State Law he referred to in our phone conversation and to provide Jiffy Lube's insurance information in order to file a claim against the garage's shop keeper. I have yet to hear back. I will post another update when I am able. I have to reported this Jiffy Lube to their corporate office, BBB, CO State Attorney General's office, and local news outlets, as I may be forced to enter into litigation. read more

I went to this location because jiffy lube was running a great 50% off coupon. They accepted the coupon but it was not accurate. They didn't give the full discount on the oil change. I've been to other locations and been happy but this oil change was 25 more than I pay at the Glendale location. How can a chain have different prices??? Won't visit this location again and I will write their corporate office. 4/27 update: After posting my review and answering their text survey I received a call from their customer service rep, Simon. He was very nice. I explained the difference in price in the and the indifference of the store manager. He refunded me the entire oil change. I told him I would be happy is they gave me a credit to the price I normally pay and he insisted on refunding the full price. I have to eat my words, I will try this location again and hope the pricing is the fixed. Thank you Simon for showing great customer service. read more

Last month I went to get an oil change at Walmart because I thought I was saving money, but of course you get what you paid for. The oil plug starting leaking so I took it last minute to jiffy lube to see what was going on. Low and behold Walmart screwed it up and put two rings on the oil plug (which they're NOT) supposed to do and didn't screw on the oil plug enough, hence why it was consistently dripping. Ugh. ANYWAYS, Sid was the sweetest ever. She explained the issue to me and said that she would be more than happy to fix at no charge even. There needs to be more people like Sid out there. My brand new battery that i bought yesterday 6.15.19 (at the Leetsdale Dr. Jiffy lube) shut off while I was getting gas. The cables were not tightened on the battery box making my car die! The battery terminal put on originally was too small and they said nothing to me about it. This is where Ryan steps in to save the day. ---------- I had to go to another jiffy lube ( W Belleview location) where Ryan the general manager at the helped me. He had to fix the work that the leetsdale location did not complete and add a larger terminal to make my battery work like it should. Thank you Ryan for assisting me and reassuring me about my battery part. I can now rest easy knowing my battery is perfect like it should be. I will be coming to this location from now on! read more

I will just lay the facts out for you here. Went to take my subaru forester xt in for an oil change. The next day when I went to drive the vehicle and noticed it wasn't shifting right and had a new noise. I took it back in the next business day to see what the problem was. Turns out a non OEM nut/bolt was in my turbo intake tube (probably dropped in the vehicle when they took the air filter out to show me). Now I am left with a 2,300$ bill to pay to replace the turbo and the manager is not remorseful, cooperative, or helpful at all. Before this, the owner of the subaru worked at a subaru dealership and only used OEM parts, nuts, and bolts. JIFFY LUBE MESSED UP MY CAR AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY THOUSANDS. Miguel, Isaac, Jacob, and Josh were so friendly and informative.... their practices were Covid safe and after inspecting my car, they informed me of what services were recommended for my car. My oil change took no time at all (thanks! More time for shopping!!) and since i stayed inside my car the whole time, i pretty much saw them doing all the work....no shortcuts! Im usually leery about having ANY work done on my vehicle because in the past i've felt like i spent way too much money on the service... like i was being taken advantage of financially, paying for things i really didn't need or could afford. Long wait, They lie to you saying "it takes 15 minutes per vehicle" when in reality it takes then about 30-45 minutes per vehicle. Not only are they taking longer, their rushing to get the job done. I got into my car and they had yet to reset the car's computer, telling it the maintenance was complete. Not only are they rushing and missing steps but they didn't secure the plastic panel's on the underbelly of the car so during my road trip it was scraping on the ground. Will never go to this Jiffy Lube again. read more

Great Service, but a long wait. I have visited this Jiffy Lube two times for oil changes. I get a Groupon, so the price is very reasonable, and the service and techs are great. So, that being said, the wait is too long. The first time, it was and hour and a half, they were short staffed - okay, I get it. Yesterday, two and a half hours!!! I need to take responsibility that I went during lunch, there were other vehicles , and the tech said 15 mins per vehicle in front of me - okay. They were fully staffed, and seemed to be running smoothly, so I was surprised when the hours ticked by (luckily, I had a book downloaded). What chafed me the most was when my car was done, they pulled it out of the bay, and there it sat for 15 minutes until I sought out a tech to check me out. Really, you know the customer have been there forever, get them back on the road after the vehicle has been serviced! Again, The techs are really nice, and I enjoy my interactions with them - no up selling whatsoever, which is refreshing. I will go back, just not during lunch. read more

I called on Sunday to see if they were open and if they had a wait. I talked to them at 2:30. They said there was no wait, that they just had one car there currently. I showed up 15 minutes later at 2:45 and they were closed! I tried calling the same number I called to ask if they were open and there was no answer. The technician Left my air filter hose undone. Did not put engine cover back on so it rattled all the way home and my check engine light came on because the air filter was not Installed correctly. Associate recommended services that were not required and told me there were metal shavings in my differential fluid even though the fluid is good. Per the owners manual this service is not required unless it is a service, police, delivery car. read more

I purchased a groupon for a synthetic oil change for 65$ at a supposedly $95 dollar value ... my first attempt at an oil change they were "out of oil" so I went back the following morning when they were supposed to open st 9am which they wernt till about 915 am.. after purchasing a $95 dollar oil change I was then told I owed an additional 31$ for "taxes" and other charges. Today my husband took our 2013 Rav4 into this Jiffy Lube location. After picking up the vehicle he noticed the hatch wasn't working using any methods- pushing the button inside the car, on the keys, or on the hatch itself. He called the Jiffy Lube location and explained the issues and was told that they didn't touch the hatch and went back to show them. Well, it was working this morning on his way there (he put a stroller in the back to take our son on a walk while the oil change was being done) and he mentioned this and the "manager" Ryan was extremely rude and video taped him going out to his car to show them what he was talking about. They claimed that, even though they had vacuumed out the car, they didn't touch the hatch. They said they video tape the bays where the work was performed but wouldn't show him the tape until Friday- aka plenty of time to tape over it. Luckily my husband was able to get on YouTube and find a reset button of sorts in the glove box and it corrected the issue. The fact that no one listened to his concerns or tried to be an agent of good in theis (most likely) typical scenario of a paying customer with issues after work was done is absolutely unacceptable. We will NEVER bring our business here and will urge others to stay away as well. Customer service is key these days and this place certainly lacks that. read more

Scammed us. Asked for a oil change, tire rotation, and battery replacement price quote so we could decide if we wanted them to do it for us or not. They then lied about the battery being dead, lied about the price of replacing a battery, and didn't even rotate the tires. Went to Jiffy Lube last night about 10 minutes before closing time. I was promptly greeted, they took the car into the bay, and the manager met me to discuss the services needed. I bought the high mileage oil change for around $65, and they discovered that my license plate light was out, so they changed it for $6. I could have done the license plate light myself (I know it's like a $1.25 part), but I didn't want to, and $6 seemed reasonable just to have it done. Upon finishing, they went over the car's safety inspection, discussed the fluids that they topped off, and inquired when I would like a reminder for my next oil change. Service was very fast, the lobby was comfortable, and the employees were super-fast. It all took less than 10 minutes. Oil change yesterday, oil in my driveway this morning. I had stopped coming here because of a similar experience a few years ago but I thought I'd give them a 2nd chance because it's so close to my house. Mistake. Brought it back this morning, they said the skid plate had collected some oil but it's fine now, no leaks. Parked in my driveway and guess what? still dripping oil. I've lost trust here. If you can't get a simple oil change right then what about the quality of the multitude of other upsold services? Come on guys, do your job! read more

Got me in and out quick, but had to go back. Truck was leaking all over my newer concrete driveway. Brought it back and they said it was leaking oil that their guy slopped under the truck. They cleaned what they slopped up and basically told me to go to the auto parts store to buy something that I could use to clean up the mess on my driveway. It didn't seem like that was out of the ordinary and did not offer anything to compensate my loss of time driving back and cleaning the driveway. I will not be going back! read more

I wish I could give no stars. I will never go back here for anything to do with my car. They told me they topped off all fluid and changed my oil to a high mileage oil then convinced me I needed my air filter replaced. Nearly $100 later and I leave to go grab dinner only to have my radiator cap bust off completely breaking the gasket because they over filled it. A couple weeks go by and I check my oil and it is 2.5 quarts low. They didn't fill it nor did they top off my transmission fluid nor my brake fluid. They did nothing they told me they did except fill the radiator fluid which it obviously didn't need and still over charged me. I will NEVER go back. I'm furious. read more
