You simply tell them what you want and they get you the pest price. They answer any questions you may have immediately. They let you know when your vehicle will arrive and make an appointment for you with the car loan manager. You simply show up at your appointment, sign some paperwork and drive home in your new vehicle. So quick and easy! I was a little skeptical about using a broker type service to purchase a vehicle, but after having attempted twice over a three month period to negotiate with local dealerships online, I became frustrated and irritated by their "take it or leave it" attitude towards car sales. So I gave Autoland a shot, and Jacob Koenke was assigned to me as my rep. From the get-go he was extremely polite, helpful and friendly. We had a couple of phone conversations where I shared my frustrations, but also my hopes for a new car -- mostly email correspondence thereafter. He didn't promise me any type of great deal -- as a broker he is only able to get agreed upon pricing from fleet managers (essentially the dealership's bulk pricing), so I understood all that going in -- however, what you do get is someone finding the car for you (it actually came up from San Diego!), doing all the paperwork for you in the background, and having the car delivered to your local credit union. As promised, there were no games or up-sales (as almost always happens when you arrive at the dealership), and we were in and out within an hour! Bottom line here is that if you are up for spending hours trying to battle with dealerships to get a slightly cheaper price in this (healthy) economy, then don't use Autoland .... but if, like me, you've had enough of all that crap, and believe that the (maybe) $500 you'll get out of the dealer is well spent on using a broker, then Autoland is definitely the way to go! read more

Almost as easy closing your eyes and counting to 10. Autoland is offered through my credit union SFCCU. At first I was hesitant to use a service to find my car, but I was far from right! I filled out the form online and within 2 days received a call from Ruben V. from the Riverside branch. He called to confirm what type of vehicle I needed, from trim pkg, to color down to if I needed a 3rd row. Within 24hrs he found one, but we were going back and forth on the color we wanted. Well we settled on one and he just laid it all out there; he gave me the out the door price, my terms. Next question was when did I need it and how soon. We cut it close as I was going out of the state the next day on vacation , but he found it and delivered it to the closest credit union branch and signed the papers and drove home within an hour of my appt! I was absolutely stunned on how simple and easy the last steps were. Everyone who's stepped on a car dealership lot has gone through the motions.. talk talk talk then sit and stare through the glass as "I'll see what I can do.. we're trying to earn your business.." shenanigans goes on. They come back and you leave the dealership sad, tired and ashamed. Listen... Autoland is the truth and the truth will set you free. I will recommend this company to everyone I care about that doesn't have time to "come in for a test drive" or "schedule something for later today.. say 7pm?"
