While I was away at breakfast, they performed a thorough inspection and discovered some rodent damage in my heater box. I am so glad they caught it! Service Technician Pat walked me to the vehicle and showed me proof of the infestation. They were able so sanitize the entire unit including the ducts and replace the cabin air filter right then and there. It's a huge relief knowing the air in my vehicle is clean and safe again. They allowed us to stay in our van in their parking lot until the crew arrived the next morning to do a thorough inspection on the van. Mike actually had a good idea what the problem was and ordered the parts so they were available to install the next morning. Everyone we met at that shop went above and beyond to take care of us quickly and get us on the road as soon as possible. The multipoint inspection is totally spot on and told me about every nook and cranny on the outside that needs addressing. Actually it's by far the best multipoint inspection I ever had. Thankfully I'm already aware of most of the issues with my car, but there were definitely somethings I overlooked. Since I do almost everything on my car except internal engine and transmission stuff I'm really looking forward to bringing my car in for the timing chain guides and to have those O ring seals looked at. I didn't ask him for a free inspection. He just had me pull my car in and pop the hood. Within a few minutes he knew what I needed and it was less repair work then other shops were trying to quote.
