I have no complaints about the fence. They finished everything in one day. With that said, I am deducting a star because the crew tripped my breaker box. They plugged in a battery (Milwaukee? It was red. See photo) to the outlet I had a licensed contractor install to a recent closet extension in my backyard. I'm not sure how they even found that outlet as it's not close to the shared fence and is hidden by the A/C unit. I'm also not sure why they were that deep in my backyard when they were just supposed to be working on installing the new fence. If they had simply asked for permission to plug in the battery, this wouldn't have been an issue. I saw the battery charging as I was checking on the progress of the fence throughout the morning and thought nothing of it. It wasn't until that evening where I noticed that all the outlets in the back room didn't work that I started questioning the reason for the outage. After racking my brain and attempting to reset the breaker box, it dawned on me that it was because one of the workers was charging their battery. I don't know the voltage of the battery that they were charging, but it was too much for that outlet. They should've just used an outlet from my neighbor.

Worth the wait! Deeper than typical posts, mounded cement to prevent rot, and screws instead of nails. All that adds up to a very solid fence. I called Rick for a gate repair job at the last minute. I sensed that his day was pretty packed. He promised that he would try to drop by if his other jobs ended early. I was so pleasantly surprised that both Rick and Cody showed up after lunch and in less than 30 minutes, they accurately diagnosed and fixed my problem by tightening a slipping clutch. Jacob was very helpful and gave me a ballpark estimate based on my dimensions and style right away. The other vendors were vague and would not say anything until they came over to see the site. I took a few months and went back to them and got more data and details from Justin on the phone. Then Nick came over for a visit, measured the place and gave me a final estimate that worked for me. I went to the shop and saw all the products that they would be using - it was all very transparent and professional. I asked the fence person who I contracted to correct that during installation but he told me that I needed to go to the city to get an approval. I went to the city and I was told that I needed to hire a professional land surveyor to confirm the measurement first which would cost a few thousand dollars. During installing my back fence, Kevin decided that my original back-fence was over the neighbor's space by about 10" so he changed it. I was naive at that time and didn't challenge him. He had no authority to do that but he did it to favor my back neighbor who contracted him.

Breach of contract: Will not support the contract warranty…read more The metal gate will not latch and close because of a latch alignment problem of 1 1.2 - 2". Aiden came out on 6/17/23 to confirm it, and said he would work this into the schedule. On 7/13 the company said they would send someone on 7/14/26. When I called them and no one showed up either time they told me someone came out earlier than the time quoted me. I told them they had not. My security camera confirmed that. They then said someone would come out on Saturday, 7/18/26 from 10-noon. No one came as confirmed by my security cameras. I told them each time that I live in a high fire risk area, and if I had to evacuate and the gate malfunctioned (it would not let us out once) so I could not get out, we would be burned alive. The message we got is that that would be ok with them. Bottomline: they do not honor their warranties even if the customer is ENDANGERED.
