Also = I'm still curious why I went from a 2-spring setup to a single spring setup. Only one of my two prior springs broke just the night before. Amit tried to upsell (e.g., your garage motor should be replaced especially since it was overworked from lifting a garage with a broken spring...even though an operating second spring was still working)...so I did not find his upselling credible. Amit also said that he could install a cheap spring made in a particular country that was not as good as a more expensive Canadian-made spring that I agreed to. When I asked him the name of the installed "Canadian" brand, he couldn't name it. Most disappointing -- I took a photo of my garage and contents shortly before Amit's arrival (to show my neighbors how I cleared out my garage in order to fit two vehicles as my city recently started enforcing no overnight public parking, so I had to organize my garage to fit 2 cars). After Amit departed, I noticed that my metal table frame near the garage wall was moved, stained with black grease similar to the stains left on my garage, and had a big dent. Again, I have before-and-after photo proof. (Table was pristine and not dented in the before photo.) I am disappointed. Will not do business again with this company and cannot recommend. If Amit was honest and simply told me he accidentally damaged my table, I would have likely told him that accidents happen and not make a big deal. Due to sloppy workmanship and not telling me that he damaged my property, I give this company 1 star. Look at my review history; I typically give only positive reveiws and refrain from saying anything negative unless it is a very negative experience.
