They were taken to Debbie lane store but this store didn't have a Toyota attachment. Off to Matlock / I20 and there the rotors were destroyed. Gouges were cut and the "finished" area was so rough you couldn't run your fingers across it for fear of metal splinters. One clerk remarked "what do you expect it's metal" then walked away. The 2nd clerk said "install them and they'll smooth out in 50 miles." I'm skipping all O'Reilly stores in the future!

His personality is truly infectious, and he made me feel comfortable and confident that my vehicle was in great hands right away. Christopher went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of and kept me informed throughout the entire process. But what really stood out was the extra care he showed after my service was complete. I mentioned a few marks on my driver-side door that happened weeks ago--completely unrelated to my visit--and without hesitation, he took it upon himself to remove them before I left. He didn't have to do that, but he did because he genuinely cared about me leaving happy--not just with the service, but with how my car looked. That level of attention and compassion speaks volumes. It's exactly why I choose to bypass the dealership near my home and make the drive to Arlington for all of my service needs. In my opinion, their customer service is unmatched. As far as the comments saying everything is slow-I can only imagine the inventory they have back there that they would have to go through to get the specific parts they need to pull on the spot. Then add customer after customer and it would get backed up. But for the prices, I'll wait. Before you install parts-test fit and double check what came off the vehicle is the same. That's going to be your insurance that you received the correct part. Different trim levels of different cars will have different parts. Check your stuff, that's your responsibility, not Certifits.
