Recently, I just went to Ben to get my recirc motor fixed in my Jetta. Just to diagnose it, it was $75.. after figuring out that it was the recirc motor after all, he had informed me that the repair was a "big operation" and that it would take him several hours to do because he had to take my glove box out etc. The total cost for repair was $325 (Remember I already paid $75 on top of that for a diagnosis). I'm not that educated with cars and far from being a mechanic so I was still on the fence about how expensive that seemed for such a small part that was after-marketed for $100. Brought my car for repair to this guys and the did some work on the car but were not close to meet my expectation it took them over a week to do what was done and still had to replace some parts on my own because they fell to do a full diagnostic, I popped the hood and found that some clamps were missing and they didn't take the time to even put the air filter back in place, they might know a little about American cars and Japanese but Europeans no clue. to me more like a rip off since the don't try to find the root of the problem just keep replacing parts, not a good fix read more

I have had two cars worked on here, one for mechanical issues, and another for purely cosmetic adjustments (lights, new shift knob, other electronic hook ups). Both times, I have been completely satisfied with the quality of work and pricing. In fact, when there was a problem with the install kit instructions for a custom headlight, signal, and taillight job I asked them to do, Ben and his staff worked tirelessly to trouble shoot and solve the issue. Because of this dedication, I will forever recommend this place. I am looking to return soon for some more work as well - and I will gladly drive from Seattle to do so. I came to see Ben based on a recommendation from a friend. I originally came in to get my timing belt replaced at the manufacturer recommend mileage. The technician did a courtesy vehicle inspection and it turned out I needed some other important work done (my car is pretty old, I bought it used). All I can say is wow! I left in what feels like a brand new car. It is a joy to drive! Very responsive and comfortable to ride. They even threw in a free oil change with premium oil. Mike & Claudia here in Spokane, back safely. Last week driving back from Canada, our old 99 Lexus SUV started glowing the battery icon on our instrument panel. After calling an electrical engineer, he was sure the alternator is dying fast and told me to go to Autozone ASAP and get a new one. Autozone in Everett recommended Automotive Unlimited. Britt attended to us and seeing that they are so very busy, I almost beg, but I did not have to when he look at the stuff we have inside and said, "And you do need it fast". After going through different options we ended up in Motel 6 a couple of blocks away, Britt had Derek dropped us of, although not a stretched limo service, it felt it was for being so cordial. Mechanics get bias as well U know...Not these guys. Now for the cost. To have the alternator done the next morning on a rush job and skipped some other customers due to our situation and I might add that it is our weekly worship day that next morning, Britt is a messenger/a.k.a angel from our almighty Father. The cost is just AVE. No special hit for the rush job. Britt did not, I say again DID NOT take advantage of us. Of which he could and maybe he should. We are 300 plus miles away now, and I am thinking that the old engine still going strong might have a slow coolant crack leak. I am considering Britt to work on it maybe next summer 2020. but...No way the thin walls of Motel 6. Might as well have a vacation or something, will discuss with Britt. On a different note, we were so consumed of the Canadian trip, it was on my list to have the alternator check and/or replace and just slipped through the plans. Good old preventive maintenance. Good Mechanics, hard to find. Good and honest Mechanics and very reasonable, a thousand to one. I have used this shop twice so far once for my Toyota Tacoma with a broken tail gate bolt that had to be drilled out and once when my moms car broke down and it ended up needing a new thermostat and all new hoses.
