I will start off by saying that I'm not a hard person to please. I was very open and patient during this process and still had a horrible experience. I started my car buying Journey with Jose. At first everything was fine but in the middle of waiting to find out if another car was available, Jose left and did not come back. After about an hour and a half, Tiny came to help us out and was wonderful! After purchasing, I was told my car will have a FULL detail done... twice (I requested it multiple times due to the seats being very dirty as well as the center consul). I then waited a week and a half for my vehicle due to Jose continuously telling me that my car was being worked on (A/C was out).. when it was actually not. I reached out to Jose several; times after purchasing to ask about the progress and any updates. I then reached out to Tiny stating that I do NOT want to be working with Jose due to the lack of communication as well as the lying about the details of my car getting fixed. I then go to pick up my car after 10 days.. and my car interior was not detailed AT ALL. There's broken glass in the vents, and under the mats (they so call vacuumed) and well as old food crumbs and spills in the consul. After having to wait that long, I gave up just went to detail it myself. As a first time car buyer, I was super disappointed with not just Jose but AutoNation as a whole. Tiny was the saving grace in this experience but I will never purchase through this company again. read more

This was one of the most misleading and frustrating car-buying experiences l've ever had. We were told our "out-the-door" price was $41,334 - which any reasonable person understands to mean the total cost, including all taxes and fees. At no point did anyone clearly disclose that sales tax was NOT included. Only after the sale, when we went to register the vehicle in Nevada, were we hit with a large, unexpected tax bill that we had to pay out of pocket. This is not a small oversight -- it's a major lack of transparency and, frankly, feels deceptive. If a dealership is quoting an "out-the-door" price, it is their responsibility to make sure that number is accurate and complete. This dealership and servicemen are a joke! They sold me a vehicle that was transferred from another location, and 3 weeks later I'm returning to the dealership for repairs and parts even after I just bought the vehicle and they refuse to honor full replacements of parts, as well as disregarding and giving me the run around about the repairs and timing of the repairs. My serviceman Jeremy, has been ignoring my phone calls, texts and emails with the excuse of "he can't be found". I've called almost everyday and cant speak with my serviceman because they want give me the run around. They refused to even give me a loaner vehicle for time being of them having my vehicle. Before purchasing, communication was quick and attentive--but the moment they had our money, it became nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. Calls went unanswered, messages weren't returned, and getting any kind of update on delivery was a constant struggle. We were repeatedly told someone would call us back to coordinate delivery, and that simply never happened. We had to chase them down every step of the way, which is unacceptable after making such a large purchase. A dealership shouldn't treat customers like they no longer matter once the paperwork is done. We have a RAM FlexCare Plan that covers oil changes and tire rotations on our 2024 RAM 2500 with 24K miles. When we brought our truck to AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Phoenix, they changed the oil but did not rotate the tires. I know the tires were not rotated because we had a slow leak repaired by Discount Tire, the white chalk mark was still on the tire, and that tire was still in the same position when we picked the truck up. When Ari Ingraham called to schedule our truck for the next service, I asked to talk to the Service Manager. In two seperate texts, Ari said he would have the Service Manager call, which never happened. " Caroline D." (AI?), responding to my above review said, "We strive to maintain excellent business relations at our dealership. Please call our General Manager at (480) 630-2825." When I called, the Sales Department answered and said, "Our phone system does not connect with the General Manager." They transferred me to another person who asked me to state what I wanted then connected me to a Voice Mailbox. I left a message and received no call back. In sum, after AutoNation did not do the work I paid for with FlexCare, Ari Ingraham and "Caroline D." (AI?) misrepresented that a manager was avaiable to help resolve the issue. Nearly 2 years later, I still cannot register my car in California because they refuse to return the required odometer disclosure. Because of this, I've been forced to pay for temporary operating permits every 60 days just to stay on the road. I have now filed formal complaints with the Arizona Attorney General, ADOT OIG, and the BBB. This is not how a reputable dealer should operate, and it has cost me time, money, and peace of mind. What can they improve? My grandpa came down here wanting a car the 2017 Chevy Impala that was $15k and it had a back up camera, when we went to look at it the paint was chipped, there was MOLD in the truck and water in the truck as well. We were promised by Moses that we will get the car some time in November of 2025 since we ended up buying the car and almost a month they kept postponing us with the backup camera constantly. We cancled the contract and we were being begged to give them more time but they already gave us the bill for a car we dont have in our driveway. We kept trying to call the people who work there and no one would awnser their phones. While we had to deal with the 2 thousand dollar bill for this nonexistent car. Kept having a hard time even contacting the dealers or being put on hold repeatedly, we got our money back on December 13th, but kept putting us on hold because they didnt fully cancle the contract on December 29th after calling their bank and threatening with a lawyer for what is going on we had to call them back, nevertheless they didnt awnser my grandmother's phone and I had to use mine to get someone on the line, from this whole experience. Their customer service sucks, they wont take accountability for holding your car hostage and giving you a bill for something that they still have in their own parking lot, and they will hang up on you too to top it off. Simply enough this place sucks and definitely will NOT recommend to anyone to go here and get a car from this place. After being involved in a car accident, I was waiting for my insurance company to pay off the remaining loan on my previous vehicle. Based on that assurance, I proceeded with the purchase of a vehicle I was very excited about. However, a full month later, I was contacted and informed that my interest rate would be increased to 20% due to the existing loan. My experience at your dealership started off very well. I was told that I could be approved with a $3,000 down payment. When I arrived at the dealership, the process went smoothly--I was approved the same day and was able to take the car home. Unfortunately, I drove the vehicle less than one mile and had it for under 14 hours before I had to return it to the service department because the Kia was not functioning properly. I was initially told I would be without a car for 4-5 days. Later, I received a call explaining that during the detailing process, a pipeline had been disconnected, causing the issue. I was relieved it was an easy fix and happy the wait would be shorter. However, the situation did not end there. The following day, I received a call stating that I needed to provide an additional $700 down payment and update the loan to include my husband. Although unhappy about the extra cost, I was told this would lower my monthly payment, so I agreed. When I returned to the dealership on Friday, I was then informed that the bank was rejecting the loan because my husband does not have a U.S. driver's license. This was extremely frustrating and confusing, especially since my husband was not on the loan when I originally took the car home. I was told that if I could not find a friend or family member with a U.S. driver's license to be added to the loan, I would have to return the car. I feel misled and disappointed. I was approved, allowed to take the vehicle home, and then later told I must return it due to issues that should have been addressed from the beginning. I "bought" a truck here last week. I say "bought" because it has been a full 8 days and I have still not yet gotten a call to pick it up or to even give me a date for pick up. I unfortunately made the mistake of listening to my partner and came here to trade in my current truck. I haven't even been told who we are financed through! I found out through my credit report. I was told we could possibly get a loaner vehicle until the truck is detailed and ready but since it was late we would find out the next day. I have left multiple messages and have talked to a couple of people to no avail. I have no truck, no loaner vehicle, and absolutely no communication. On top of everything the truck that I was trading in was MINE the truck I was buying was MINE. Whose information was saved on to the file? My partners. Maybe because he's a man? Maybe because they're careless? Who knows. I am kicking myself for not vetting this place more. I sincerely regret coming here I have a feeling things aren't going to get much better with this dealership. While discussing terms of sale for a used truck, the sales folks failed to present me with a piece of paperwork for my trade (lien still), and upon the discovery, a sales manager called me and said the above to me. He flat out said I was lying about talking about the trade and balance. Then I was accused of attempting to steal the remaining payoff of my vehicle. I was then threatened with a call to the police for a stolen car report. All of this because I was not provided a form and the sales manager never considered that there could be a mistake. It was, of course, my fault they didn't give me all the paperwork. I returned the truck to them and was asked if I'd still buy with them. Despite liking the truck, I'm not giving anyone who treats me like that any business. My trade in was returned to me, and I left. Context: I booked a service appointment online with an agent. She confirmed that my Auto Nation extended warranty covered a 90,000 mile check up with five services included like tire rotation and engine filter change. I want these things done because I'm going on my honeymoon roadtrip soon. 1. When I arrived at my service appointment, my service advisor was immediately rude. 2. He shared that my warranty only covers an oil change. I asked why and he said it's because they're a Jeep Dodge location and not Toyota. 3. I said "then why did your website say that the 5 services were included (free of charge)?" My advisor said "I don't know. I'm not a software engineer." Stay away from this North Phoenix location! My daughter traded in her 2020 VW for a 2022 Challenger. Before financing was secured she got in an accident and totaled the Challenger. Our insurance is paying out on the wrecked vehicle. Our insurance advised us that the contract was canceled per the dealership and that they owned the Challenger so I asked for trade in back. They refused and are actively trying to sell it even though they are not paying off the loan on it we have had through our bank. There is an actual lien on the title since the VW is financed. If you are honoring the contract then pay off the VW and honor the gap insurance. If you are canceling the contract then return the trade in. You can't have it both ways. I've already complained to AG, DMV and various other sources and will continue to do so with this predatory dealership. Hope you feel great picking on a 20 year old single mom who is not going to be able to get to work to support her baby. Yes the new car was wrecked but we have good insurance who are paying out on this. And they say if you purchase a vehicle pre owned it goes to the front of all others 3 weeks almost is front of the line I say never ever will I ever come here for sales service questions advise. I'd rather go next door to Bell ford. Then they told me that they were short mechanics and that was reason for the delay. But they said parts being ordered was the issue. Also the windshield didn't get replaced till this past Thursday before I picked it up. great job. We use to actually love this particular AutoNation we bought not one but more than 5 cars from this establishment(no financing) it wasn't clean as it is now and customer service from Riad was our go to salesman and Emillie was the best! until I traded in my BMW i8 which I know they sold for a pretty penny. My trade was in June and two months later still no plate in the mail. My temporary given by them had expired and we called Riad for an extension, who didn't transfer us to finance but said he'd handle it. Three days later we called again; same thing "I'll let you know" , a week after that I dropped off my car at the service center and requested an extension temporary again....still nothing... I go up there after another week to pick up my vehicle and talked to Micheal Rocce (financing) to get the run around again gave my name and number and was told I'd receive a call in the morning for more information and my temp. Next day no call so I decided to go to DMV and to my Chagrin I was told I could not attempt to get a title or temp due to my car still not having the title in my name and the dealership should apply the extended temp. I return to the dealership again the same day and was told again I'd be given a call. Next day...nothing...we called Riad around 1pm and was told he'd work on it and give us a call in about an hour. No call. I return to the dealership around 4pm and was asked by Riad "what's up?" My Response was "you know why I'm here." With a irritating smile. And He again said he would work on it and grab finance another Finance associate was in the lobby when I asked to see Micheal R. and he never came out but she told me he'd be out shortly. And roughly 4:41 while waiting patiently with three kids Emillie comes and apologizes for what's going on and states Riad emailed their title office for an extension and if I would have came to them sooner they would have been able to supply the temp. At this point I'm livid and calmly explained how the past few weeks have been regarding this situation she was very understanding and had me once again patiently waiting. Around 5pm she returned with their title office phone number and said they would still work on it and I should hear something the next day. Due to my run around with this entire ordeal I wanted to speak with Joseph the General Manager to file a formal complaint. She let me know he was on the phone and would be right out to speak with me. Another 35 mins pass and I assume he must be pretty busy. So I went to Riad to request the corporate number. "We don't have it" I go to the inventory GM and request the corp info and explained my situation and began to look it up and let me know he wasn't the GM I went to the GM (Joseph) and began to explain my situation and how I just wanted to corporate info to file a formal complaint he explained how it would be a waste of time cause they would just go to him and said he could help (all this with an attitude) I begin explaining my situation once again while Emillie is in the room and he kept cutting me off telling me the same information every other employee has. Now I'm frustrated and with emotion explain how this has never happened before with our previous purchases I understand you have to get in contact with the title company but I just want to make a complaint. With the he told me I needed to leave. I said Okay. Upon leaving with my frustration he (General Manager) told me "You Can Complain All You Want!!" Why treat a loyal customer with such runaround and disrespect? Why was it so hard to make a complaint on an ongoing situation? We have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in this establishment and was now being treated like shit! My vehicle was dropped off July 15th to this dealership for service. The same vehicle was struck at the service department, the same day. On pick up 18th Jul is when I found out my vehicle was struck. At first i was told the vehicle came with the damages, but when i pulled up pictures and video of before i gave the truck to them that all changed. They did allow me to gain footage on the accident for insurance purposes. But, The dealership told me that since the vehicle that struck my truck was a customer they will not help and are not liable. Also they have no information on the customer, or know who this person is. Service department manager Mr. Franklin said eventually they will return and trust them, they will get the information on this ghost person, to give to me. This was over 2 weeks ago. So this left me paying for my claim and the dealership off the hook. I was forced to remove my car and be deal with this myself. Update- 5/09/19 Had another Fantastic experience with the service department!! Carl took care of me on this visit to repair a window that wasn't functioning! They were great about getting me in quickly and the repair only took a day! I was able to get my car the next morning! They picked me up and shuttled me over to get it that morning it was complete! From start to finish I was treated kindly, fairly and on a timely manner! I will continue to bring my car here because they are very customer service oriented!! Great Job Carl & Team!! Just had my Fiat serviced at AutoNation after receiving a nice coupon for an Oil Change & Air Filter for $69- it also stated a Free car wash as well!! I made my appointment for 10:40. I took the car in and was greeted promptly with a warm welcome. They shuttled me home while they serviced the car. I did have to call about 2pm to check the status of the vehicle. Nicholas Thomas was super helpful and professional. He had the shuttle come get me- that took a bit of time. The car looked awesome with the wash and they also checked the tire pressure, signals, brakes so I know the vehicle is in good running condition!! This is the worst dealership when it comes to customer service. The GM. Joseph is the worst person to deal with. He has a superiority complex and stated that "whatever he says is final" he also stated " that there is no one above him to over ride his decisions. We bought a used vehicle and in less than a week the front nose clip and bumper started to come loose and was a couple inches short of dragging. The gm stated that it was not the fault of the dealership and that we were responsible for the repair. I spoke to Vinh Huynh (Nick) the finance Mgr and he looked into it and stated that the repairs would be taken care of.. I would not recommend anyone to deal with GM Joseph. I also would recommend that Autonation retrain the GM on how to deal with customers. As long as Joseph is the GM I will be letting everyone know to stay away from autonation. read more

I will start with saying the buying process was easy and they were fair with pricing. The issues come after the sale. I bought a new 2022 Trailhawk , paid in full , no financing. Gave dealer a certified check for paid in full , no lien holder. Dealer gave me a contract showing I only paid 1k and said I would get follow up paperwork. Ok figured they wanted ensure the certified check is good. 7 weeks later I still cannot get a contract showing I paid in full , dealer keeps avoiding and now totally non responsive. I now cannot register my car in Nevada as I have no proof of payment of all sales tax. To be clear all I am asking for from this dealer is a contract/bill of sale showing I paid in full , yet they cannot seem to deliver. They keep avoiding and now I had to file a complaint with state of Arizona dmv and state attorney generals office. Hard to believe a dealer can fail at such an easy task, simply providing proof I paid in full when I paid in full! Avoid this place their after sale follow up and customer care is abysmal. read more

Completely creep out. Had a done deal. Great sales and head new car manager even thou I was $45 a month over my top payment. Finance guy (Nick) I think his name was creeped me out. He kept squeezing my forearm ( 3 times in 1.5 hours ) saying he had me taking care of. After 1.5 hour wait he says he is throwing in a 7 year 100k warranty at no cost. Says he has to play with the numbers make it work. If you had room to play with numbers why not get me a better payment? Then he comes back and says it will cost me $10 more a month but will toss in service plan. Im starting to think something fishy here. Then he comes back and says its $15 a month with no service plan. I poop a gasket and try to leave. Took 30 minutes to get my keys back. They had my dream truck and ruined it. I bought a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude with 10 miles (brand new) in October 2024 come November I needed to put washer fluid in my Jeep so I lift the hood and come to find out after my fiance looks and realizes that the hood cover is missing. Should've came with the car right?! It's brand new. I call and they tell me that I can look at Amazon or EBay but I tell them I bought the car it is apart of the price why wouldn't they give me the part of my car I should have. Went in to order a 2024 Jeep Willy and trade in my 2012 Jeep wrangler with 68,000 miles. That's when the fun started. The used car manager, said the Jeep had a shock issue and rattled. I physically had to show him it was the spare tire holder. Lmao. Seriously. He wanted to give me 5100 for my Jeep. Smh. Then gm, asked me if I was getting aggressive. What is this guy, some woke 14 year old. If someone ask you why you are ripping them off, is not being aggressive. Wtf is wrong with people. Did he expect me to drop 50k and get screwed? I feel scammed here. Bought my challenger from them which I feel was not pre inspected. Only had the car for less than a month & a half and had problems with the heater core assembly. Warranty did not cover the amount because they do not cover hoses. So I paid to have my car towed to them 12/12/24. Stated that everything was covered & received a call a day later and was told the hoses were not so I was up charged for work that was already being done just to pay $900 + for installation on hoses being installed. 12/24/24 I go to pick up it up, less than 5 mins of getting on the 17 to the 101 w it overheated again. I can just say that my car was in their possession for over a week and literally ruined my Christmas & plans just to be told bring it back in when I expected grade A service the first time. Worst service department ever! First off they didn't even have me down for service even though I made the appointment myself on the phone. Went for oil change and tire rotation. I told the woman at the counter twice my two front tires were flat and needed air. Car comes out an hr later and all they did was rotate tires so they had to send it back for another hr for the oil change. I get on the freeway and the warning goes off saying my two rear tires are flat!! You guessed it they took flat tires off and put them on the rear. Line one of my receipt says the performed a safety inspection of the vehicle...really?! read more
