I wish I could give them less than a zero. Their management team is less than substandard. The former body shop manager/director/supervisor, Robert Medina, lies and makes untrue statements on the customer's behalf. He will never answer the phone. His staff always pretends he's in the body shop. He never takes ownership and then follows up over the phone saying what he thinks the customer wants to hear. I called autonation corporate to no avail. No ownership taken for the delays and hiccups they caused during the time that my car was in their possession. I hate this place. They refuse to pay for a delay with the enterprise. They refuse to provide me the delays they claim I caused in writing. It's been months. They literally ignore my calls on purpose. They are taking advantage of being a partner with USAA. In order to get any kind of response, I have to show up at their body shop in person. I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. I somehow wound up paying the total costs of $80,000 for a $52,000 truck due to erroneous fees and being told outright by Ahmad that he was "going to do something special for me" by giving me an extended warranty that was an extra 5k for me without even knowing it. This review is only about the service center. First - I would only go to the dealer if your local trusted mechanic can't handle the problem. They are notorious for overcharging. If you HAVE to go to the dealer, AutoNation seems like a good choice. Their service writer was very friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about. My transmission needed an overhaul, and Mack Haik waid it would be 5 weeks. Auto Nation had me out in 2 weeks. Not great, but much better. It wasn't cheap, but they got the job done. Find a good independent mechanic for the stuff they can handle and only take it to the dealer if you can't get the job done anywhere else. read more

TL;DR: Autonation Ford Katy has no ethics or morals. They just want to cheat you out of your money. Don't trust any offer they give you. They will not even honor their own words that they give in writing. If you value yourself, go to CarMax to sell your car instead. I've never had a good experience with Autonation Ford Katy but this time around was the worst! I was trying to sell my 2019 Kia Forte and got appraisals from multiple dealerships and used car agencies including CarMax. The car had a little body damage on the front bumper so I was slightly concerned about the offers we would get. Thankfully Carmax gave us a great offer. I took my vehicle in person at Autonation Ford Katy and had it evaluated by an agent by the name of Gabriel Cabrera. He examined the vehicle for 30-45mins and gave us an offer that beat CarMax's deal by $850. I was ecstatic and decided to sell the car to them, however since my car is registered under my dad's name and he owns the title, I told them I would have to come back with my dad and the title paperwork. Gabriel assured me that the appraisal offer was valid for 7 calendar days so if I was to come back within that time frame the given offer would be honored and the process would only take 10-15 mins with us walking out with the money. I asked Gabriel for an offer letter which he gave me listing the number he had promised me. When I looked at the letter closely the mileage of the car listed was about 200 miles below what was displayed on the dashboard and the offer expiration date was 3 days from the appraisal date. I asked Gabriel about it and he assured me that those were just the default way the papers were printed and would not affect the pricing. Since it was the weekend before July 4th we had plans to go out of town for a few days. We made sure not to use the car much in the interim and just parked it in our personal house garage. We cut our trip short to make it back in time and I even told my dad to delay a business trip he had planned. We returned to Autonation Ford Katy in 5 calendar days from when the appraisal offer was given to us. We had previously told Gabriel that we would be coming back to sell the car that day. Gabriel was conveniently off that day and another agent named Brayden said he would be taking care of us. He took the car key from us and said he needed to take a look at the vehicle again and take some pictures. We waited for him for about 20 minutes and he came back to us saying that there is some damage on the front bumper and they cannot honor the price that was offered to us by Gabriel. We told them that the damage was present before Gabriel had evaluated the vehicle (we also had photo evidence of this). They made a whole show of calling Gabriel to confirm. The manager Jimmy came back to us and said "All I can do is offer an apology, looks like Gabriel missed the damage." That shouldn't be our problem. Your representative gave us an offer written in paper after evaluating the vehicle in person. It is your obligation to honor that offer! Jimmy said Gabriel was supposed to take pictures of the car when he appraised it which he again conveniently didn't do. The carelessness of your staff should prompt you to take a hit and honor your side of the deal rather than giving us empty apologies. Jimmy quoted us a price $1000 below what was originally offered to us. When we asked him to beat CarMax's offer at least by a little bit for all the inconvenience they caused us, he made another big show of talking to some other manager who wouldn't show their face. He came back and flat out refused to go up on the offer. We tried calling Gabriel as well to discuss this error. As someone who was previously very responsive to my calls, all of a sudden he was no longer picking up our multiple attempts. Jimmy then shamelessly proceeded to explain to us how CarMax's car buying process works. Don't tell me how someone else's process works when you yourself have the most deceitful process ever! We went straight to CarMax and within 20 mins we had the exact money they had quoted to us in our hands. No questions asked. No repeat evaluation. No hassle. This is how business should be done! I will never be going to Autonation Ford Katy again and discourage anyone else from doing so as well. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau too. They don't even deserve one star but that's the lowest I can give unfortunately. read more

I scheduled to have a recall done on my F150 at 1:00 pm. The recall paperwork said to allow 1 hour for the work to be completed. When I came at my scheduled time, the service rep said I would have to leave the vehicle and I could pick it up the next day. I asked him why they needed to keep the truck overnight for a simple procedure, he said they were busy. He then said that if I did not like it, I should try Mac Haik or I could drive out to Sealy to the Ford dealer out there. Either way, he did not care. I left without getting the recall completed. Initially my experience was great, I came in and wanted to buy 2 used vehicles, I saw 2 in the internet I liked, found out they had them but when I got there to look at them he told me it would be at least 2-3 days until I could purchase because they hadn't been inspected and check in. Basically nothing had been done to them since they were received and still had trash/etc in them from the previous owner. I was still able to test drive so I decided to wait for them. 5 days later of calling and checking daily and they still aren't ready. And the salesman seems like he could care less. It's the complete opposite of what dealerships are typically like. Usually they do anything to sell you a car. This car acts like he can't be bothered. They only thing I can think is he's not making much off them but it's 2 cars and they usually price used vehicles well enough to make decent money in return. Purchased a truck online and I am from out of state. The truck didn't last more than 1200 miles before transmission went out, engine leaked oil, engine had crankshaft problems, both turbos went out, U joints went out, tie rods went out, and rear end problems. When I went to pick up truck dealership they told me they went through the whole thing. I had to put on tires because one was bald at the dealership. Out-of-state buyer beware they do not help with any repairs and they do not inspect their vehicles. This kind of treatment from a dealership is horrible. $17,000 worth of repairs and they claimed they inspected it!! read more

Come to find out they never did the oil change even after my car was sitting there for days because they were waiting on a part for one of the recalls. I expected better. Came in near the end of June to have some keys made. Service guy told me original key was too old to program the new keys so they had to contact corporate to get the master key code. This process took about 2 months to get done. I understand the verification process takes some time since they have to make sure you are the owner of the vehicle, but i had to follow up with the guy almost every week to make sure he had all the information he needed to get it approved. Finally got the code mid-August and come in to get the keys made. It took a while to get the keys made because the key machine broke and my key as well since it was stuck in the machine. thankfully they gave me a free replacement. picked up the car just to find out that one of the keys doesn't work. Now I only have one working key and one with none of the buttons that work, but I paid almost $500 to have two working keys. I schedule to come back and have the second key programmed. They tell me the key works..... However, none of the buttons work. Not sure why you would tell me it works when it clearly doesn't. We chalk it all up to it being a faulty key fob since it was a third party manufacturer. I ask how much for a factory key and he tells me its $200 plus labor to program. So after already paying almost $500 for one working key (when i asked for 2) they tell me its almost another $400-500 to have a factory key made. That is almost $1000 to have 2 keys made....did I mention this is a Ford vehicle? I asked why would you charge me again for labor when the technician is already there and it takes them about 30 minutes to key and program and they tell me they have to charge me. This is where it gets frustrating. why didn't your tech make sure ALL aspect of the key worked before I paid and took it home? Just to have to come back and you tell me I need to spend the same amount of money for something you didn't tell me was wrong. If you had told me before I picked it up the first time that the key didn't work I would have gladly paid for the new key and labor for programming at the time they were programming them so they could just grab another key and no extra time is needed.... the fact that you didn't acknowledge it sooner pisses me off because I would have to waste more time and money to get something done that was supposed to be completed in the first place. so in the end I waited 3 months, waisted 4 trips, time off work, and $500 just to get 1.5 working FORD keys made. This was by far one of the worst car buying experiences we've ever had. Within 2 minutes of walking in, I knew it wasn't going to end well. Only reason I stayed so long was because of my 18 year old daughter. She was super excited about getting a new car. First off the salesman was not friendly and whatsoever. He had absolutely no personality. I'm a strong believer in customer service and treating the customer with the at most respect. Entertain em, a bit, make em feel welcome. We definitely had none of that. Our salesman was working about 4 deals at the same time, which I understand., because it is a busy dealership but then I look over and see a couple other salesman, not doing anything, but playing candy crush on their phones. We waited about a solid 5 hours before our credit application was ran. Then finally,!!!!!!! The finance guy walked up. He didn't greet us. He was extremely arrogant. Didn't smile, didn't even attempt to be friendly. My daughter has pretty good credit, but some how this guy comes at us with a 15.99 percent financing!!!! I was like wtf!!! Really, " would you like my leg , while your at it?!!". Needless to say we did not purchase here. My daughter purchased a brand new Ford Bronco from a small dealership in El Campo at a 2.9 APR. Moral of the story, don't waste your time at dealerships who don't value you as a customer. Especially these big dealerships, try the outskirts of Houston, such as El Campo, Wharton or East Bernard. Oil change service for 6.7 is way overpriced and they take nearly 2 hours even with an appointment. Heaven only knows if you need something else worked on. Had an issue with a leaking Front Differential. Should be covered under warranty (not the issue). Upon check in they inform me it will take 3-4 days to even look at the vehicle. What?? Doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not. 4 days rolls around and I have to reach out to them for any updates since I have not heard a word. "Tech is diagnosing today" the text message from service as a response from my inquiry. Wait another 6 hours to hear...yep. Leaking front differential. All covered under warranty but the carli steering stabilizer with Diff guard is aftermarket item and will take 1.5 hours of labor $305 to remove. Again...what? Its about 3-4 bolts and you need 1.5 hours to remove?? Didn't take that much money or time to even install it originally. Picked up my vehicle and will now drive an hour away to get warranty work. Was attempting to purchase a vehicle to be shipped to California from Texas. Spent a lot of time on the phone, text, email with sales rep. We had agreed on the purchase and logistics of shipping. Dealership ran credit reports. I was supposed to be called by Finance manager to finish up the deal. Finance guy called me and said he would call back in 45 minutes to discuss terms. No call back received. Sent message to Sales guy. He told me not to worry, he had the car locked up for me and we could finish the deal the next day. The next day comes - sales guy calls and says another sales guy took the keys from his desk after he left and sold the vehicle to someone else. *WARNING* This dealership does not negotiate in good faith. I called Auto Nation and started working with Austin to purchase a vehicle they had listed on auto trader. I had a co signer working with me to purchase the vehicle also from out of state (I was calling from Arizona). Austin ran the credit and said we had approval for the vehicle and instead of closing out our dealing took on another customer and instead of marking the car under contract (like a good salesman would) he ignored his obligation to approved purchasers the car was sold out from under me. When I called and talked to the manager Dan, he didn't care either. This type of operation of a dealership is abhorrent. I'd suggest working with the competition over people that have no scruples. Take your business elsewhere. Just think, if this is how they treat customers how will they treat you if you go in to work with them? Buyers Beware. Located a used vehicle at AutoNation Ford Katy (online) on a Friday evening right before the dealership was closing. Spoke to a salesman and made arrangements to see the vehicle at 9am the following day which coincides with the dealerships opening hour. Got there at 8:45. Drove the vehicle and started the negotiations to trade in my current truck to purchase the new one. Red flag number one....dealer tried to tell me the gears were "slipping" in my current vehicle and although their "expert" on transmissions was not there to assess themselves, he had stated on their PHONE call to him that it was most likely a transmission issue based on the age/mileage of the truck. Obviously this was a ploy to lessen the value of my trade but little did the dealer know that the transmission was recently replaced and still under warranty. Once it was revealed, dealer started back tracking and while initial trade value was low (as expected with most dealers) the final trade value was within KBB standards for condition of vehicle. Crisis averted, sale and trade numbers agreed to and buyers agreement formally finalized and SIGNED by BOTH parties around 12:30. Now this is where it gets sketchy. The dealer knew from the VERY beginning the new vehicle was being financed thru a credit union. I was informed that the dealer no longer accepted DRAFTS from credit unions and I would have to provide a CASHIERS CHECK. Being this was on a Saturday, we were limited on TIME because the credit union closed at 1pm. However, the dealer and credit union had exchanged all paperwork, including the buyers agreement PRIOR to the credit union closing. I agreed to come back on Monday morning with the cashiers check and pick up the truck as it had still not gone thru make-ready and was waiting for a lightbulb for a head/tail light that had gone out. Fast forward to TODAY.....first call (around 9am) is from the credit union to let me know that this dealer is BLACKLISTED from having cashier checks issued to them because of problems in the past with obtaining titles. (This information was not available to the loan officer but came from the underwriter as she was processing the loan.) They did however agree to do a draft if the dealer would accept. I immediately called the dealer to discuss. VM's until noon. Finally connect with my sales guy only to find out the dealer SOLD THE VEHICLE SATURDAY AFTERNOON!!! Proceeds to tell me that the buyers agreement WE (dealer and myself) BOTH SIGNED isn't legally binding since there was no money put down. Please note that I ASKED EXPLICITY if ANYTHING else needed to be done to make sure the vehicle was not going anywhere and was told no because the buyers agreement was my commitment to purchase. Obviously I was pissed and called BS on the whole transaction. Their response to me was they have a team of lawyers available if I would like to discuss further. Tried locating ANYONE with ANY authority at this dealership with ZERO success. Could not even get a receptionist to answer the phone. The only numbers provided to me went straight to VMs. I caution anyone who values their time and money, OR is looking for support during or after the purchase of a vehicle to steer clear of this dealership. Wish I would have read all the terrible reviews written here prior to going there and attempting to do business. read more

After checking with my mechanic and looking at prices, the Explorer really can't be beat. We walked into AutoNation and met up with Demi Williams in the showroom. He was outstanding, very knowledgeable, professional and nice. AutoNation is a huge high volume dealer. We discussed a what we were thinking about different vehicles. Demi gave us the pros and cons of each and we ended up deciding the Explorer was the best value. My wife is ecstatic, she loves the new features. Car buying can be extremely stressful, but Demi was on the ball and made the whole process smooth. They gave us a fair price on our used Explorer. I plan on buying a truck in the next year or so and I will be looking him up for that purchase. If you need a Ford, try AutoNation and ask for Demi. read more

Just the facts: Two years ago, I said I would not return to this dealership for service. Back then, I paid a $139 charge to diagnose a dome light issue (it didn't work). They advised me I had an electrical problem (really?) which would cost between $750 to $1,500 to repair. I took the car elsewhere and was charged $62 to splice the broken wire. This time, against my better judgment due to time constraints, I went back to AutoNation Ford Katy because of a check engine light. I was told the problem was a DEF injector. The price to replace it: $1,571.90. I picked up the truck and after driving it halfway home (4 miles), the check engine light comes back on, so I return to the dealer. Now the problem is the DEF pump. The price quoted to replace the DEF pump they likely broke was $1,900 with their generous 10% discount. I contacted another Ford dealer to get a quote to replace the DEF pump. They quoted me $1,200, but doubted I had a problem with the DEF pump. I was told "they don't fail". I should add I never received a phone call to tell me the truck was ready for pickup after the injector repair. read more

Worst service ever! Bought a Bronco from this dealership and had a great experience but took my 2023 under warranty Bronco to AutoNation service department due to an engine light coming on. Was told a part needed to be ordered and the car was not drivable. The service rep never called me back or kept me updated. Was told couldn't have a loaner car/rental (spoke to Ford corporate who said this is completely false and the dealership wouldn't even answer their calls). After bugging them for a full day, the manager told the service rep to tell me to come get the car because they couldn't get the part now for an entire month and wouldn't give me a loaner for a month. Questioned whether it was drivable....they said yes even though originally told me no so I guess playing with my safety. Had to have Helfman Ford tow the vehicle to their dealership and they already have it being serviced and the communication is night and day better! Will NEVER go back to this dealer again. The service manager never calls you back and they lie every time you finally get a hold of them! Ford corporate will be hearing about this as I have an open case with them. I give (1 star) because zero isn't an option. Took my Ford F-250 in for service on a Ford Recall. From Indiana so I told them I needed a ride to my vehicle. The employee said they have a 10 mile limit and I was asking for 16 miles. I jokingly said "so you're going to drive me out 10 miles, drop me off and make me walk the last 6 miles? The Ford employee said not our problem. I offered to pay additional funds for the 6 mile ride, and the employee stated "I'm not an Uber service". I asked for other means of transportation all of which were told they don't offer any other options. They had no intentions of helping me secure transportation to my vehicle. I purchased a 2019 Porsche Cayenne in May 2022, and it was the worst car buying experience man could ever go through. I have already reached out to the corporate office in Fort Lauderdale, FL 5 times by phone, and there has not been any response. When I purchased the vehicle, I did not receive the vehicle for 7 days. The salesman at the time told me that I would get the car the next day or so. I thought that was a very vague timing. I had to speak to management to get more detailed information. He explained the process, in which the salesman could have explained. That was inconvenient because I had to drive up there to get the answer. When I finally picked up the car, the salesman stated the car hauler burst my driver side mirror when unloading the vehicle. He told me they have a ticket open to do the repairs and that they had to order the mirror. Also, when he drove it to me to sit in it for the first time, he brought it to me with a bolt in the tire. They replaced the tire with no problem, but they put two Pirelli tires on the back and two Contientials on the front. That's 2 different tires which means it will ride unevenly. About 2 weeks after I purchased the car, I actually ran over a large bolt, and it took 2 days for them to replace the tire, which was ridiculous. It was the rear driver tire that needed to be replaced. They told me they had no Pirelli's tires, and I could only get one when they manufactured more tires, which did not sound true. I contacted a tire distribution center, and they had the tire in stock. I reached out to the service department in concern, and I explained to the manager. He told me to go to that facility and purchase the tire, this was the manager over sales and service. I told him my concerns of why the dealer couldn't replace it with the same brand. I told him that I felt as if I was misled. I called the corporate office again, and she explained that it's only certain distribution centers that you all work with. None of that was explained, and that manager was very disrespectful and unprofessional. The next issue I had was that my check engine light and some other lights came on the dash. I called Porsche because at this point, due to the horrible experiences, I do not want Autonation Ford to deal with my car. From the last incident, I only want Porsche to work on my car. I knew I would need a loaner car because I did not know how long it would take to fix the car. My service advisor at Porsche told me they had none, but to check with Autonation Ford because they sometimes have them. He stated they have customers that buy Porsches from Autonation and may have some loaners. I drove to the service department, and as soon as I walked in, I did not get his name, but it's the advisor with red hair to the far right of where they work. The manager witnessed the entire thing, Don Datray. As soon as I walked up, and I said I have a Porsche with dash lights on, he immediately cut me off and was so rude and disrespectful. He yelled out that we don't work on those cars. I called the corporate office and got no response back. I told him I was not there for them to work on the car simply to get a loaner. So he was totally wrong on his approach instead of letting me explain what my issues were and what I was really coming there for. It wasn't to work on the car, but to simply get a loaner. I have had to come up there numerous times to get my extended warranty information, when that should have been given the day I signed for the car. I still do not have the extended sheet that explains the warranty. Coincidentally, my husband came into town the same time my tags came in. I had him pick them up because of the abuse that I had encountered. He said they were so rude to him, and he had never spoken with them before. Also, I told them due to the abuse that I have encountered with this facility, I no longer want to step foot in their doors. My mirror, which was hit by the car hauler, is in my possession. I told Autonation Ford that I wanted Porsche to put it on. He gave the mirror to my husband and did not explain anything. My service advisor at Porsche said that he reached out to them, and they were not going to pay Porsche to put the mirror on. They did not call me and explain that. They never followed up. You don't even know who I am or what I'm here for yet! And on that note, why would there be an appointment slot available if you can't look at the car? Anyway, after his attitude and shortness, and unwillingness to even hear why I was there, I just walked out and grabbed my car and left. My wife to Autonation Ford Katy on Wednesday and was told there would be a 2 hour wait unless she had an appointment for an oil change. She made an appointment on the following day on Thursday for 7:10 in the morning and they still kept her waiting for more than 2 hours to get the oil change done. They quote you for an oil change at one price but then add all kinds of other fees to it. This was not a synthetic change but probably the most expensive oil change we ever had after the misc. charges. We do not recommend as the service department is very rude and kept her waiting an additional 30 minutes after the truck was finished because they were in no hurry. I bought a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport from Autonation Ford in Katy on May of 2021. I returned on May 11 2022 to inquire about selling this car back to them due to the rise in used car costs. I obtained quotes from (2) other dealers that were $4,000 higher than what their initial offer was. It was not until i showed them in writing what i was offered and then all of sudden they offered $100 more....with a high pressure close that it has to happen today. We have bought (3) cars from them and will never buy another!!!! They have no respect for returning customers and definitely tried to screw me. Never again!!!! read more

I went in this morning less than 10 minutes after they opened with the intention of looking at a truck. I walk in, and nobody greets me. There are people up front, just nobody wants to apparently work. The woman who works the front desk gets up, then goes and spends a couple of minutes talking to some people in a few cubicles. I am still upfront and can be seen. There are five gentlemen at the desk to the left. Not a single one acknowledges my presence there. After waiting a few minutes for help, I decide to leave. I am there early and there are no other customers around. The people there did not seem to care. Finally while walking out I go to the desk and have to say twice "have a good day" before somebody will respond. The gentleman asks if they can help to which I respond apparently they can't. I recently purchased a Ford F-150 Platinum from this dealership. They were very up front on their pricing and there wasn't any hidden fees (they sent me a drive out sheet in advance). My salesman Amir Aldarwish and his manager were fantastic! I drove from The Woodlands to work a deal on a particular vehicle and they were prompt and efficient throughout the process. I couldn't believe why people rate this place so low. I was a happy customer when I bought my vehicle here before name changed from Champion Ford. I have been searching for a replacement vehicle for months. Early this year, I received an invitation to test drive a car to get a quote and receive a $10 Starbucks gift card. I took the offer. When I arrived, it was a major construction mess. Everything was dusty and out of place. I waited for a salesperson patiently, finally a guy asked about what I was looking for. I told him about this flyer. I sampled my dream car C-Max. He was really quiet, more like overworked. When he gave me the appraisal, he said they ran out of gift cards and I should receive mine in a week. Uh... I waited till this date, still nothing. I had been looking at a vehicle on their website for several weeks and I decide to go in and check it out. Actually 2 of my co workers had purchased a vehicle from there so I asked about a salesman referral and they directed me to Julio. This was the used car dealership. I gave him a call and he confirmed that the vehicle was still available and asked me to see him when I arrived. He already had the keys available and we went for a ride. The ride was uneventful and we returned to the office. I was only "window shopping" and not aggressively looking to buy at that time. Just for the heck of it I asked them to appraise my trade and we talked while they did so. I had earlier inquired about financing with my credit union and had a tentative quote. After the appraisal was done ( you know dealerships never give you enough for your trade) we agreed on a number for the trade and price of the vehicle. They threw out a financial number that I rejected and the negotiations started. Surprisingly it was a painless deal. Their finance department had me wait a few minutes while they checked out the number I need them to hit and they did so! We then had a deal! I was able to drive out that night with the vehicle that I wanted. The story doesn't end there as there was a small hiccup the next day. By me buying the vehicle at night I had missed a major defect on the dash. It was made of leather and it was buckled and bubbled up. I returned to the dealer the next day and I was not a happy camper. Their 1st reaction was that they didn't know if they could do anything but that would have cost them the sale as I would have cancelled immediately. Fortunately cooler heads prevailed and Julio and his manager Austin and I worked out getting it fixed at no cost to me. I was fine with the end result and for the time my vehicle was getting r paired they provided me with a loaner. In the end I was very satisfied with the car buying experience here and Julio has been great in helping me out through the whole process. I would highly recommend him if you go in here to purchase a car. I hope going forward my future service with them will be also. read more

Terrible terrible terrible cars, please run! Within 6 months I've had two vehicles from them because the first one broke down in the middle of the highway. They replaced my Nissan with an Infiniti via warranty. Within 2 months the Infiniti battery stopped working. I get that fixed (warranty doesn't cover batteries) out of POCKET for $500 all for the car to break down the next week because a damaged radiator and coolant leak, a $1400 repair. I call Mike to notify him and he just reiterated how "there's nothing I can do for you" I wouldn't recommend this car place to anyone! P.s. I've had two other friends purchase cars from them and they are all going through similar problems. read more
