Mustang Mike is the best car salesman I have dealt with when buying a car in the past 36 years.. He knows his product well, not a pushing salesman, stayed in touch with me and gave me a great deal for the car I wanted. He did not try to sell me another car that I didn't want. He is a young car salesman and know his job well and provides good service. Service and knowledge is very important in business. Without good service and knowledge of the mustang I would not have bought the 2015 Ford Mustang 5.0 Convertible 50th year package. I researched the car prices, etc. and had questions and he was able to answer all my questions. I went to Homer Skelton in Olive Branch, MS and had an awful experience. Our family has bought 4 cars from them in the past most recent was a 2013 F150 Ford Lariat-Eco Boost fully loaded in August 2013 and the price was around $49,000.00. The original car salesman was to sent an email to me showing me several different colors for the mustang-never received. Another car salesman said that the original car saleman would re-sent email-never recieived. I called both the salesman a total of 7 times. Friday, 26, 2015, I called Homer Skelton Ford to talk with the second car salesman and he was with a customer and told me he would call me back and did not. I went Ford Auto Nation the same night when I did not receive a return call and talk to them about a mustang. I was given a Mustang to driver over the weekend and finalized the deal June 29, 2015 with Ford Auto Nation. Home was my first choice , but it looks like they did not want our business. To this day I have not received an email from the salesman from Home Skelton. I gave the original saleman my email address which he wrote down in his book. Sales process was great. Dale Going was WONDERFUL to work with from beginning to end. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to see him. After looking for the perfect ride for our family for several months and having walked away from several great vehicles due to the humans we were dealing with, the customer service at AutoNation Ford Wolfchase sealed the deal for us. Zero hassle. Zero games. Dale was very knowledgeable, listened to what we were looking for, and he kept a very pleasant and respectful attitude throughout the entire process. He even kept a smile on his face when I was getting frustrated and being a bit short (car shopping with a newborn is no walk in the park) Every person that we had face-to-face contact with was very pleasant and patient. We had to deal with sales, finance, service, and management, and ALL were very kind and helpful. I would have given 5 stars if I were just evaluating the sales process. Our only issue was that we were told our Expedition EL Limited would be cleaned, but even after the second time, we drove away with sticky cup holders, bits of trash under the seat, and even a cigarette butt and mud print on our front passenger side floor mat - neither of which were there when we dropped it off for the second cleaning. All in all, I would - and already have - highly recommend Dale Going at AutoNation Ford Wolfchase to any of my friends or family on the hunt for a new ride. Just make a note that a good and thorough cleaning simply means running a hand vac over the floor boards...at least that's what it looks like happened. We recently moved to Memphis and the lease on our Ford Edge was about to expire. We did a lot of research at home (why are the people in local car ads always yelling at you?!?) lol. Anyhow, we ended up at AutoNation Ford Lincoln Wolfchase and were blessed to have Kristen as our salesperson. We really weren't planning on purchasing a car that night, but wanted to test drive a Fusion to feel if the transition from powerful SUV to efficient sedan was right for us. It was no biggie: car was ready for us to take home in a matter of minutes with no preset return time, so we kept it overnight and drove it to work the next day (did I mention I made them get the car out of the showroom midday on a Sunday!! Sorry!) So of course we fell in love with the car and return the next day to negotiate a deal. Everyone was so courteous and friendly and anxious to meet our every demand (and trust me I had a lot of them: fresh popcorn, coffee, Diet Dr. Pepper, internet, balloons, more popcorn, key chains, parallel park several cars to see how the sun reflected on different colors, etc.) But Kristen was great to deal with, and Steven made all the paperwork a breeze. No bait-and-switch story here, no unscrupulous dealer, just a bunch of smart professional people that know they have to work hard to make their business run. Overall, this was a superb experience and a safe and respectable environment to buy a car. You know what else? They are a lot of fun too!! I have taken my 2003 Mercury Marauder in several times trying to track down some electrical issues. Over the past 1 1/2 years, they have replaced the alternator 3 times and most of the other electrical parts. The first time they installed the wrong alternator (for a Grand Marquis, instead of for a Marauder) which caused some additional issues. On the most recent visit, they kept the car for two weeks trying to find the problem. Again, a couple of parts were replaced but we are not sure if the problem is finally resolved but I have picked up the car. I am not so sure that they have mechanics on staff who are REALLY for familiar with the Marauder, since there were so few of them made, I actually went on the INTERNET to the Marauder forum and printed out some suggestions from the Marauder "gurus" and gave to the Service Manager for additional troubleshooting. That having been said, the Service Advisor (Barbara Myers) is an absolutely OUTSTANDING employee who went out of her way to keep me informed as to the status. I also must admit that the mechanics did not try to BS me relative to their level of knowledge in working on the car. They even went to "Corporate" headquarters with requests for assistance and advice on correcting my issue. When I got the car back, it had been cleaned which was a nice touch. read more

I never write reviews but I seriously had to because buying a car was the best experience ever at AutoNation Ford Wolfchase! I am a recent female graduate with no family nearby, so I was nervous to purchase/trade-in a car because I honestly had know idea what I was doing. I was scared of being taken advantage of financially and scared of being convinced to buy things that I didn't need. That did not happen here and I didn't for a second feel like I was being played. The entire team was honest and understanding and I was so impressed with the entire process. Michael Clements was the best sales professional I have ever worked with. Using the AutoNation website to investigate the Transit Van specifications, I was connected to Alan Muntz. From our first conversation, Alan conveyed honesty and integrity in his words and actions. In one of our early conversation, I mention my concern about the Transit Van ability to fit in my garage and my plans to rent a van from U-Haul for verification purposes. According to the specifications it would be tight fit. Alan offered to allow me to test drive a Van to my home and verify it would fit. We learned the Transit would fit in my garage with minimal modifications then things really started moving. In addition, Transit vehicles in the lot did not have some of the options I wanted. Alan found a vehicle and had it transfers from Birmingham, AL. Alan came through again. Alan has assisted me after the sale concerning buying back my trade-in, again well done. Alan did a great job. I bought my truck Tuesday afternoon. Salesman was Joseph. Nice guy. Good experience. Sometime today, somebody left a big ol' rub of white paint on the front side of my front passenger-side wheel well. I didn't think it was paint. It actually looked like the remains of a poorly removed sticker of some kind. I thought the dealership had screwed up, and I just hadn't noticed it. So I head over there. Les, the sales manager, remembers me and comes over and says hi. I show him where his guys screwed up, and he kinda looks at it, rubs it, and says, "That's not a sticker. Somebody sideswiped you. Give me the key and let me see what my guys can do." I sit in the showroom for about 10 minutes, they bring my truck around, and it's nearly good as new. A bit of faint white still, but Les told me to bring it back next week and he'll get his paint guy to fix it if I want. In my book, that's a good car dealer. read more

Have been looking for a Town Car for several years as an addition to my other vehicles. Lincoln stopped making these, so a used one was the only avenue. Found a 2009 on this Auto Nation lot in Memphis. Sent my son-in-law to look at it and drive it. Made the deal over the phone and drove down to pick it up. Pretty easy process. I did notice upon returning that my address was wrong on paperwork, something that could potentially be a problem. I have talked to them and they say they have corrected it, although I have yet to get the title. Engine light went on and would not go off, but since they gave me a 60 day warranty on the auto given it was used, they paid to have the issue fixed in my area. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and the process. I intend to go back when I need to replace my truck, and have told others to check them out. read more

I always take my 2013 Escape to the dealership for oil changes. On May 17, I took it in for an oil change. The service was quick. On May 19, we drove the car on a short trip and heard a scraping noise under the car. When we pulled off the road, the under engine splash guard had come loose and was torn in pieces. On May 20, I took the car back to the dealer and explained what happened. Without any hesitation, the service manager authorized a new guard to be installed without any cost. They felt it may have been their fault since the guard had to be removed for the earlier oil change. I was in and out of the shop in 30 min. I appreciated their willingness to take care of the problem without any hassle. The service writer said, "We make mistakes, but also take care of them." read more

I received an email from Jason Wheeler one of the salesmen at this facility and I told him what I was looking for. He went to work, found me the perfect match and we handled everything by email and phone. He called me on Thursday and asked when I could come in to complete the paperwork. I told him that I would be there by 3:30 and I did not want to be there over 30 minutes. They got me out in 25 minutes!!! I sent an email to the Internet Sales Director, Curt Kobler who then turned over my information to sales specialist, Elizabeth Baugus. I was able to tell them exactly what I wanted in a car, they found it for me, and had my husband and I pre approved before we even entered the door to the dealership. Once we arrived at the dealership the whole process, test driving the car, and completing the paperwork took about 1 hour! It was the easiest process. Just had a HORRIBLE experience with Ford Wolfchase!!!!!! I was contacted by this dealership because they wanted to purchase a vehicle I was selling. I accepted the offer they gave me, and this is when the bullshit began. They kept coming up with excuses to not cut the check. Three days wasted dealing with this unprofessional dealership. Keep in mind that I had the title and valid registration in my name and they kept stalling by asking for unnecessary paperwork. I recommend to stay away from this dealership if you want to avoid the mess and waste of your time when it comes to selling a vehicle.
