After some long decision making using online information, I went in to test drive 1 specific car. A 2019 Challenger R/T Scat Pack with the Dynamics package in a Destroyer Grey. Terry and I both knew I was buying that car from the get-go. He was patient and quick with all of my paperwork. In the span of a lunch hour (okay 90 minutes), a I had test driven, signed, and made it back to work in my sweet new ride. I recently brought my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee (purchased new in 2019) to Wolfchase Dodge Jeep Ram for brake and rotor replacement. I paid $1,800 for all four wheels to be serviced using Mopar Genuine Parts -- or so I was told. Unfortunately, my experience raised a number of serious concerns: 1. Jeep Wave Tire Rotations Were Skipped * My Jeep Wave account shows that tire rotations were never performed during my last two oil changes here. * When I asked about it, I was told "it wasn't authorized," even though tire rotations are supposed to be included under Jeep Wave benefits. * This omission left me wondering what else may have been missed during standard services. 2. Prior Oil Change Failed to Catch Brake Issues * Less than one month ago, during a scheduled oil change, I was told everything looked good on my vehicle. * Now, suddenly, all four brakes and rotors had to be completely replaced. * Again, this makes me question the thoroughness of previous inspections. 3. False Claim of a Technician Test Drive * During my brake service visit, a service advisor named told me the technician had driven my Jeep and noticed it was shaking. * However, my Jeep app, which tracks vehicle movement, showed zero alerts and no change in mileage from the time I dropped it off to when I picked it up. * This strongly suggests no test drive actually occurred, despite being documented and told otherwise. 4. Mopar Discount Miscommunication * At first, I was told Mopar service coupons weren't honored at this dealership. * Later, another service representative clarified that they do accept Mopar coupons, but cap the discount at $50 because the dealership is "individually owned" and doesn't operate like larger Jeep service centers. * I feel this should have been clearly communicated upfront, especially given the high service cost. 5. Lack of Trust and Customer Value * With tire rotations not performed, possible misleading communication about a test drive, and very limited coupon acceptance, I ultimately felt undervalued and misled as a customer. * I have always taken pride in maintaining my Jeep with certified Mopar service, but this experience left me questioning whether this dealership upholds the standards associated with Jeep and Mopar branding. I strongly recommend double-checking everything if you bring your vehicle here -- including asking for part numbers, service verifications, and confirming what is actually being done versus what is being claimed. I also encourage management to provide more transparency around Jeep Wave services, vehicle handling, and honoring Mopar discounts fully and fairly. As a Jeep Wave client, all my maintenance is thoroughly tracked and logged; however, this dealership fails to do so at a sophisticated level. I recently attempted to purchase a vehicle from Wolfchase CDJR in Memphis, and the experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I am in Ohio so I was 100% dependent on support from the sales team. From the start, communication was a nightmare. I reached out multiple times, and while someone would answer the phone, they always had to transfer me to a sales manager. Unfortunately, their phone system was broken--calls would ring endlessly and then disconnect. I repeated this process several times and never successfully reached a manager through their phone tree. I did let them know the phone system was not working, but it didn't seem to be a concern. After multiple attempts, an agent finally gave me warm handoff to Shawn, a sales manager, on Monday. He promised to send me additional pictures and the battery status of the EV I was interested in by Tuesday. Tuesday came and went--no call, no update. I then found a direct number for the manager, Seth, through their website. He answered my call but was off that day. He promised to follow up on Wednesday. On Wednesday, Seth said he was handing me off to Charlie, who would take care of me. Charlie did send a video of the car but didn't include the battery status. When I asked for it, he said the car needed to charge overnight and he'd send the health report Thursday morning. Charlie also connected me with he and finance and we discussed the options together. I let Charlie know my last item was the battery health. Thursday came, and Charlie said the car had been unplugged overnight and he'd send the photo of the battery health in five hours. That never happened. I followed up with calls and texts--no response. On Friday, I reached out again to Charlie and then to Seth. Seth simply replied, "Car sold." After a week of chasing them down, dealing with a broken phone system, and being passed around without follow-through, they sold the car without even giving me the courtesy of a final call or update. I had clearly expressed my intent to purchase, contingent on battery condition, and was actively engaged. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with Wolfchase CDJR. Their customer service is unacceptable, and their communication practices are broken. Buyers beware. read more

I have purchased three vehicles from here. The third due to them contacting me numerous times to purchase my car. This will be the last time as things have been great up until now. I took my suv for an oil change to be told take 5 could not do the oil change due to the last person who changed the oil damaging the suv. I called and verified Dodge did an oil change prior to me buying the suv. I was told yes. I explained they said bring it up and we will fix it. Spoke to Chase in service also who said yes bring it in no appt needed. I showed up and was told they don't work on Hyundai, no one would have told me to bring it, the lady even went to her manager and he also said no one would have told you to bring this here. Once they finally found out who it was, Chase. He took the suv. Two days for them to tell me it was damaged (which i already knew) and I'd have to take it to Hyundai and it would be covered under warranty. Took it Hyundai and no it's wasn't covered under warranty, this was over 750. for an oil change due to the damages. I called Dodge back spoke to someone who said I will get with the manager and call you back. No call back, called again same story have to speak with a manager. called a third time and a lady called me back said bring it in and I will see if we can fix it.. Have you heard anything I have said as the suv has been fixed I am hoping to re-coop some of my money due to your service dept damaging the parts. There is no way I would have known this was an issue to fix prior to buying as the car didn't need an oil change as it was just done. Ok let me talk to the manager Devin. Then they come back to tell me come in and see Devin. So, this is what I choose to take time from my busy day to do now. And Devin won't even come out and speak to me. Sends the guy who requested him to see me out to see what I need. Then sends him back out to tell me he will get with the service dept and call me back. And here we are weeks later still no call back, out 750. for an oil change in which i feel dodge should have been able to fix on pay for being they damaged the vehicle in the first place. I purchased my truck here in 2021. I attempted to go back for service for years, but will no longer return. I asked them to investigate and fix an issue with the heat not working properly back in Mar 2025. They told me it was the heater coil ( a very common factory issue with Ram for years.) They told me I would have to replace the heater coil, and with the extensive labor charges, it would be thousands of dollars. I asked them if they could flush the heater coil. They did, and charged me several hundred dollars with zero improvement. I then researched the issue online and fixed the problem myself in less than 20 minutes for zero cost. Heat works great ever since. When inspecting my truck, I noticed that they broke a plastic bracket holding the hoses for the heater coil in place. No one ever mentioned it to me and no one bothered to fix it. Don't take your vehicle here for service. Just read the reviews. Unacceptable. read more

I arrived at service at 6:45 am this morning in order to be 1st or 2nd in line for servicing my 2010 Jeep Laredo, which I purchased new from this dealership. A young lady greeted me, asked me the year of my Jeep, which I advised her that it was a 2010. She was only too happy to advise me that they don't do any service on any vehicles more than 10 years old. I informed her a second time that I purchased my vehicle from Wolfchase Jeep. She responded "Great. Have a nice day." Having purchased 7 Jeeps in the past, I will never do any business with Wolfchase Jeep and will do my upmost best to advise anyone with whom I deal to never, never to do business with Wolfchase. I am a 63 year old woman took my car in on 1-20-25, because my brake paddle was getting stuck and lock on my push start on my 2014 Dodge Journey, I told the sales lady waited on me was Marley. I told her that my car have to sat about an hour or less before it start up again . I called on 1-22-25 they still couldn't find what was going on because they couldn't read a code. I also send her videos to show the mechanics on what my car was doing, Wolfchase Chrysler etc kept my car for 9 days to tell me that they didn't find anything wrong. I picked my car up on 1-29-25 and they charged me 192.07 when Marley with taxes. On 2-7-25 went to Sam's Wholesale and my car was doing the same thing wouldn't start . I called Wolfchase Chrysler and spoke to Mario and he stated that I could have it towed in no charge and they would look at it again. As I told him it was there for 9 days and you all didn't check all the possibilities, they make the cars, and I didn't have any money to have my car towed, that's why I took it to the dealership. My husband told me to take my car to Doug' s Automotive on 2-24-25 and the mechanics told me to leave it overnight . Doug's callled me on 2-25-25 at around 8:30am the next morning and told me it was my Starter . They fixed my car and it only took 24 hours and your incompetent mechanics didn't try to do elimination to see what my problem was. They only charged 125.00 for diagnostics fee and it went toward fixing my car. I am very disappointed in your service depand will never return. A very unhappy customer. read more

Drove 30 minutes to get there for the appointment only to find out that "somehow" they had sold the key to someone else in the three days since I made the appointment and I would need to place a new order and reschedule. Jeep I dropped my Jeep off at this location to get fixed. It had a bad injector, my husband had already had it diagnosed. I dropped it off November 1 right when they opened. I am attaching a text that proves that. It also shows where they assured me I would receive more texts with updates. It's now been 16 days and I haven't received anything. My husband has called every few days and even gone up there once. He has had to initiate every point of contact with them. I am the one who dropped the car off and gave MY phone number and to this day never heard another word from them. Mary first helped me, and I don't want her to get ANY blame at all because she was super sweet and helpful! The manager above her was the problem- Murray. Basically they have said they still can't reach the warranty company. When my husband first asked about bringing the Jeep in, he asked if it mattered that we purchased it from another Jeep dealership in the area. They said no it did not matter. So a local Jeep dealership sold us this $3,500 policy in 2018 when we bought the 2018 Jeep, and now this other local dealership alleges that they can't even get in touch with the warranty company. They will not begin work on the car until hearing back from the warranty company. Today my husband decided to call the dealership we purchased it from (it's a little further away is why we didn't take it to them in the first place). They answered and said bring it right in they can get to fixing it immediately. Maybe this dealership has better connections or is better staffed, not sure. My husband shows up with a trailer at the dealership it has been at for the past 16 days to get my car. It only makes sense for him to get it to the other dealership immediately since I've been without a vehicle for 16 days. This dealership proceeds to tell my husband HE should try calling warranty. Things get heated and they tell him they will not give my keys back until he pays a fee of $200. The only thing I signed for when we dropped it off was that they could perform an oil change and charge me if necessary. The day they're going to charge us $200 for RUNNING A DIAGNOSTIC TEST. We already knew what was wrong with it. Good thing they only have 3 new Grand Cherokee Limited for sale since I originally planned to purchase a new car from them this year. Darren Underwood who works in parts department thinks it's okay to demand us to pay a 20% restock fee for a refund on incorrect parts ordered by their workers in the parts department (even acknowledge that they made the mistake) and when you ask for a manager he throws the ticket at you and storms away, then hold up signs in your face and was real hostile like he a big dog, but it's cool I'll make sure corporate hear about how customers are treated at their facilities. read more

The Technician made personal comments in writing that later turned out to be misleading and false. Service dept: Tested our vehicle for low temp coming out of the heater. They documented temps far below normal, and huge differences between the vents. Then they proceeded to tell us it was fine and there's nothing they can do. Apparently, they didn't bother to read the TSB for this very issue. This forced us to pay again at a different service center so that we could start the warranty process. In the mean time, drove around freezing our butts off. Another visit: First in line for an oil change with the "express service". 2 hour wait for a job that take less than 30 min in my garage. Sales: Purchased a vehicle cash. Just found out several weeks after purchase "they do not do registration on cash deals". But they did charge us nearly $500 for "doc fees". I guess we just donated that money to them since they did nothing for it. Now I get to spend a day at the DMV and spend more money. Avoid if possible. Three visits, three strikes. On Monday (July 22, 2019), I called Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge and Jeep, regarding service that needs to be done on my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan. I set an appointment for Wednesday (July 24, 2019) at 7am. This morning (July 24, 2019), I brought my vehicle in at 7am. I had not received an update by 3pm (eight hours later); therefore, I called for a status update. I was then told that my vehicle had not been looked at, and there were two vehicles in front of mine that still had to be serviced first. I don't understand the significance of setting an appointment for today, if the vehicle cannot even be diagnosed the same day. Not only is this an inconvenience, but it is also misleading to set appointment times, and not honor them. read more

Insulting would put it lightly. Went to look at a Jeep commander or wrangler. The salesman was fine but didn't know a lot about the vehicles. Surprising for Jeeps flagship new product. Not much issue with that though. My son was with me and he was respectful to him. Offered him water and addressed him even though he's just 7. I appreciated that. I intentionally did not state I knew what I should get for my car (from three previous estimates done in last 30 days). I did not purchase already mainly because I relocated from Washington to Tennessee and didn't want to transfer a new vehicle on a truck plus put some heavy use from the move on a brand new car. I also looked at lease deals and had a ballpark. The dealership wants to work up a deal then proceeds to give me numbers that were 20% less on my trade and close to 35% more on a lease. Then when I ask for my car keys back I'm told that he can call a wholesale dealer to see if he can get me a better price on my trade. It's a 2018 with 22,000 miles on excellent shape. Sorry don't need to do that. In any event I feel this is a dealer that preys on people who are not informed, have not done their research or have bad credit where they are at the mercy of the dealer. I am not in this situation thankfully. I was prepared to lease a $58,000 vehicle today. Instead I left insulted. I know the first offer is never the best but to come at me with numbers so far off just tells me this is not a reputable dealer. If you must go here do yourself a favor. 1. Know what you should pay for the vehicle. 2. Estimate your trade. Perhaps use car max to get a written quote. Don't share it with them. Just know what it is. 3. Be prepared to walk away before settling. I will never deal with this dealership or any of it affiliates again. My advice to this dealership. 1. Train your salesmen to know the features of the car. If I ask if the top comes off take the top off. Don't show me a picture on the internet. I can do that myself. 2. Be realistic on the offers. Your product is not special. Plenty of Jeep dealerships. Making a fair profit is better than walking customers. 3. Know your customer. Mr finance guy who stayed behind the glass door: come talk to me when i say your deal is bad. I could have showed you why. Show some interest in helping your salesman close a deal. You lost the deal today, not the salesman. I test drove a 2019 Ram and it was silver. I was not crazy about the color and would have preferred black. My credit situation is not ideal and I am upside down on my trade. I told Tony all of this and he said lets put some numbers together. What they came back with was a joke. 745 a month for 72 months. I told him that i would be willing to negotiate with them but I was not going into a new deal 6 thousand upside down(according to them). He then proceeded to give me a "lesson" as to how I could justify that insane payment for a truck that was not even the color I wanted. I have purchased many cars over the years and made a mistake purchasing through car max recently and I was not doing that again. This dealership needs to learn what customer service is and not try to make you feel like an idiot. They tried to low ball me on my trade even after I told them what Chevy offered for my trade and Tony's response was "Go sell it to them and come back and by this truck" Who says that? I will make sure that I let everyone I know how this dealership does business and how the customer service sucks. They will lie to get you into the door and then try to cheat you once you are there. No sales person I have ever dealt with has tried to make me feel as stupid as Tony did. To top it off he took a call on his cell phone while trying to sell me this insane deal and told the person "Yeah I can take another 3 grand off the deal, just come on down" Guess my deal wasn't as important to them as the person on the phone. Please bear with this saga but it bears witness to the shear and utter lack of customer service from Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge. I still have a difficult time understanding how this place is still in business. My 2018 Chrysler Pacifica with just over 30K miles displayed two dashboard alerts. The first one appeared about a montage indicating that the "auto start/stop system" was malfunctioning. This is the car's ability to stop the engine at a stop light and then restart when you lift your foot off the brake. Nothing that would interfere with daily operations, so I let it go because I work from 7:00am and don't get home until 5:30-6:00pm Monday-Friday. The "engine warning " alert light came on about three weeks ago so I had a local Advanced Auto guy check it. It showed a timing belt problem so I definitely wanted to take the van in for both issues. The engine warning light went out a day or so later. BTW, there was no engine malfunction that could be felt while driving, the van ran fine. About a week later, it came back on for another day so I determined to take it in. On Wednesday, 09/09/2020, I stopped in to Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge to have someone just plug in a diagnostic device to tell me what's wrong. I did not want or demand to have it repaired. This takes about two minutes. I spoke to a guy who seemed to be in charge as he spoke with authority. I was told in no uncertain terms that it would be 9 days before I could book an appointment for this. I asked, " you mean you have no one who could break away for 5 minutes to do this? He emphatically said no, even though this could be a very serious situation for the engine. He wouldn't even entertain getting out of his seat and to ask someone who maybe was changing a tire or oil to do this in a while. He showed no empathy for my situation. I just turned and walked out. I definitely felt very irate but didn't want to cause a scene. No wonder this place only has a two star rating on Yelp. I will never go back much less by a car from this joint. "Beware of thieves" I still have DUE NOTE to do stripes on Dodge challenger I bought there (huge mistake). Youl the sales person promised stripes and added $1000 to the car loan. When I went to get the stripes done at Some car place (they promised stripes at dealership, which was a lie) they refuse to do it as Wolfchase refused to cover the cost. Upon reaching Youl the salesperson for refund, he stopped replying my texts and phone calls. In my last phone conversation I told them that its a theft and he simply smiled about it and never heard back from him or his manager. Going to file a claim in Small claim court. I buy car almost every other year and this is my worst experience ever. Don't trust these guys. And they will shotgun your credit (even though I told them not to) and you'll be stuck with 10 hard inquires on your credit . Very unprofessional, untrained personnel at this dealership. read more

My 74 year old mom (a customer since 2001) took her 2000 Dodge Stratus to WCDJR for an oil change on 01/10/2018. Upon return, the driver's seat had been forced back into a position where she could not drive it home. The service manager told her she would have to pay for a salvage yard replacement and that they did not know if that would even fix the problem. As of 01/18, she still doesn't have her car back. They don't even deserve one star. I bought a 2020 Rubicon from them. It had 5,500 miles on it because the general manager let his wife drive it. They sold it priced as "brand new" I was upset but got over it bc I loved it so much which was stupid of me. I took the Jeep home and a week later they call me to tell me I need to bring the Jeep back. They had messed up paper work regarding my finance. I stated I was a registered nurse with 2 jobs. One job PRN and one full time. They then say they don't accept PRN jobs as real jobs & cannot accept it. I live an hour and a half away. They said I need to bring the Jeep back. I said I was busy working this week especially with COVID-19 going on. The finance woman said she would get her salesman to bring me my vehicle and switch them no problem. I asked if they could just detail my car for the trouble if not it was fine. They agreed. I was satisfied. Then the general manager calls me, yelling. Stated I "falsified my credit application". I explained I stated I was PRN to which he replied "What the hell does PRN even mean" I then slowly explained to him so he would understand since it was hard for him. He then goes on to say I was an "entitled POS" bc I requested my car got detailed. He then says he is going to "just put a record out on my car" & hangs up in my face. I called back to attempt to resolve the issue & he ignored all my calls. He is the general manager & apparently over the whole thing. DO NOT GO HERE. It's terrible. Bad reviews everywhere. I'm so glad I got out of this deal & got my car back. He is the rudest man I've ever dealt with and does not need to work with the public regarding his ignorance and incompetence to customers. The salesman even stated the general manager has had many complaints with his nasty attitude. When asked who was the owner to make a complaint, no answer was given. On the bright side, you might have better luck here if you are a male. I am a 22 year old female and the general manager cussed me out over the phone. I've been taking my 2012 Ram 1500 to Wolfchase CDJR for 8 yrs or more and my Dodge Challenger before that. My engine light was on and I needed a oil change and brakes. I requested an oil change, brakes and diagnostic test so I added a tune-up. I paid for the services and the Service Rep stated that their machine couldn't diagnose a code for my engine light and the mechanic broke my switch to let the window up and down. I took the truck and got another reading and brought it back to the dealership and them fix what was on the diagnoses sheet. I paid for that service and the light was still on and they once again said the light was still on and couldn't find a code. I took it back and got a second reading and it showed several more codes , I went back to the dealership and explain to them they are breaking things instead of fixing things. The service rep then proceeded to show me a diagnostic test from their machine but initially you couldn't find any codes is what was explained to me. I ended up paying a lot of money for something that a tune-up should have corrected. I could go on but it would only upset me and I try to be at peace. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership nor will I take any of my vehicles to be serviced there and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I would put them on my list of never to visit because of the service and professionalism. They suck! read more

Went to this dealership the other week to look at a Jeep Wrangler they had. This particular Jeep was a trade in and was not yet ready to test drive so they said they would call when ready. Needless to say they did not call, so I went back up there the following week and surprised to see it was ready to test drive. The Jeep felt very sloppy and sluggish but there cheap and easy to work on so I wasn't worried to much. The sales manager said " hey man if your interested in it I will work with you on the price". So after the test drive I said "let's talk price and sign". Come to find out they didn't wanna work on price and even went up another 1,000. I walked out and went to another dealership and bought a Jeep that same day. I have worked with this dealership before and had a good experience but after them bold face lying to my face I won't go back other than to get parts. Two days later someone called me to ask how my experience was I told her no good because the sales manager lied and even add 1,000 to the price, she was very apologetic and said let me transfer you to Paul which I'm assuming is the gm there. As I was telling him what was going on he said " sorry dude sounds like you got a better deal" and hung up on me. That showed me this dealership doesn't care about the costumer and just wants to sell an overpriced used car to people without even trying to work a deal. read more

I made an appointment for an oil change and waited over two hours. I had to go up to the cashier and ask about my vehicle only to find out that my vehicle was ready and they failed to let me know. I had to ask for my inspection results which added to my wait time then had to ask them to pull my car up. Very poor service! I will never return or recommend. I did speak with the manager and he apologized and offered a complimentary car wash for the next visit, which should have been offered that day! read more

Called to set up an oil change. Asked about how long the wait was if I were there in 15 min. She said didn't know. It changes by the minute. Asked if I were there right now how long would the wait be. She said she didn't know. I was just looking for an estimate before I drove over. She then hung up on me. I gave 3 stars Because I did not get a service. And I don't believe any business deserves a one star based on one person. read more

The sales people are "slimy" and not willing to help. They thought they were dealing with someone who did not research the vehicle I was interested in or the car I was trading in. I went to the newest Jeep dealership in town and was treated with respect. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I'm 52yrs old have bought at least 12 new vehicles, Including one at wolfchase nissan last year, and one at gmc dealership in north little rock. By far these scam artist or they think they are take the cake in rip off car salesman. I can only say this if you buy from them, it only means you didn't try anywhere else. No way you compare them and landers, gossett, fletcher, Collierville dealerships and go back here no way. They are rude, arrogant and stupid to think that all people would fall for there scams.. read more

My Fiancé and I had a wonderful salesman by the name of TJ Milton. He was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. He listened to what we wanted and what our budget was and got us a beautiful Ram 1500 EcoDiesel. I would recommend TJ to anyone. We will be back the next time we need a car. Thank you TJ! read more
